Had planned to stay there last night with my wife and kids (1yo, 4yo) on a cross country trip, trying to stay off I-40 in Albuquerque due to safety warnings from fellow travelers. We arrived late and the window would not fully close or lock — in our ground level room. The nice lady at the front desk was very understanding and offered an adjacent room, but it also had a problem with the window. Both appeared as if someone had previously broken in and the company did not replace the bent screen or window frame. We spent hours replanning and trying to find a room for four. Apparently all hotels nearby were booked up. We finally arrived in the early morning to an expensive hotel in Santa Fe. This very well could have ended up terribly if I had not caught the problem and a tweaker tried to come in for a free shelter. We did not stay here, so if I could give zero stars I would — simply to tell management they need to have locking windows. They even had a metal bracket drilled to the frame so the window wouldn’t open all the way, but it was enough for me to get in and out. If you are placed in room 106 or 108, PLEASE check your windows! I cannot speak for other rooms. Also, the tub did not have a stopper, so our kids wouldn’t have been able to take a bath if we had stayed there. Just a side note worth mentioning.

I stayed at this location a few times this year. I thought it was excellent and the staff are nice. The rooms are good, and the beds are comfy. Good variety of breakfast. The front desk was always nice and accommodating. One of the front desk guy name Travis Olinda has always been accommodating and kind to me and other guests. The three times I stay here, I felt welcomed. I'll stay here for future stays.

First off your king size bed was amazing! Very comfortable bed with the best pillows and comfy blankets that smelled fresh and clean. Rooms and and hallways also nice and clean and didn’t have that musty odour that a lot of other hotels do. Service was great. Gave us a fair price for 2 rooms. Enjoyed your breakfast biscuit before I left which was pretty good to. Those are the things that are important to me and for that you get 5 stars. Although there are some minor things that you could improve on. Stock the towel rack in the swimming pool area. And the doors to our rooms both could use an update.

Slept well. The young woman on the night shift was extremely friendly and helpful. She fixed the satellite connection on our TV while she was busy with other customers. I only wish there had been some hard boiled eggs or something with breakfast.

Paid for premium room... Got one next to the elevator.... management uncaring to situation..felt and looked cheap. Clientele grungy. Never stay there again. Ever. Hate even giving one star. More like 1/4 star. Pictures from the Internet didn't match the hotel's appearance. Boo Wyndham bernalillo.

The wheelchair accessible rooms were barely wheelchair accessible. Beds were comfortable. The first room we had was horrible, however. TV didn't work, air conditioner made a horrible noise, and two lamps were out. They moved us across the way and it was much better. The pool is nice. The location is convenient. All in all not a bad place to crash.

The room/bed was very comfortable. I liked having no carpet. There was a good variety of food for breakfast (eggs, egg sandwich, plus the usual). Good location near I-25, easy to find. The manager, Irene, was very helpful and courteous. We would stay here again when in the area.

I travel all over the country for work, i stay in hotels 2 weeks out of the month and this is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel Firstly the good, the rooms are really nice! The bed is soft and the A/C works but that is not enough to make up for the nightmare this place is A few hours after checking in I went to take a shower and my room had no hot water, after speaking with the front desk and packing all my things to move to another room I was moved to a room on the second floor THAT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED. Lucky for me I didn't enter the room as I could hear the occupant on his phone, I knocked to confirm I wasn't hearing wrong and yup someone answered. That could have been a seriously bad situation if I didn't hear that guy. So finally 45 minutes later I'm in an unoccupied room This is unacceptable, I won't be staying here ever again Edit: My newest room the toilet was clogged when I got into the room this place is a nightmare, I told the front desk before I left for work in the morning and they assured me it would be fixed I came back 8 hours later to a clogged toilet, no one came to fix

Lavonna was so helpful and courteous. She greeted us cheerfully and answered all our questions with a smile. What a great experience. The hotel has upgraded facilities and our room was spotless.

Very nice hotel, clean, well furnished. Friendly employees! Easy access from main roads. Extra treat is their INDOOR whirlpool spa and pool. Both very clean and just the right temperature. Breakfast included. I bookmarked it to come back to if stopping overnight in the Albuquerque area. Nice to be outside/north of the city which totally avoids traffic when continuing on my way.

Travis was very professional when handling our check-in despite a malfunction in the fire alarm. He kept his cool and was kind and helpful and patient. We stayed 3 nights and he and Lavonn addressed our needs quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Spent Memorial weekend at the Days Inn Wyndham-Bernalillo. Front desk personnel was awesome, I big shout out to Travis with all his help.. now let’s get to the rooms. We booked three rooms for the weekend, first thing we found a dirty washcloth in one of the shower’s , second the floor are filthy I don’t think they ever been mop. I had to literally sweep and mop the rooms myself. I should have taken picture of my grand babies feet to post. Third housekeeping was seen just talking and blaming one another for the state of the rooms.. you really need to look into your house keeping staff. Overall it was a great stay all I’m saying is that they do a better job on their cleaning. I did find one of the towels we cleaned part of the floor

Very nice room for a good price. Nice amenities for comfort during the stay. Indoor pool and hot tub. Hit tub was not heating during my stay. I was looking forward to a nice soak. On the go breakfast items are good. Pastries, toast, bagels and heatable breakfast sandwiches.

I had the most pleasant time staying at this hotel, the rooms were nice and the people were even nicer and the breakfast was incredible and I just felt so comfy and cozy and my daughter loved the pool. The lady at the front counter named LaVonna was so helpful and nice. With this being my first time in New Mexico she gave me some fun locations to try for hiking and it was really sweet. I strongly recommend this location.

Started as a great experience but did not finish as such. I had originally given 5 stars in every area, but that would be inaccurate for the entirety of my stay. We had a few people that helped us over our stay from 12/1-12/3 2023. NAOMI gave exceptional customer service (5 star employee for sure!) and was very welcoming and friendly with each and every interaction we had. If my rating was based purely off of her service it would be an 5/5 and I would return any time I’m in the area. Irene was very friendly and helpful originally. We were also helped by a man on night shift our first night here who was definitely less welcoming and not very friendly but we were not provided his name. The room was clean and warm and we had no major issues until the end of our stay. My husband is here for work and I tagged along. I got up at 6 am Sunday to take him to work and he suggested that I see about a later checkout because he takes lunch around 12:00 and that way he could drive to work and come give me the car on his lunch if possible so I could go back to sleep and get some rest as we didn’t get very much sleep due to noise from the highway and the hallway all throughout the night. I called the front desk around 6 am on 12/3 and asked what my options were for late check out, the man on the phone curtly said the latest I can do is 1 and I said that is perfect and reminded him my room number. At 11:20 I get a knock on my door from housekeeping and Irene reminding me today was my scheduled check out. I explained I spoke to a gentleman this morning at 6 who said I could have a late checkout of 1 and explained that I have nowhere to go or any way of leaving the hotel until around 12:20 when my husband will be here with our car. They told me the man I spoke to was wrong and I needed to be out at noon at the latest and that they would “talk to him,” as if them coaching him was going to do anything to help with the fact that I was being told to leave with nowhere to go. I explained again that I had nowhere to go and no way of leaving and as this isn’t a super nice looking area and I and not comfortable with the area, I’m not going to sit outside in the cold and wait because of a mistake made on the staff’s part. I’m also not going to spend my hard earned money for an uber due to their mistake. They reluctantly offered me check out at 12:30 and stated that they would have the housekeepers do the remaining floors and return to do mine. They made it seem like I was inconveniencing them when I had been lied to and had planned my day around what the staff had told me. Mind you I had been listening to a ton of noise in the hallway since 10 am as they had spent an hour and a half loudly cleaning the other rooms on my floor and almost 30 minutes cleaning one room across the hall from me. I highly doubt they were going to finish the entirety of the other 2 floors in the 40 minutes that they wanted me out. I am now anxiously waiting for my husband to get out of work for lunch and come pick me up so I can get out of this hotel as todays experience really put a damper on the trip and the experience with this hotel as a whole. I work in customer service and have spent some time in management as well, and when my staff made a mistake, I never tried to make that my customer’s problem, I made sure my customer was taken care of and that my staff was coached appropriately to avoid problems in the future. My husband and I were originally planning on returning to this hotel for multiple future stays, as my husband travels here one weekend every month for work and we would have loved to have given repeat business, but after this experience we will definitely be finding anywhere else to stay in the future.

Great clean room front desk attendant was friendly and curious. We did have noisy neighbors near by though but we were so tired we slept through most of the noise. I would have liked a couple of more bath towels. 2 wasn't enough for 3 people.

I stay Nov. 10, 2023 and had a horrible experience. We arrive early so we need it to wait for our room and was assigned room 112. The room it self was very good, the problem was the noise on the room above. All night we can hear something dragging on the floor. Around 4am I heard more noise so went out to investigate and the noise was from 2 big dogs that the owner just took out to pee. Also, the back door keep slamming, normally it is keep close in other hotels after a specific time and people should come in and out thru reception. Anyway, I told the front desk and he told me to tell Irene the next day. So I did, Irene mention to take our stuff and when we come back we will have a room in the 3rd floor and not the 1st. So we did and return around 5-6 pm and Naomi was in reception. She did knew about the issue but told me the did not had any rooms in 3rd floor and we need it to go back to our old room. I spoke with Angelo the night manager on the phone and he just basically say “I am sorry” and mention there was a “communication issue”. He say to go back to the room and the next day they will figure this out ( we had 3 more nights) . Wife and I could not go back, we just could not sleep the night before and had a big headache. So we book rooms in another hotel and cancel. If you can pay $40 dls more and stay in Albuquerque (15 min away) I highly recommend. The Service in this hotel was really questionable.

Clean room, friendly helpful staff (Naomi and I didn’t catch the name of the nice lady who checked me out). It was nice and quiet other than a little traffic noise but that is to be expected. Pleasant experience.

Great half way stop driving from phx to Denver. Me and my large dog have stayed here twice now and received amazing service and care. The breakfast is pretty good too. Special thanks to Irene for helping me out in a time of need.

2 homeless people wandering parking lot during stay. Daughter’s feet and knees were filthy after crawling on floor for 5 mins right after we arrived, so I’d recommend mopping the floors sometimes instead of just sweeping them. Overall a good stay tho. Decent breakfast. Jimmy deans sandwiches and pastries. Nice check in desk. Comfy bed. Warm water. Hair that wasn’t mine in the bathtub. Other than that it was alright and we’d probably stay here again since it’s cheaper than other hotels in the area.

My family and I had a great time at the Days Inn by Wyndham-Bernalillo! We were checked in by great staff, and accommodated if we needed absolutely anything. We were taken care of by Travis, Rose, and Danna who were absolutely exceptional. They made sure we were comfortable and happy so much to the point we even extended our stay without it being planned! The pool is nice and big, the kids had a lot of fun there and thankfully they have a good size hot tub for us parents as well, the jets are REALLY strong, so keep that in mind! The rooms are immaculate. We actually stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay and the quality was equally great in both. Every morning we would see the maids working hard and doing a great job, so kudos to them too! All-in-all, the staff is welcoming, accommodating, hard-working, and just overall friendly and a joy to be around. The rooms are clean and the pool is great. I highly recommend this location and my family will be back!

Just want say thank you to Travis. As a truck driver traveling thousands of miles during a week, it is a great feeling to find a hotel that is clean, inviting and has not good ,but great staff. This is the second time I've stayed here in as many weeks. I encountered Travis on both occasions and the energy was the same, so thank you for keeping the hospitality atmosphere in the hospitality industry. I will be making sure I stay here whenever my route brings me this way.

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was one of our best stays. It was very clean and everyone on staff was extremely helpful. The beds were so comfortable. We want to thank Travis. He was especially helpful and so nice. He made sure to check on us and suggested places for us to go. He made us feel so at home! He is definitely an asset to the hotel.

I had made an honest mistake in booking the room. I booked it one day before my arrival. When I checked in I was told about the no show charge for the previous night. The next morning when checking out I explained all this to Trans. Trans decided to do the right thing and refunded the no show charge. I really appreciate what he did and taking care of a Wyndam member. Thank you Trans!

Travis Junior and Lovonna at the front desk was very kind helpful and polite. And I don't know the lady's name that is here every morning she helps put the breakfast out and I also see her cleaning rooms very nice kind lady. I recommend anybody that wants a nice place to stay the Days inn in Bernalillo New Mexico is one of the best places I've stayed. Thank you.

Travis at the front desk found us a great room.We came in late and it was a busy weekend. He was very helpful with recommending local restaurants and making sure all our needs were met.Our room was clean and well stocked. Coffee in the morning was really good and breakfast items were excellent. Great pet friendly hotel close to everything

I’ve stayed several times this year and the staff are always professional and responsive. Travis greets you with a smile and does all he can to make your stay pleasant. The rooms were recently redone nicely and are clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is that the doors (internal and external) need some general maintenance. Looking forward to my next stay.

I would give 5 stars but had a few minor incidents with billing. It I will say they corrected it as soon as I told them and even take an additional fee away the breakfast was good wish they had waffles the pool is open until 10 a plus for getting in late and the whole place smelled super clean and look super clean the young man at night was very very friendly and the girl this am was super pleasant as well have stayed not so good days in.n but this is a top notch days inn!!

Everyone that worked there was so friendly and accomodating. I ended up staying in two rooms and both were incredibly clean. The beds were sooo comfortable and the view of the Sandias from the 3rd floor room was just incredible! I would definitely stay there again and also recommend others to do so!

Very nice staff to check you in. The room was clean, spacious and dispersed air well. The bathroom was large with a great shower. The only downfall is that we had an adjoining room and the guest in the other room was very loud until about 2am. We added a towel to the bottom of the door at about midnight which helped, but could still hear him. I’d suggest this hotel improve the sound proofing or insulation for the doors in the adjoining rooms especially since, like in our case, we were not traveling with those in that adjoining room.

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected. We had a nice two night stay. The Continental breakfast is beagles and cereal. Not a bad place for the price and only 20 minutes from Downtown ABQ

  • 3/5 Wes S. 2 years ago on Google
It's not a bad place, but definitely needs repairs, been neglected for a while. The room was clean and quiet except for the floor above. I think it was built before they started to use concrete for the floors so you will here every step the make. Parking was very crowded.

  • 5/5 Josh D. 1 year ago on Google
The staff were all friendly and helpful. I had to stay an extra night and they did their best to get me the best price. The place was nice and clean, I'd stay here again

Bed was comfortable, firm. Barely heard noise from other rooms.(3rd floor). Nice selection for light breakfast with very attentive friendly staff. If I hadn't found the previous guest's coffee pack left in the coffee maker..almost awesome.
