Great place! First time visiting this location (that I can remember). Super clean, modern and cool decor. The food was very good. Remember you get bottomless fries and my entree came with a bottomless salad. Sign up for rewards when you visit. It’s super easy. Our server was nice too. Kitchen staff were great about food safety with celiacs and making sure one entree was gluten free. 🍔

Great service! Food was delicious. Everyone that approached our table was very friendly.. Burgers were cooked perfect.. Drinks were on point and delivered quickly.. Will be returning soon!

Do waste your time or Money here. Host was busy socializng when we first came in to even notice my family and another family. Mind you this place was not busy at all. This place is filthy dirty we were served food and drinks on dirty dishwear. I ordered a avacado cobb salad it was 16 dollars for basically a head of lettuce, yes it had the other items on it but not enough. If I just wanted lettuce I would have gone and bought a bag of mixed lettuce. The employees were all standing around having social hour taking selfies. They could have been using that time doing some basic cleaning. After all hey are being paid. The only thing good here was our server. At least she tried. This place should be reported to health inspectors. Gross.

Awesome waiters! There kind, they come as soon as you need them. The food is amazing, and there seats are comfortable and padded. Also, the waiting time is ok, i waited about 15-20 minutes after ordering. Overall really awesome!

My girlfriend, kids, and I went out to dinner here this evening. We walked up to the host stand in the front. We were not greeted and the employees were just standing there looking at us. I lost my voice, so my 11 year old daughter spoke to the hostess. She said hi and that we got the text for our table. The hostess ignores her, looks down, and smirks. So my daughter repeated herself thinking she didn’t hear her. The hostess gave a hateful look and didn’t say anything. The host next to her was laughing at the hostesses treatment toward us. I guess an 11 year old girl letting them know why we were there was hilarious to them. After moments of waiting. I had to speak with no voice for the host to take us serious. As we were walking to our table the host rudely looks at us and says I didn’t hear you, rolling her eyes and walking away.The server was great, but the experience with the hostess was uncalled for. To top it off my girlfriend has THROWN UP twice about an hour after leaving there. We can’t help but think that the hostess had the kitchen put something in the food, and that she has FOOD POISONING. If she didn’t want someone to give her attitude back to her, maybe she should have just stuck to doing her job. Instead she was rude to a little girl, and didn’t expect me to stick up for my child. Why be rude? Just do your job. Simple. People are paying money to eat here, teach your employees some customer service.

Had a wonderful visit came in for lunch. I love this place offers endless fries, try the sweet potato fries btw. The restaurant was very clean our server was very helpful and attentive. We always had full drinks and plates cleaned from our table. Restrooms were very clean.

I have previously written a review about this place for an incident of a waiter spilling water all over me and not cleaning it up or offering me any help. I stopped going and writing this on behalf of my Brother who just went yesterday. He ordered online, he got there and they tried to tell him that he already picked up. He didn’t and turns out a grub hub delivery person most likely picked up the wrong order and took his food. After convincing them he didn’t pick up his food, he had to wait again for them to remake. He comes home, takes a small bite of the chicken and it is pure raw. This seems almost like retaliation for having to make his food again, and could result in bad salmonella poisoning. This place is absolute trash, and literally trying to make people sick. Do not go there.

Pretty disappointed with our visit today. Our server was kind, but she was non existent! Our party of 3 all ordered burgers. Our food took a little over average time to come out, but we were okay with that. Our burgers all were cooked right and were tasty, but we immediately noticed that our side portions were small. My husband ordered onion rings (with an up charge) for his side and it came with 5 very small onion rings. When our food came out we needed 2 drinks refilled but she never returned with them. At one point, she was seated another table besides us which we were able to grab her attention, and ordered additional fries as well, but 2 out of 3 of us were already done with our burgers. Once again, she took a very long time to return with fries and drinks and at this point we decided to ask for a to go box for the fries we had ordered because we were all done eating and just wanted to go. We noticed other tables around us have the same issues with their servers. Seems like they would disappear to the kitchen area and hangout there. Also, they had a large table of school aged kids seating in the main area which were super loud and none of us around them could even speak loud enough to have a conversation with the persons at our tables. That simply added to the aggravation of the entire visit. The larger table could have been seated in a less common area, especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy. Suggestion- have other staff help! They had plenty of staff on the floor which could have helped the servers with drinks and those bottomless fries.

Our server was very awesome 👌! I'm not usually on that side of town, but will definitely go back for another visit! Thank you for an awesome relaxation time after a long day at work! Scorpion 🦂 burger 🍔 was exceptional! Bottomless streamed broccoli 🥦 and root beer float made a perfect 🥰 meal!

2 burgers and an appetizer costs around 40. We came in during lunch on a Saturday. The truffle fries were pretty good. Burgers were cooked to the temperature we requested. Server was nice. Considering the high amount of bad reviews, I’m scared to come back and eat my review words. 😂 whoever is cooking on Saturday, keep them around.

I have not been to a Red Robin burger place in quite some time. I had forgotten about how good there Royale Burger is with the fried egg on it! This location has good service and was not very crowded. I thought their reminder to wash your hands in the bathroom was kind of funny, so I took a picture of it.

Great food and stellar customer service! Food was made very quickly and brought out promptly. We appreciate the service and promptness!!

The sanitation at this Restaurant is at best, a one star. Dirty windows walking in, floor littered with small amounts of paper in the entry. We sat in the bar area and noticed tables with no patrons but had dishes waiting to be picked up. Staff was good and attentive. Being a former food service manager, these are the first things I notice in every Restaurant I visit.

We popped in for lunch. We were not disappointed. Our server was able to give exactly what we wanted for our guacamole burgers. The food was cooked perfectly. The taste was delicious with the perfect amount of ingredients. We didn't wear our food with each bite. Our bottomless drinks were delicious. We were lucky enough to not have to ask for refills when needed. The service staff was on top of it. Excellent lunch experience on a weekday.

Had fish & chips, fish not complimented by greasy crust & fish was smaller & thinner than last time I had it less than a year ago. Smaller servings of fries than last time. Wife had a burger, was good she said, fries served cool,less than warm, had manager replace. Had fried onion rings, small size as an appetizer, cooks overlooked us & took a longer time to get it served, but good. Had to remind server about the appetizer. It was busy but not over welming, so 3 stars covers our experience. At today's costs for food and expectations of 15% to 18% & more for a tip, we as customers aren't getting what we deserve. We tip according our satisfaction level,this visit was just OK for the money we spent.

I can't remember the last time I had a burger that's good. We eat extremely hot food however there was absolutely no heat but the flavor was good. Very casual atmosphere for a good date night. We will definitely be back again. Service was great!

When we got there, we were told the wait would be 20 minutes for 2. We waited 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated the waitress took our drink order and disappeared. I was able to flag her down 10 minutes later to let her know we wanted to order food. We did not get checked on after that at all. We did not even get our ticket. We experienced the worse service ever!!

This was my first time visiting this location, and while it is in a bit of an odd spot, the food and service was amazing. I ordered the "Southern Charm" burger and it was cooked to perfection and super yummy. I had a really nice wait-person, she kind of made my day, and made sure my water and fries were refilled right away. While I'm used to going to an Albuquerque location, I will visit this one near the mall again, for sure. Thanks for a great experience.

Their burgers are amazing, always cooked perfectly. Bottomless fries with garlic aioli or dipped in their fabulous (seasonal, so get it quick!) peach milkshake. They have an amazing online menu that allows you to select your allergies and remove/add items to your food. Now, here's the hit or miss. I have a gluten allergy, so I have to remove a lot of the sauces. Double check your food to make sure they didn't leave it on anyway. It's been made incorrectly/ with allergens the last couple of times I've gone. I'll still go back because they have the sweetest staff and their food is delicious. I just know to double check my food now.

Two times we've been here recently and both times they were GREAT. Service was excellent, with friendly personnel, and food was brought out hot and just as we ordered it. The food and drinks are tasty, and we will go back. I'm usually not a big fan of national chain restaurants but this Red Robin does it right.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Soggy, more Mayo than anything else, and 0 flavor. Spent $60 but at least the kids didn't hate their food like me and the wife did. Definitely won't come back McDonald's is better taste and quality and at least there you don't have to deal with a waiter who doesn't know what he was doing and didn't ask about any sides or drinks we had to make sure we specified those or we would've just gotten whatever he chose?

We arrived here at 1PM on Saturday, 29 Jul 2023. It was fairly busy, but the employees were handling it pretty well and open tables appeared to be clean. It was pretty noisy and there was a lot of traffic going past our table, but it wasn't an issue. The small booth at which the host sat us, was somewhat cramped and also lacked silverware and napkins; however, we didn't ask to be moved and our server brought us forks and napkins when we requested them (after we got our appetizer and realized we had none). Our server was nice and attentive. At one point, not long after we'd finished our appetizer, he'd brought us a basket of steak fries and said our burgers were taking a little long. We took that to mean something got messed up with them, but didn't inquire and continued to wait. He did joke around with us off and on during our visit, which was fun. We didn't see him again after he took one of our plates upon finishing, and we paid via the kiosk that sat at the edge of the table. The food was mostly disappointing. I've never eaten at a Red Robin until yesterday, but my significant other has recently, though in another state. I wasn't impressed, but he wasn't either, with this location. The fried pickles appetizer was very greasy but still tasted okay. The steak fries were decent enough, and the sauce that came with was good. Our burgers were made well but didn't have much flavor; he had the Smoke & Pepper, and I had the Southern Charm. I found it odd that they had their own seasoning on the table, to add to almost any food item... but they could have added that to our burger patties while cooking to make them not so bland. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this location or the restaurant in general, not just because we didn't enjoy our meal, but due to the lack of items that sounded really good to me. The burger I chose was only because nothing else sounded appealing, and that's always a bummer at any restaurant.

Ordered curb side pick up and my order was completely wrong! The burgers were not made the way I ordered and also burnt. The mozzarella sticks were completely hollow. The manager named Natalie thought my complaint was funny and refused to assist.

Stopped by this place for lunch during business trip to ABQ. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food.

We had the server, Luke and he was exceptional! He was always quietly checking in on us, making sure we had water and even remembered to bring lemons out with the water when we first asked for lemons with our water. He was thoughtful, respectful, and always ready to meet our needs. He definitely made our experience at Red Robin a great one! We hope we can get him as our server again when we come back! 😁

So with no management it shows in the kitchen. I got one of the worst burgers I've ever had ever. No sauce, meat so over done it was burnt and dry. Asked for extra onions and barely got any at all. Service was fantastic and not her fault at all. Still tipped at least 25-30% but the food needs some management. Don't want it to go out of biz but if they don't improve their burgers they will be gone since that is their slogan. Won't return unless something changes unfortunately.
