I had a coworker go get us donuts and it was for multiple of us and all of us stated we wanted specific donuts. My coworker went to this location and asked for a custom dozen donuts. The lady who worked 3/9 at around 6:30AM and had dark hair and was more tan just handed my coworker a random assortment and got an attitude when my coworker tried to fix it and tell them which donuts we wanted. Customer service here really needs to be worked on. They’re just donuts and it shouldn’t have been that big of a deal to fix an order. Donuts are good but this location not very much.

Picked up a dozen KK doughnuts for us today as a special treat, but was sorely disappointed by what was in the box. Got 6 (smallish) raspberry-filled and 6 (also small) chocolate-frosted with the white creme filling that were only about half frosted. After my husband ate the first chocolate-frosted with white creme filling, he said there wasn't anything inside. He started eating a second one, only to again find no filling. We cut the remaining 4 of this type in half and found that none of them had filling. The other 6 raspberry filled, while smaller than usual, at least had some filling in them, so they weren't so disappointing. I called the store, as I've done in the past, and got the same results: nobody answers the call, and nobody calls back. The customer service when they're taking your money is great, but don't expect anything after the fact if you find a problem once you're home. Not the first time this has happened, but it will probably be the last. There's a new Dunkin Donuts right up the street.

Update: 2 KK/ 4RD ( 2 times they were warm/ 4 times my donuts were cold and sad) had to come back twice for coworkers who wanted donuts. (Well….. donuts, coffee, chicken biscuits- a lot of food) I personally did not go inside to get the donuts, however, a male coworker did. Both times …. He said they were warm and fresh donuts. Maybe he’s prettier than me. 🤷‍♂️ the light was not on so……..DONUT ENTHUSIASTS- play the musical chairs and go inside for your donuts. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE PULLING AWAY!! Don’t worry, the person behind you understands. We all understand this location lacks all the qualities in customer service. FYI- 15 for a dozen of glazed donuts When you got to Krispy Kreme- you want fresh and warm donuts. We aren’t asking for the specialty donuts to be warm. Just the glazed. Before ordering, we asked if there were any fresh and warm donuts available and the speaker replied yes. The little girl at the window on Saturday march 25 lied. There was no friendly welcome, just a void. I felt like I was back in high school where the lunch lady was plotting. Krispy Kreme should take the time caring for their employees and making sure their mental wellness is healthy.

I bought a dozen classic donuts yesterday to thank the guys for great service in the tire department. I also purchased 6 premium filled donuts. I used to rave about Krispy Kreme donuts. Not today. The strawberries n creme donut was delicious, however, the key lime donut lacked the sour punch. The lemon filled glazed donut barely had any filling. I'm sorry for the 1 star rating. The 18 donuts cost almost $30 and not a happy customer.

Stopped at the drive through today at about 1:30pm, after repeating my order for 1 dozen doughnuts 4 times and being asked a 5th time my husband and I drove away. I called and asked for the corporate number and it was Justin and Herman who where taking turns asking my order in the drive through and I wouldn’t normally leave a review but I was very upset. No one ever has trouble hearing us and after the 2nd time they could have asked us to pull around they weren’t busy so I think they were just screwing around and when I called the manager was not concerned. I just didn’t think it was ok. So if you want to be screwed with this might be your place.

Huge store/bakery but they are always out of everything. I think these employees are just lazy and do as little as possible. Two dry runs with no pickup or purchase tells me exactly what I say above. Lazy. And that is the night shift only. Don't know how the day shift is, maybe they leave the night shift high and dry. Bottom line is they are NOT up to Krispy Kreme standards. And the lady was rude and non suggestive at drive thru.

Staff is always so sweet, just like the glaze on the doughnuts… even though they always seem to be super busy whenever we go. They always do their best to accommodate us even when they’re running slow or low on product. Always polite and friendly even though you can see they are having a hard time keeping up… never a bad attitude. The doughnuts are always tasty and consistent, exactly as you would expect.

Recently went to this location since the one in Santa fe closed down, had an extremely pleasant experience with Martin in the drive-thru! He was very kind and was able to accommodate my request for fresh donuts that I haven’t had any in over two years! As someone who works in the retail industry his kindness really made my day a lot brighter. Thank you Martin!

Incredibly disappointing. On a Sunday morning I did not expect to be served stale hard donuts. I would have done far better to just pick up an order at the grocery store. Krispy Kreme has apparently gone drastically down hill.

Avoid the drive-thru if you want specific doughnuts. They will give you random doughnuts. Recently I ordered online (in advance) the Thanksgiving Holiday Pie Mini Doughnuts. Got to the store and they didn't have any. I tried again the next day, and got a box of random flavored mini doughnuts (attached photo), not the special holiday ones I paid $22 for. This is the fourth time this year I've had issues with their product availability and order accuracy. Time to find a different doughnut shop.

Ordered 2 donuts yesterday. Limited selection. 1 was a chocolate frosted creme-filled donut. This is 10 cents more than the other types. Unfortunately, this one was so hard on one side that you could bang it on the counter. The other part was dry but not as hard. Not worth driving back to return it.

Good donuts. Good coffee. No more free donuts when you walk in but the donuts are 🍩 always fresh and good. We recommend coming here! Lots of donut varieties to choose from. Sign up for rewards and get specials via email and reward points to use for future purchases.

Frustrated because we came to the location that has the donut factor that can make the donuts, placed an order early this morning and drove 3 hours just to be told they didn’t place our order and they ran out…

Love those donuts, so soft and melt in your mouth. I don't frequent much, not healthy but do go 2-3 times a year. However they have drive through and it's a great item to take a box to work in mornings.

I put in an online order. Everyone was very welcoming in the store. Logan was so nice and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions. I had a large order that was going to different places. I was so thankful he took the time to make sure we got each box labeled correctly. I will be returning and recommending this location to others.

Went through drive thru and two young men (Daniel,David) helped me out. Guided me on alternatives to choose from on the menu as well. Manager should be proud to have these young workers. Great experience while visiting New Mexico. :))

This is so crazy. This place said they didn't have change for a $20.00 and my total amount was $17.29. How is anyone expected to have the exact change. Why is cash no good anymore??? Why do we have to be pressured to use a card... seriously not like I was trying to cash out a $100.00 bill then both girls tell me card???? Uh no thank u. Keep your donuts I'm gonna go buy some dam fruit!!!! But this is completely crazy expecting people to have exact change or nothing. They just lost my business

Visited this location today and was extremely disappointed! The girl at the counter was bothered that she had to wait on customers, the guy making the coffees couldn't be bothered because he was so busy. The place was empty! Lastly, the doughnuts were stale. I've never had such poor service at any Krispy Kreme like this. I'll stick to the east side location

Krispy Kreme donuts are good. I wish they would revamp their stores. They have so much space. It could have a good atmosphere. I was going to get coffee with my donut, but they don't carry non-dairy. Nice people.

Love the donuts, but you can never walk in. Only the drive through is ever open. Takes the fun out of looking at everything. 😭

Ordered 2 dozen donuts yesterday to pickup today. When I checked my email this morning, they cancelled it with no explanation. I cannot recommend this store.

I walked in to buy the 4th of July doughnuts that were being advertised continuously and they had nothing, I was disappointed they weren't even apologetic.

Please update your hours on here. Generally really good experiences on here until you drive up during the hours shown on here an hour or two before closing, the “hot now” sign is on and your closed.

not a great place to work or eat at , It's a hazard just being inside the joint, poor management who clearly don't know what they're doing. Worked here for a week and I definitely shouldn't be seeing roaches in the kitchen.. unbelievable..

This is the slowest drive thru in all of Albuquerque. Waited 15 minutes for one donut - only 4 cara ahead of me - and got the wrong change back and the wrong donut. The lobby is closed so rectifying this would take another trip through the drive thru. Bring a book to read next time you come here.

I ordered ahead for pickup on my way to work this morning. All advertisements on order ahead state avoid drive through yet when I arrive the closed the lobby and required a literal 48 minute wait in drive through only to be given the wrong order.... didn't notice until after I left and wasn't allowed to get fixed outside of the drive through line. I saw 6 employees standing around and no reason lobby had to he closed! This is a very poor management decision! He*l even the sign IN the drive through said avoid drive through by ordering online!!!!
