The dining area is very artistic and the patio is spacious. The food is wonderful. They have a mushroom stew that is out of this world. Many recipes are really unique, the meals as well as the drinks. No tipping is necessary because the management has factored the tips into the food prices. We will definitely be returning here.

This is an experience from the time you walk in the door until you leave. The drinks are freshly made, and so unique. The salads are well thought out in taste and texture, and expertly executed. The atmosphere is light and friendly. Highly recommend for people looking for a new experience, as well as the foodies out there.

Cute spot & great service! The food was excellent 10/10. It's definitely pricey, but quality & flavors make it worth it. I got a salad to go.

Greeted by the host and had us sit close to the bar. The gentleman at the bar served us and made excellent recommendations. Ordered a Nutty Professor w/steak and a lime chicken and kale salad. The steak was cooked very well, although for the price I think I got a slightly undersized cut of meat. It did not disappoint however. Blue cheese with bacon and candied pecans on a bed of springs greens was certainly delightful. The Pepita Salad had lime chicken and was definitely on the salty side. The ingredients were very good: avocado, kale, shredded chicken, pumpkin seeds. Prices are on the higher side. Definitely worth trying.

When you're looking for that healthy delicious, this is the place to hit. I swear this is the best salad I have ever had. They have toppings of protein and then they've got delicious salads they've got soups and they've got desserts with a carrot cake that is just to die for. From goat cheese and feta cheese to no cheese and beets oh man those beats were divine. The friendliness of the staff was above and beyond, and The Eclectic atmosphere made you feel like you were in a fresh and inviting restaurant. And you are! It's a must try if you're in Albuquerque or in Santa Fe.

Pleasantly surprised by this establishment. It's very open and airy and inviting. Humble and unassuming. Expensive ($20 salads), but the food, quality and presentation - excellent!! Had some good music plahing too. Hostess was great. Server was okay. Signage for the restrooms alone warrant a visit 😆

Not a bad time. Came in with a friend for dinner. We had the burrata salad, and the zucchini cheese dip (they were all out of their kale dishes.) They did seem pretty busy, so maybe that was why service was running pretty slow. Food was good, though! Maybe a bit overpriced, but good all the same!

1st time here. Service was good. I had the Cuban sandwich with gumbo and both were really good. As a group we also had the duck confit tacos which were awesome with I think a jicama slice as the shell all mixed very well.

Had lunch there with my wife. Sat outside which was nice with the shaded areas. Service was great—friendly and responsive. I had the Reuben along with a Caesar salad which was nicely done. My wife had a salad which was also good. Overall a nice experience and we will go back.

Great restaurant, food is awesome. Plates are a bit small and pricey, but they do offer their employees a living wage, which I support. Overall very much worth it.

Alright, so you're not a salad person. Your idea of a salad is a small side salad, next to your steak and potato, with ranch dressing. Let me ask you a question, have you ever had steak on your salad? If you've answered yes, I'd like to invite you to try Vinaigrette. When you look at the menu, don't be disappointed. Find the salad you like, the dressing you like, and the meat (protein) you like and they'll prepare it!! Ok, so now you're saying that you don't want to go into no hip youngster place where the young people treat you different because you are older or wear a cowboy hat. Don't worry about that either. While the staff is young, they are kind and proud to be there for you. I'm over 50, spent the first 21 years on a working cattle ranch. I now consider myself a hipster and subscribe to AARP, no one will judge. Just go in for a great refreshing meal. Oh, did I mention they serve refreshments as well. Cleanliness; top notch! Respectful; most definitely! Inviting; very much so!

Vinaigrette is one of those unique, one of a kind restaurants. The offerings there are quite healthy and refreshing. The food tastes great and fresh. The service received here was very friendly. The duck items were a hit with our party. I personally enjoyed the duck arugula salad the best. A cool aspect of Vinaigrette is that they do not expect tips from the customers as the prices of the items are adjusted accordingly.

There’s a reason Vinaigrette doesn’t list their prices online. $25.29 (before gratuity) for one salad is ridiculous, especially considering the meat addition was about 1/4 a chicken breast. Our service wasn’t good. The server wore a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles t-shirt and I had to wave him down to get a refill on water. He seemed unkempt and was on his cell instead of checking on tables. The salad was fine; you can get the same thing in the pre-mixed bags for approximately $4 at your local grocery. For $25, I expected much higher quality and better service, especially since most of the dish is raw and just needs to be tossed a few times to be served. I wouldn’t return. The price vs. service left me feeling ripped off.

Great newly discovered place that has really good food, ambience, and service. Salad and wine selections were superb. A couple of things that could be improved: fix the squeaky kitchen door and make a holding pen for the impatient door dashers. Upon our next visit to Vinaigrette we'll up our review to 5 stars if these aren't as annoying.

While the salad and sandwich we got were delicious, it was also a really small portion for $17-$20 each. I really wanted to love it but I felt like I could make a similar dish at home for a fraction of the cost.

Great salad place! Had the beet salad with artichoke hearts and it was absolutely delicious.

Food was good (but not worth the price in my opinion), service was bad. We waited almost an hour just for our food. We arrived at 1:15pm and didn’t get our food until 2:25pm even though we were seated and ordered fairly quickly. We kept seeing people who arrived after us receive their food before us. Waitress barely checked on us and we had to ask multiple times for our check because we had somewhere else to be and were going to be late.

Impressive from beginning to end. The restaurant is beautiful inside, lots of natural light and beautiful colors. The duck tacos were perfect—so fresh, beautiful flavor balance. The two salads we ordered were gorgeous and tasted even better than they looked. We will definitely be back if we ever travel through Albuquerque again.

I'll start by saying that the food is excellent. However, during the pandemic they had raised the prices to transition to a tipless system and pay higher wages to staff. I am all for this approach in restaurants. Well, they recently transitioned back to tipping, but kept the prices high claiming that this will increase the service level. The service is the same as always, only the bill is higher. Not a positive change at all!

Fresh, delicious, and a wonderful atmosphere. We each enjoyed a salad and tried a few refreshing beverages. Our favorite was the bread that none of us noticed on the menu (secret menu item?). Our was warm, almost toasted crunchy, well seasoned and came with a delicious olive oil for dipping. The patio was well shaded and protected. They had many potted plants as well as a garden with a big wooden table in the middle. The look is fresh and clean with pops of bright colors and real plants as center pieces. The menu had many delicious salads as well as a few sandwich and soup options. There's even a Mac and cheese with veggies and fruit if you have kids with you. I also enjoyed my first experience in a tip free restaurant. It took the pressure of figuring out a fair tip off of me.

This salad bar is so awesome. It's clean and the staff are amazing. The food is really good. I am definitely becoming a regular. A must try, especially if you want to eat a healthy meal. Try the "Apple Cheddar Chop." 'Twas delish.

Amazing soups and salads! We were on day 5 of a road trip and were desperate for a salad and this place didn’t disappoint! Lots of options that sounded amazing but my husband and I each only ordered one soup and one salad…and a drink! Great atmosphere and I would definitely go back next time we’re in town.

We went there during week but it was crowded and it really good for business. They have indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful ambiance. They just offer wine and beer and no cocktails. We had sandwich and salad and we loved it. On the downside their costumer service was slow and they didn't have some of items in their menu without mentioning . I will go there to try more but so far I will give them 4 ⭐️.

Used to visit this place a lot and would’ve given glowing reviews. Something has changed as I just brought my family and it took longer than an hour to receive food. The place was not packed and there were many open tables. We ordered bread within 1 minute of arriving and never got it. When I asked the server if an hour is a normal amount of time she said “yes.” To add insult to injury, we were charged a “kitchen appreciation fund.” An hour wait for two small salads and some macaroni at $84. We will not be back.
