I
booked
an
online
reservation
through
their
website
for
4
nights.
Since
there
wasn’t
a
place
to
indicate
a
Goodsam
membership
number
on
their
online
booking
page,
I
called
the
office
and
was
advised
to
present
my
membership
card
at
checkin
and
the
discount
would
be
applied
then.
At
checkin
I
was
told
that
since
I
reserved
online,
I
wouldn’t
get
the
discount
for
the
first
night,
only
the
remaining
3
nights
would
be
discounted.
I
was
also
told
that
their
guests
who
book
online
for
only
1
night
do
not
receive
any
discount.
I
explained
that
I
booked
online
through
their
website
and
that
I
did
call
to
verify
that
the
discount
would
be
honored
at
checkin.
The
person
at
the
desk
told
me
this
was
the
owner’s
policy.
This
made
no
sense.
I’ve
booked
online
reservations
at
many
other
RV
parks
and
although
there
may
not
always
be
a
way
to
include
a
Goodsam
number,
I’ve
always
received
the
discount
for
all
of
the
nights
at
checkin.
She
requested
that
another
staff
member
assist
with
the
checkin
since
she
was
new.
He
told
me
the
same
thing
-
that
since
I
booked
online
the
first
night
would
not
be
discounted.
He
told
me
that
if
I
book
online
to
also
call
for
the
discount.
Very
confusing.
The
2
staff
members
talked
back
and
forth
and
they
thought
they
might
be
able
to
discount
the
entire
stay
since
I
had
not
actually
been
checked
in
yet.
They
were
finally
able
to
make
this
right
but
I
was
told
that
had
I
been
checked
in,
they
wouldn’t
have
been
able
to
do
this.
Again,
very
confusing
and
frustrating.
The
issue
was
resolved,
but
checkin
was
not
smooth
and
took
way
too
long.
I
emailed
the
campground
over
3
weeks
ago
and
sent
a
follow
up
email
10
days
ago
and
requested
that
the
owner
respond
and
clarify
their
policy.
I
have
not
received
a
response.
Very
disappointed
with
the
issue
at
checkin
and
for
not
receiving
a
response
to
my
email.
Won’t
be
back
and
do
not
recommend.
