El Rancho Mobile Home Park

Rv park

👍 We have had a wonderful stay here at El Rancho. James and his wife were kind and helpful. The spot was level and well maintained. Friendly neighbors who many are permanent residents. Fire department is nearby so the sound of them rushing to a call happens every so often. The area outside is known as... People often mention park,

We have had a wonderful stay here at El Rancho. James and his wife were kind and helpful. The spot was level and well maintained. Friendly neighbors who many are permanent residents. Fire department is nearby so the sound of them rushing to a call happens every so often. The area outside is known as the war One buy the management team can be seen scouting things out throughout the day and night. I felt comfortable and safe while there. Rent prices by the day are truly reasonable for full hook up. I would definitely stay here again.

Just visiting a friend. The layout, to me, seemed good. The grounds looked cared after, didn't see any trash on the ground. Every spot had their own take on their yards, which all looked well kept. Nice little spot for where it's at. As was told to me, it feels like the fence around the property seems to make the rest of the crazy world just go away.

Loved staying here! Lynn is a super cool manager whose smile and laugh r contagious! The area is considered to be in the war zone, but we never had any problems, it was always quiet and I felt safe when I walked around the park, even at late hours. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a decently run mobile home park. Don't let the exterior fool you. Once the people see you're not an over- nighter, they're much more friendly. The manager is a nice woman too. As long as you're quiet, and pick up after yourself, you will have no problems!

The park is in the middle of a rather bad place in the City of Albuquerque but the park itself is great no drama inside the park. One entry/exit. Lots of trees and a few lots with grass and the monthly rent is reasonable, don't know about nightly or weekly.

Aside from being slightly unkempt with leaves and minor trash around the area, this is a pretty nice calm rv park. Possibly one of the few I would recommend going to if your looking for either a temporary or permanent residence and live in an rv, camper, or trailer.

Very quaint place, although not a single vacancy to be seen. Nice Fifth wheels, Slide-Outs, and large, modern R.V.'s, along with newer vehicles and lots of large trucks all around. Appears to be a place people like, since there was not a single spot to park, nor a vacant space around... Don't know if there's a wait list, but I do believe people bring in their own Fifth Wheels and R.V.'s, and pay for the space. You'll need to call them and inquire on your own time. But, the place was not old, nor run down at all...

The old management was more customer friendly. Place always clean and was not bothered by stupid notices posted to doors. Too many rent increases in the last 2 years while nothing was improved.

I am a travel nurse and was there for 3 months. It is a clean park in the middle of the worst neighborhood in Albuquerque. If I ever have to come back to Albuquerque, I will not be staying at this park, as they make us have to get our own electric. After dealing with the electric company in Albuquerque, I will only stay at RV parks where utilities are included. The park staff is nice and the place is well kept for the neighborhood.

Full nicest RV park in the area., Fair prices. Not. Resort with pool ,clubhouse, and all the other Bell's and whistles. New manager was friendly., Here the owner wants to make improvements.
