The staff here is the most understanding I have encountered at a hospital. Even the security officers are nice. I feel 100% comfortable here and have never been looked down upon. I encourage you to come here if you are not already enrolled. The level of comfort here is a means to true success and a better future. Thank you ASAP...

Going to this clinic changed my life. The staff is very kind and they do everything they can to help you! My counselor Eric is Awesome! He is one person that goes above and beyond his expectations! Thanks for everything!

End of July will be a year with ASAP for me. Since deciding to get sober after a decade of using, I have had zero slips, no stress from them, and feel extremely comfortable with every person working in that building! The Suboxone program, the counseling, the primary care, all of it, an absolute gem of a place. They make it easy. If you want out guys, this is the place for real.

The nurses and ALL Staff are very Pleasant respectful and very helpful! They treat you fair with respect and they abide all HIPAA laws your confidentiality is number one!! And to me that's important they're really great to see everyday on a daily basis and the doctors are awesome they are all understanding they do not judge you they listen they take situations into consideration and they do everything they possibly can to help you and in your house and your well-being!!!!

This is the best help in town. I have never had better care in my life. The staff truly cares about you. They go out of there way to help you and have a lot of things to offer. I go to the art class and ha e lots of fun as WELL. Don't wait to go, just go!

I had my major complaint with them resolved. The staff here are great. I have had a lot of conversations with them which have been really good. Edit: I changed my review to 5 star because these guys really helped me out. It is black-Friday, and I called Walgreens to get my prescription refilled and they wouldn’t do it because they had “reached their cap for the year,” so I began to panic and I tried calling the asap front office, but due to the holiday they were closed except for dispensing. I drove down to asap clinic and luckily there were two nurses there who helped me out a lot. They called an on-call doctor and had a new prescription sent to a different pharmacy. I went from incredibly stressed, and anxious to happy due to their help. They could have turned me around at the door, but they went out of their way to help me and they even made sure my new prescription went through before I left. I honestly cannot say how appreciative I am towards them for what they did. If I would have not did this and gone to work on Monday, I would have not been healthy, and probably would have gotten fired due to the way I would have looked.

I have nothing but good things to say about asap. They helped me save my life for sure. The best in town they care about you truly. I've been there for 13 years and going. Just do it don't wait your life is on the line. If not for yourself for your loved ones.

I love this place for the most part. The staff treats you as well as they can for being an addict. Everyone judges, even if they have the best of intentions not to. There is a lot of help if you utilize it. Counselors and therapists are wonderful. You can even have your primary care done there. Because UNM is a teaching hospital sometimes appointments with psychiatric can get redundant....which is hard on people with mental illness as well as the substance abuse problems because you might see a different resident each time. They are very strict...so if following up closely with your program isn't for you, (as well as having to dose on Sundays) I would suggest going somewhere else. I used to go to 5 points, I suggest them as an alternative. They are great too.

The nurses and doctors and all the staff make it feel like a family environment, which is nicely appreciated. However, I say 4 stars based on the fact that the ''walk-in counseling" is ridiculously unorganized and they're not fully staffed it would seem. At the beginning they said you would only have to wait 15mins AT THE MOST--- so far, I've had 3/5 times waiting longer than 35-45mins! I dont have that kind of time and if you dont see the counselor you are not allowed to dose!!! Anyways, that is the only negative. I love the place and all those who work there and have made great progress since finding ASAp!!!

We will see. The staff is very nice but they are also very limited with how much they can help you. For some reason you cannot message the doctors that see you. My previous doctor I could send a direct message to. With ASAP you see a different doctor every time you go. How can you progress if you see a new doctor every time?
