If i could rate this a negative number i would. i had just turned 18 and I was lied to upon signing a contract that i could opt out of the membership anytime with a $50 fee. so about a year passes by and i lose my job due to covid and am unable to pay for a gym membership. i have contacted several times and was denied my request of cancelling as it wasn’t “allowed” in the contract. i have told them multiple times about my situation and also that i was under the impression that i could, because I was told that i could opt out for $50. unwilling to work and negotiate, wouldn’t return calls or emails for a week or two. I will say it was a nice gym, the employees were nice, however the management is greedy and had manipulated me into signing a contract that i am now in debt for.

I enjoy coming to this gym. However, it would be nice if they removed a few ellipticals, got another stair master and got better stationary bikes.

Gym is always clean and all of the weights and machines are in good condition. I like that it isn’t overwhelmingly busy so it is easy to get a good workout in.

Me and my sister where on a free week trail and just went to the location and the door was locked and no way to get in. So I wasted my time and gas to go there. I would have loved to know you can only go at certain times when they are there. Other than that the gym is nice and love the privacy setting.

Great local gym environment. You often see the same people and there's always such good community vibes coming from this gym. The equipment works great, very sanitary, and staff is friendly. Love it!

After having held memberships at various gyms around ABQ, this one is hands down thee BEST for quality, privacy, and also pricing. It’s quiet, private, clean, and has great equipment. You won’t have to worry about crowds. It’s decently priced and they don’t seem as predatory in comparison to other gyms with aggressive marketing around Albuquerque. Their customer service is really helpful as well if for some reason you need to cancel. Can’t recommend them enough :)

Great gym. There is a lot of variety in free weights and machines. I’d like to see more bands and foam rollers for warm up or cool down.

Very clean gym. Not usually too busy so it's easy to access the machines I want to use. Easy to sign up and also has 24 hour access!

This gym is always clean and has plenty of space for you to not feel like you're shoulder to shoulder next to someone. Its quiet and the members are also respectful and there to workout not cause a ruckus or be a gym douche and just take up equipment to be in a large group. The equipment could be better, but nothing that eventually time will improve as needed. Also equipment to hit all the major muscle groups you need.

Wow. My boyfriend and I signed up for the 3 free days online and when we walked in I went to the front desk because I wasn’t sure if we needed to fill anything out. The girl at the front desk just looked at us with disgust and couldn’t even say hi?? When I asked about it she looked annoyed. We walked right out and will never be back.

This gym has everything! And it’s clean and well kept. The 24/7 convenience makes it easy to work with my graveyard schedule!

Called, called and called again. Yes calling during office hrs. Plus left several messages. First trip of many that I have to take this year to Albuquerque. Was looking for a home gym away from home. Just wanted to pay for a drop in pass, visit and get a good workout in. But unfortunately there's no one there professional enough answer the phone and or at least return a phone call if busy. Website looks good and Equipment looks good from the images. But a good Telltale sign the staff doesn't match the quality of the website. Darn Shame!

Everyone has been super friendly and welcoming. The gym hasn’t ever been too crowded either.

Only been a member for about a month but loving it! Always nice and clean. Very quiet and everyone is respectful and doing their own thing. Not crowded when I go early morning.

Powerflex is the first gym and hopefully the last gym I ever go to. Never have I ever felt so accepted in an environment full of people. I can get my workouts done without feeling shamed that I can't lift as much as I would like. The receptionists there are wonderful too especially if you're confused on how machines work. This is the best gym ever and I don't regret choosing it as my first choice!

Great gym, used to go to the Eubank location several years ago. Friendly staff, very well maintained equipment. The gym is constantly being cleaned and taken care of.

Has all the essentials for a good workout. Everyone there has been very friendly so far. Highly recommended if you are looking for a gym that meets your schedule.

I have been to both the Eubank and the 4th St location, and both are two of the best gyms I have ever been to. For a twenty four hour gym and the low price is also what makes this gym a five star gym.

Great place to work out. Different locations for wherever you are in the city, 24/7 access, and they have all the equipment I need. Facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The best part about it for me is that its never very busy so I’m never standing around waiting for a turn like you would at commercial gyms.

I go to this gym everyday. It’s a great gym 🔥. Always clean and everything runs smoothly. I do want to request if we can get an audio cord to connect to the stereo tho 😭. Powerflex get us an aux cord for the stereo pls?

After doing nothing but cardio workouts all my life I recently joined this gym to challenge myself with a strength training regimen. Not only do I want to see if weight training can change my body but I'm doing this for health reasons too, bone density is important and moving weight is the best way to improve and support it. I am already past the beginning phase and am now looking forward to my workouts. I'm using an app to track and organize my workouts too so there's no guesswork. I'm really glad I found this place
