We brought my 80yr old grandma in due to pain in her hip and her not being able to walk. She ended up being admitted to a room in the E.R. and stayed over night. The morning/afternoon E.R. nurses are rude. Some treat you like an inconvenience. They mainly stand around talking loudly or walk by cussing about other patients or what's going on in their personal lives. My grandma pushed her button for service because she needed to use the restroom. It took them over an hour to get to her! We didn't want to push the button again and bother them, so I stepped out to ask if she would be able to eat something. The nurse at the desk was hateful and said she would let her nurse know. Well, no one ever came in. I understand that the staff is busy and probably over worked, I get that. But how would they like their families taken care of in this situation? I have family who are nurses and work the front lines who are busy, but they don't treat their patients like this. I will note that NOT all staff and nurses were this way, but a majority of them were. This place needs to do better. Thank you! To the staff, doctors & nurses that were kind, helpful and understanding. We appreciated it.

Worst experience thus far, The emergency room team of doctors, nurses and clinicians were excellent. you Cardiology group needs to be fired, poor patient relations, the don't listen to patients wishes and I am strongly, and I wish their administration will see, read and input this I am going to file a law suite against this property. Once I go to my floor and room I have been asking for a House Supervisor and everyone is been telling me this facility does not have One have never seen or heard of a hospital with no administrative supervision have you? anyway avoid this place at all cost, run for your lives.

One of the worst hospitals I have ever experienced. I was on a waiting list to see a doctor for over two years. I received a call that they were canceling my spot because “it had been so long and you are unlikely to see a physician”. My partner was unlucky enough to be there for treatment and informed the nurse of her allergies. The nurse promptly returned with a medication that was on her allergy list. We told her she could not take the medication and the nurse simply said, “I’ll just leave it here if you change your mind.” These people should be flipping burgers.

Do not go here if you have a choice. Not all hospital care is equal. UNM provides documented substandard care in a dirty facility. I could go on for an hour. Be educated about your care. The nursing care in the emergency department is substandard and yet defended by their administration. The patient advocate process is pure deflection from the care provided. Use this hospital at your own risk.

Multiple disastrous experiences w this hospital from 3 hour wait time for scheduled appointments (Thanks Dr.Mercer) to misdiagnosed ailments, failed surgeries, and lifelong pain and suffering due to incompetence on every single front. Many thousands of dollars in bills that were supposed to be covered by insurance yet were billed to me with no way of contesting what-so-ever, causing lasting financial burdens beyond the bills from unmh. credit scores dropped because they sent these bills to collections and now I cant get approved for loans I would have easily qualified for if not for this shady hospital.

No one wants to need an ER. Most ER patients are in pain and a bit traumatized when they arrive. What I observed as one of those patients following a car accident, was caring and professional staff working hard in what almost felt like a battlefield environment. I certainly hope the ER facilities are upgraded with all the construction going on. It was hard for those nurses to put in a line for blood work and IV in what was essentially a storage area with people passing through for supplies and such. There was a mental health patient in crisis screaming nearby and constant interruptions. But they got the line in. I needed to be held for test results to assure I didn't have a hidden bleed following the wreck, so they put me in a cubicle where I could be hooked up for monitoring. Then, my husband could come in from the parking garage and sit in a hard chair in my little cubby. There was a pipe-like thing behind me that was a constant loud rush of wind, like maybe part of the air conditioning system, that made it hard to hear what staff was saying. It was cold, there was constant beeping from the monitor. It was not a good place to be. I was there 8 of the total 10 hours of my ER experience. So, I understand why some people give a low rating. The facility feels dirty and run down. The staff are rushed and overworked. It is inefficient and I could see how some patients might fall through cracks in the system. But, I do think the staff was performing their jobs the best they could. I can't ask for more than that. I know of hospitals that were essentially indigent care because they were so run down and the staff had to improvise basic medical equipment. This facility is a step above that. I've also seen those same indigent care facilities become the high prestige facility in town with a change in management. It feels like UNM medical center is at a crossroads where it can become a great facility or it can continue what seems to be a downwards trajectory. I'm hoping, selfishly, that it gets the attention and creativity it needs to live up to potential.

Hospital was great in customer service. The restrooms were all disgusting and or non functional. One restroom had a patient gown, electrical wires for ekg and dirty paper towels on the floor. For a Hospital, I figured high traffic ares would be cleaned and especially during these times of Covid-19. I told the nurse the restroom needed cleaning and showed him what I was talking about and 2 hours later nothing was cleaned. However the day b4 I saw housekeepers walking by with a cleaning cart constantly every 20 to 30 minutes. My mom was put in a new room and so my mom wanted the TV control and when I grabbed it it had blood from possibly the previous patient so I told the nurse and she gave me a clorox wipe. I figured again I'm in a hospital and with C-19 that rooms are sanitize prior to place new patient in the room.

Please come to this hospital if you don't value your life. I had to have a medical life saving procedure over Labor day weekend and no surgeons or staff around all on vacation...Had to be transferred to Texas and received exceptional care and very caring staff. Such a disgrace this is the only major hospital here. Staff crying for raises with their mediocre care and non caring staff. The housekeeping there is lazy and unproductive this hospital so dirty and unsanitary. Patients suffering for hours in ER and staff just gossiping instead of checking on patients. Let me tell you when you receive quality care elsewhere it makes you question what the heck am I doing in this state.

We were visiting Albuquerque and were rear ended. We were taken by ambulance to UNM hospital. All I can say the place is SCARY! Waited in the ER waiting room 5 hours. Finally just left. We were verbally abused by other patients when we reported vaping in the waiting room. Nurse was informed but didn’t do anything. Security was told didn’t do anything. Naked man in the waiting room! Blood on the toilet seats and floor of the bathroom. Lots of homeless and sketchy characters in the waiting room. Feel so sorry for the Medical staff. It felt like a combat zone! We had two cab companies cancel our pickup request. Luckily Marriott sent their shuttle to pick us up. Nightmare experience. Never returning to Albuquerque.

First off I do NOT blame the staff for this. I blame their system. My husband arrived via ambulance at 6pm. We were told there were no beds so we waited patiently. What we noticed was somebody would come in the room and shout for a patient who was already taken out 10 min prior..we would all tell them that person was just taken and they looked confused. So nothing was efficient because they have a terrible system. The drs would come in and loudly tell everyone your diagnosis which must be against HIPPA rights. They told us it could be 80 hours before a bed was available which is crazy. No one ever checked on you so this lady next to us was crying she was thirsty, some lady was distraught being told she had cancer in front of everyone, they had crackheads being taken back before anyone else...it was a nightmare. 9 hours later we left AMA and the nurse told us it would be over 80 hours to POSSIBLY get a room. Insanity. Not to mention as a female having to walk from the garage to the hospital in the dark stepping over homeless passed out.

About a month ago I had a severe anaphylactic reaction. While going through some of the toughest symptoms, I was forced to wait in the ED triage waiting room, even after arriving in an ambulance. For 3 hours I waited and was never given a bed, never given anything beyond the meds delivered by the EMTs and visited with Drs in the public waiting room who discussed my health options in a public space, known as a HIPPA violation. An utter failure in healthcare. This last week my mother had to wait 13 hours in the ED waiting room, before getting to wait another 3 in the HALLWAY. She's a 2 times breast cancer patient fighting again at 72. After finally being admitted the care has been good, with the exception of Internal Medicine Dr Seth Scott. An utter classless calloused cold-hearted fink who felt the necessity to discuss my mother's care, at full volume, in front of her as if she weren't present and attentive in the room. I watched tears trickle down her face as she pretended to be asleep. I hope "Dr" Seth Scott is written up, as I can't seem to find an email address to lodge formal complaints. Nurses, and other staff have been attentive and genuinely interested in care. At all costs avoid the ED/ER. Photo on the 1st floor Richardson Pavilion restroom filled with urine all over the floor.

I had my first baby here, they wouldn’t give my husband any meals even though he was my support person, we had to pay out of pocket in the cafeteria which was unbelievably expensive. They didn’t even show us how to bathe the baby, they were actually annoyed when we asked. The housekeepers didn’t even clean our room. And a few of the nurses got kind sassy with us for no reason. They gave me an epidural and never turned me so I was hurting in my shoulders, it felt like torture, they didn’t care. They didn’t wheelchair me out, I had to walk the whole way my back hurt so badly. Please, this is an awful hospital, please go anywhere else! I used to work here too, and trust me, they don’t treat everyone the same, they are awful to most patients and workers too. Again please don’t get treatment here for anything, go somewhere else.

My sister was in for 10 days with septis, was released and 24 hours later the home health care worker sent her to the ER. Went to ER spent 9 hours in waiting room before taken back to a room. She is still in the ER overflow 50 hours later. This is absolutely ridiculous!! There are no beds available for her. What part of this is quality care!! What part of being septic is not URGENT. I would never recommend this hospital for anyone

If you’re a CNA you never want to work here! Staff and Managers are bullies and the union does a good job at protecting workers but management are very sneaky and will make up stuff and get you fired. If your to nice and take time with your patients they get mad at you for time management. They are also very mean to patients that have a drug problem. There is a certain CNA that does things that are out of his scope of practice just because he has worked security and other positions. I would be very careful if you work here!

Of course UNM has its problems, they literally have ANTI VACCINATION conservatives in almost EVERY management position throughout the hospital. Like, how you gonna work in a hospital and be against vaccination? Just ask the supervisor of the Heart Station. The "liberal" appearance they use (mostly around the coffee shops) is only window dressing to hide the real poison. Also HIPAA violations galore. The negligent staff member IN THIS CASE is Duana Webster. It's not limited to Duana, this is common place at UNMH.

I had a midwife Ms. Borders that was caring for me during my L&D (She is not my primary midwife) I have had issues with my due date being changed. First went into UNM I was told I was due at the end of October, then after a few visits they switched it to November due to baby not growing, assuming he was due later due to MEASUREMENTS. I know he is due in the first accurate reading because of how big my baby currently is & my last ultrasound visit the technician also pointed out the inaccuracy of the dates. I went in because of contractions that were 2-3 minutes apart, 40 sec each. Borders came in with a really condescending & pretentious attitude & was really trying to dismiss my worries of the due date. She brought in my ultrasounds, showed me when the due date changed. Didn't look at the measurements, did not look at the baby. She based completely from just dates & called me uneducated because I was challenging it. For one, she is not an sonograph technician. She is a midwife. When discussing this with her, she didn't bother to look at my babies measurements, didn't bother to look at my family history of babies, even my last pregnancy to try to see why I felt the way I did when it came to my due date. The entire time she was very condescending, told me "I am the night Midwife, so my say goes" Basically told me I have zero rights over my pregnancy & my worries/wants were not going to be taken seriously. For her information, yes the babies due date is based off of measurements. The first ultrasound they based it from is my last assumption of my period not measurement. Then Second ultrasound they do check the exact measurements & go from there. I have zero history of health issues, no gestational diabetes. My baby is weighing 7 pounds at 35 weeks? His head & body are measuring at 37 weeks & she's dismissing it completely cause somehow she's educated more than a ultrasound technician with her few month of a midwife certificate that she obtained. My last child was full term, 7 IBS 14 oz. This baby, I am '35 weeks' 7Ibs 6oz. They are considering him preemie, trying to put me as high risk. Seems to me she is finding any reason to consider me high risk, I left Dara A Luz due to them forcing things in my pregnancy & Borders somehow is trying to connect it to having High blood pressure when that is inaccurate. I refused to give into her lack of knowledge, she intentionally was trying to inflict as much pain as she could when checking my cervix. Last midwife that checked my cervix, barely any pain but Borders intentionally was shoving her hand into my bone as HARD as she could to check my cervix. Intentionally being rough because she's not getting her way of trying to manipulate me. Treating me like I was a child (I'm 24, married, have 2 kids, have finished 4 years of Aviation mechanics, I have experience of pregnancy as it is) She's dismissing all of my ultrasound visits where I have watched my son develop, grow, also my experiences within this pregnancy was dismissed. She tried to discourage me from speaking to my primary midwife of the due date concern by saying "Your midwife is going to agree with me too" Even though I've had this talk with my primary & they have also brought red flags to this worry.I personally think Borders intentionally makes issues in pregnancy/labor for financial purposes. Last pregnancy I had there was so much inaccurate information on my documents, like medication, experiences, etc that was paid out by my insurance that I never did or see. Saying that I came in through ambulance when I did not. I refused any medications except for a sleeping medication, my chart had a LIST of different medications that supposedly I took, when I did a natural/Unmedicated birth. On top of it trying to give me a history of high blood pressure. I'm not happy with my experience. I intentionally choose a midwife for natural purposes & also Midwives are supposed to be an advocate in natural birthing. The entire time I was stressed, treated like I was a child & my rights were being taken from me, I was dealing with abuse

Waiting room is a 5 to 10 hour wait just for testing. Patients are scene in waiting room not private. Doctors don't close doors. No respect for privacy. If your dying go anywhere else. I have internal bleeding and waited over 6 hours just for images. I almost died thanks to the lack of care. And asking a nurse for anything will just get you blown off. Don't go here. Go anywhere but here. This place is terrible

Nurses don't want to help you. They will hurt your broken bones to get what they want from you. Unprofessional to the T. They take breaks when they want and leave you in pain when you need their help. They're not patient or gental when you have something broken. (Speaking from experience). They give you attitude if you ask for anything. I've never felt so unappreciated more in my life than being here for 5 days. I can't wait to go home. Never coming back here again! Worst experience of my life. Please don't go to this facility, you will be disappointed 😞

Absolutely wonderful staff, some of the most caring medical professionals I've ever met. I was brought in by ambulance after being involved in a car accident. I was visiting from out-of-state, and completely bewildered because I was so far from home and in a lot of pain. Every single person who helped me was so genuinely kind and sympathetic, I don't think I could have felt more seen and watched over. Thank you so much to the incredible staff here, who are working very intense and challenging conditions every day.

I had a baby in January who I was placing with an adoptive family, the nurses were absolutely amazing during my labor and delivery. I don't have family but my team during this time was better then family. I will forever be grateful to those ladies. They weren't judgemental or anything they made me feel very comfortable.

The pediatric ED went above and beyond for my daughter. I can’t thank the staff enough. The triage nurse was amazing she got my daughter treatment immediately when her oxen was low. The RT that came in was outstanding! She taught me a lot for at home care and was great with my grumpy 3 year old. When my daughter got to her room her nurse Mckenna was kind and on top of caring for my daughter. Her oxygen went down to 83 she was there immediately to put her on oxygen. The NP and Dr that cared for her that’s day were kind, they listened to my concerns and what was going on with my daughter, asked what I wanted and also were honest about what was best for my daughter in the situation. I was expecting to get admitted that day some how with the care that was provided for my daughter she was able to go home a little after midnight. Thank you to everyone x-ray, child life support, triage nurse, RT, the providers and her nurse, everyone from day shift into night shift did outstanding and worked very well together

i get that they’re trying to do the best they can, but the supervising doctor is cocky and has a nasty attitude. i went in for stomach problems and the doctor asked me if i wanted a female exam, i am minor and my legal guardian was not present with me in the room. She didn’t say anything about it to my guardian either. Doctor came back in with the test results and said i was dehydrated and a little malnourished (because of my diet) but not to where i need an IV. She backpedaled and tried to force me to be admitted to the hospital; then she said she wanted me to be in psych ward because of a possible eating disorder? You’re better off going to pres, what a joke.

Horrible experience! Didn’t go over my dads medical history and he’s stage 5 kidney failure- said several promises about getting him to get a dialysis treatment in and then 24 hours later come to find out they didn’t even have that med in the facility- he was covered in blood for over 18 hours till my son flew in from MN and got him cleaned up and I had to redo his bandages cuz they were soaked in blood and dried to his skin-

Most of their doctors, nurses, and physical therapists are respectful and courteous. Some of the hospitals social workers are disrespectful and very rude. They harass the patients' families about payments and try to get patients to leave the hospital and go somewhere else. Some of their social workers there just don't seem to care about the patients or their families very much at all.

Hospitals are stressful, but when they employ a nurse who took personal photos of your relative's injuries to share with her friends before being let go from another hospital, things feel worse. It was unfortunate to run into nurse Leah again here several months ago (nose piercing, heavy makeup & hair, tats, etc.), who should undergo additional training on how to properly care for her patients, if not move on from caring for people altogether. The other nurses were pleasant enough, at least.

To the Doctor who operated on my uncle! I hope collecting and billing insurance for things that didn't need to be done feels good! He had cancer was very sick! They operated on him put a ball of morphine in! He had so much pain and no this didn't help! It's crazy to hear the things Doctors do for patients! But really it's for themselves! He passed away! And your still a money hungry Doctor!

Took my daughter to emergency room. Pediatric was there from 9 pm to almost 2 am! While we waited and sat in lobby we seen many people come and go. There was a kid who was there for literally the same reason as my daughter got there 1 1/2 hours after us and was given medicine and discharged before us! I understand there's other cases which require attention immediately but to wait HOURS for a dr just to send us off. Save your time go somewhere else .

If I could give zero stars, I would use that option! Being the only trauma center in New Mexico it’s sad that the waiting period to get seen by a doctor or even place until the room is absolutely ridiculous! I’ve seen people with gunshot, wounds, broken limbs stab wounds ECT wait for hours on end just to be seen and told they’ll be all right to go home! Some of the staff are considerate and caring, while others are just there for a paycheck and don’t care! If you do not care about others, you should not being in this field of work. You constantly judge people by their history especially if there’s drug use involved, or if there was. UNM needs to hire better people and look into expanding

Was sent to UNM ER by the ER staff of BSA in Amarillo. While the ER was chaotic, the entire ER staff were friendly, helpful and patient. Especially considering the number of people streaming in, nonstop, the staff continuously kept the stream moving in a kind and compassionate manor. I was seen by the orthopedic surgery team, all of which were extremely friendly, professional and kind. Thanks to the care I received and the quick attention I was given, my family and I were back home within 24 hours! Thanks to all the staffs of the ER, OR & THE ORTHO TEAM - HAND SPECIALISTS!

I was hospitalized in September, 2022 due to multiple injuries that occurred when I was pulverized by a tractor. The trauma team did an excellent job of knitting me back together. All of the staff was communicative except for a couple of cowboy orthopedic residents who tried to apply endoskeletal traction without prior notice and under local anesthesia. (Furthermore, the MRI was still pending which eventually showed I had three fractures at the site where they wanted to put the traction unit). The nursing staff provided compassionate and effective care while I was in ICU and on the trauma unit. The wound vac staff was patient and gentle when caring for my wound. The rehabilitation staff was kind and encouraging. Overall, it was a positive experience that helped to catapult me from acutely injured to recovering.

My husband was successfully treated for a pulmonary Embolism at UNMH in Medical ICU which was life threatening. We experienced top quality care from highly qualified staff from surgeons and vascular team to nurses and techs. There was attention to personal as well as medical needs. And we were so impressed with the compassion and kindness exuded by all. His treatment and recovery has blessed our family immeasurably! We are eternally grateful for UNMH and all the staff in the medical icu and surgeons that were involved.

Absolutely horrifying experience. Frigid waiting room packed with people crying, vomiting, shivering and literally rotting in their chairs. Husband was taken to a hallway in back where I couldn't be with him where they ran tests without explanation, estimate, or ever getting results. No one was assigned to his care, every interaction was met with "Why are you here?" And when asked about why a test was recommended, either a vague generic reason was given or "I don't know, I was asked to run it". His oxygen tank ran out at one point and when they finally noticed, asked HIM to monitor it even though it was on the back of his wheelchair. I tried asking front desk, calling, and finally demanding a staff member to let us speak with a doctor or nurse in charge: This never happened! The most interaction with a nurse came when we asked (a few times) to leave or be transferred - Presented my husband with forms to sign that were outright lies - stating he'd received information on his condition, and was refusing treatment even though they had explained the risks and results of testing. We refused to sign. DO NOT GO HERE IF THERE IS ANY ALTERNATIVE.

My Husband and I went to visit his mom at UNMH. After her having a life threatening emergency and being admitted earlier that day. We both recently had surgery ourselves.(My foot and his hand) Renee (from Admitting) saw us in distress, my husband having a hard time being able to push my wheelchair up the long inclined ramp to get us to the 7th floor. She quickly offered to help. She pushed me all the way to my mother in laws room. Several hours later that night (11pm) while leaving trying to navigate through the hospital to get back to the back to our vehicle (in back parking lot) we reached the now locked double doors to get us there. Akash Mall saw us and graciously offered to get us through all locked doors so we could get to our vehicle. We very much appreciate these two employees for truly going out of their way to help us. (Rare these days) Thank you!!

Sedated (so they thought) and Robbed @ UNMH ER/Trauma Center My spouse and I were transported by ambulance on 08/06/23 to the UNMH ER (Trauma Center).  We were placed in different bays, and both got treated in the hallways.  I was aware of what was going on even with the ambulance and ER staff giving me fentenyl for pain management.  I recall they wanted my clothes off and I even assisted in getting my shorts off with my belonging in my pockets, they (ER staff) did not cut my shorts off as the contend (remember this for later on).  Upon arriving, I informed them that I had spinal stenosis, but they didn't seem to care.  They were taking me to get CT scans, and I informed them again, the nurse (Marcos) was shutting me up, I told them that I shouldn't leave worse than I got here.  They were tossing me like a sack of potatoes.   While waiting, another patient came in due to a motorcycle accident with TBI, I noticed 1 employee going through a patients man baghe rummaged and pulled out a plastic box, which looked like Bluetooth ear buds.  They called him and he put the man bag and a pair of shoes ( like size 11 or bigger)in a patient belongings bag and threw it in a cubby under his  desktop. The resident stitched my eye lid and nose.  Upon being discharged  the nurse (Marcos) said l"let me find you some clothes", it dawned on me, why did he say that?  He came back with a paper short and pants so I asked where's my clothes.  He stated they threw them away, and they had to cut them.  I asked what happened to my belongings ( I had a small black binder clip with over $100.00, with some credit card receipts and a key for my motorcycle compartments).  I asked to talk with who's in charge, and a Melissa, the charge nurse, I informed her what happened.  She dismissed my concerns.  She stated, "My employees are honest." I asked he if she was calling me a liar? She, the guy that was rummaging the patients belongings and a heavy set male (I think he was the other charge nurse) they all got verbal over my questioning them.  The heave set male stated, "They had to cut you clothes off. Why would you want them back?"  I told him I wanted my property back.  I asked the charge nurse how do I report this.  She told me to call Patient Advocate tomorrow  (Monday) to report it.  A female hospital security officer passing by, so I asked if I can make a report.  I told her I'll call their office once I was discharged.  I asked the charge nurse if they could escort me to my spouse, she said "no, we are busy".  After a few minutes the nurse (Marcos) said he'll take me.  Once in the other bay, I contacted the hospital security.  A male security officer took my report.  I asked him to look at the cameras, and he stated they couldn't due to HIPPA.  He stated that he would enter into their system and that anyone could help me.  On Monday, my daughter called Patient Advocate and spoke with Nick. He reported they found my torn shorts but not my property in my shorts. My daughter asked to speak with his supervisor, and he stated it was the board of directors and what they would tell you differently.  I also called and left a message with Nick to speak with his supervisor as well as the security officer to do an addendum to the report.  A female security officer answered, and she stated she was new.  I left a message for the male security officer, but no call back yet. Things are not adding up.  Either there is some organized illegal activity, or nobody cares if you are victimized again by hospital staff.  I am hoping that any and all board of directors look into this activity and crack down on hospital staff and get back with me on the multi-level discrepancies at UNMH.  I bet those cameras would be of value if I were the person in question. I've had plenty of bad experiences here at UNM in the past inside the ER room. But then again I've always had bad experiences at any other hospital's ER room. But my wife just gave birth to my adorable baby girl last week and I've got to say I will always have a new level of respect for this place. I will be forever grateful to the nurses, doctors and staff for being so kind and generous with my family. Dr. Goldstein is a kind and wonderful doctor, if you are planning on having a baby I strongly and highly recommend seeing Dr Goldstein. The nurses were just outstanding at providing the highest level of healthcare and professionalism. This most recent visit will forever change on how I look at this hospital

There was a little old lady asking for a blanket she was in sever pain from cancer! They couldn’t even provide her with a blanket! I was really upset to see this poor lady cold already suffering in pain and a simple blanket couldn’t even be accommodated! Seriously I asked three different nurses for a blanket and they said no! Shame on this place

My child was recently hospitalized on the 6th floor, General pediatrics. I really can't overstate how good the care was. The nursing team especially was great. Bedside manner, clear explanations and expectations, responsiveness to my child's needs, all top notch. Truly the best care anyone in my family has ever received and I'll be forever grateful that they made a traumatic experience so much easier. If I could give ten stars I would.

The housekeeping staff was flawless, Dr. Okpala is Amazing! She kept me well-informed and was great provider for my daughter. Kennie, Sharnice, and Nicole are fantastic nurses! Wednesday after shift change was a bit questionable. The charge nurse did get with me regarding some of my concerns.

👍👍 Hope that you may never need to visit Hospital/ER but if you do; go here they'll take care of you. 12/17/2021 The staff that took my BP/vitals was UNEMPATHIC as it relates to the reason(s) I was there. Besides that they were efficient. The environment is clean and professional. Normalized EMPATHY, p...

😠 This is the 4th time I’ve posted this review, let’s see if they delete it again. I am appalled at what I witnessed in this emergency room the morning of October 18th. While visiting my daughter, who was in a room across from the nurses station, I saw a doctor yell at, berate, intimidate, and threat...

🫤 The staff was excellent. However the public areas of the facility are dark, run down, and dirty. The main lobby is painted dark colors with shoddy repairs to the drywall. Lighting is poor and no effort has been made to improve the situation. My trip to post op was in a dirty staff elevator, the...

😠 HORRIBLE!! I was visiting from out of town. I arrived at the ER at 10pm. The check-in process is completed in front of EVERYONE and the whole waiting room will know your SSN. They’re quick to draw blood and get your vitals, but that’s it! No DR, PA, LPN or RN sees you! People who where having chest...

😠 The charge nurse Q who was on duty needs a lesson in patient care. I had already had a visit with the Dr. on duty and I had requested a COVID test and he was more than happy to provide one no questions asked. But when the charge nurse came in I felt like I was on trial for caring about my health, sh...
