Went in for a consultation. Friendly staff, took down some basic information, and was told someone would be with me in a "minute". Sat in a room for 30 minutes. Hey, things happen, it's understandable. Basic customer service involves at least communicating with a patient and keep them in the loop.

This place is amazing! From the time you walk in and are cheerfully greeted by Melissa and Nicole and are taken back very quickly. And then you are greeted by either Abraham or Tim you feel at ease, because no mater who you are talking to especially Jacob or Todd you are able to ask any questions that you may have and you will get clear and concise answers along with additional information to help you. This is definitely not a quick fix but a lifelong solution for better, healthier, happier, and more energetic living. This is my second year and being in Law Enforcement I definitely feel stronger, more focused and have more energy. I also have referred friends and my fellow Officers to Nu Male.

I've been going to the Albuquerque location for a while now and have noticed the most recent changes in the key members of the staff. I can't express how happy I am with all the current staff. After an appointment I had about a year ago, I was actually thinking about finding a new facility but am extremely thankful I stuck around. Due to the new staff, Im not hesitant to tell my family and friends on how this process /program has improved my quality of life.

I would like to say that Tod my provider and Jake my coordinator did an excellent job of advising me of all my options. They are very knowledgeable in their field. I love the gym and also work hard, but as I get older I was seeking that extra boost. I would like to say that their staff was very professional and attentive. I am new to the program and so far so good. I will repost at a later date to elaborate on my overall results.

Went in for consult. Same as other offices. But then started dealing with Tod. WOW! Great patient intake review. Very thorough with review. Talked about everything and processes. Took the time to explain everything even answered a question I was thinking. Not sure about the other low star reviews but my experience was excellent.

Everyone there was very friendly and appeared to work well with one another along with happy to be there. Mike in finance was the perfect man for the job and really explained one's options and Mr. Chapman really helped me with my health rather than just treating me like another paying customer. I will never go anywhere else and will send everyone I know their way. Can't wait to go back! Thank you all...

Paid 2500 to get on trt then had to do labe work...took off of work early went to get my lab work done there and the tech loses my blood sample. Then lies to me about Quest being open on weekends....
