I was employed at this organization a couple of years back. My job was great for a year, then it became a hostile environment. I didn’t get treated like garbage from other former colleagues (actually, they were great) but, from a supervisor and HR (Mrs. Ortiz). At the end, I was forced to resign because of the constant harassment from HR and my former supervisor. I believe, I was constantly harassed from my supervisor because she feared, I was going to take over her job (I was graduating from college in public health and all this began a few months before graduation) and my supervisor had a high school diploma. Anyways, my supervisor at the time and HR, constantly placed me on unpaid suspension (for what…I do not know!!). I asked “Why they are doing this to me? And all they said was we have piles of complaint and I shouldn’t speak My native language in the work place”. I asked for proof and they placed me on suspension again. I return to work after being suspended for a week and within 15 minutes of being clocked in. I was approached and harassed by these two ladies, I cried and “asked why are they doing this to me”and that was the end of my employment there. Today, these two ladies are still working as HR and a Supervisor, one being a public figure. Former employees have told their own horror stories. There were affairs with clients and falsifing on documentation and lying about numbers of clients too meet monthly quotas (that’s why homeless is their number one population for $$$). So this is my horror story working here and thanks to them I get work place anxiety. Oh and not to mention they will hire an attorney so you cannot get unemployment.

I went to First Nations for an appointment. Omg….this place is worst then the Indian Health Services. The parking is a nightmare, no where to park and drove around the clinic 5 times and was late to my appointment. The three people who sit and greet visitors have a “bitchy” attitude towards the patients. They are on their phones and gives you a smirky remark if you make a comment about First Nations (they must love their job so much to have people be treated like garbage, more like bullies) like I did about the parking. As I waited in the waiting room, I accidentally drop the clipboard and was told by the same lady in who sits in the front “ YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN!!!!“ in a rude tone. I work in a hospital and we do not treat our patients or visitor like garbage, we treat them with dignity and respect.

Worst place ever! Front desk lady’s don’t seem to like there job and take it out in the patients especially Tanya I believe her name was she has a snobby attitude and they take forever to answer phone calls To many homeless people the only good thing is that for the area it’s at it’s very clean .

About a month ago on a Friday, I went to First Nations Sweatlodge for the first time, ever!!! I was happy to go, to experience something new and for my healing. But I was disappointed. The community sweatlodge is one. I went to pray for my healing and thought women go in separately, because of woman issues. But boy, was I wrong. Being a first timer no one asked if I had a COVID CARD. That night, there was a lot of people. It was packed in one lodge. I was not told what to expect and I almost got heat exhaustion. There was enough woman to have their own lodge, but the lady Joelene insist there would be one. People were coughing, I was so worried about catching Covid because we were so close. That guy I think his name is Sid made people suffer. There was no water for us to drink. People talked to much and he kept bring in rocks. There were just a lot of protocols being broken. This is a clinic. I went for healing but no I never want to go back because it’s not a safe place. Still after sweat they told us to eat. The food had been sitting there for hrs. When I got home I got food poisoning. You might catch covid or food poisoning or give your money to that Sid guy, cause he will make a joke to make you feel sorry for him!!!

So I just called to make an appointment and they refused me because I'm a new patient, im in a lot of pain wanting to see a gyn but I guess this place refuses new patients wich is ridiculous will find another place where I'm welcome and actually care about people

This place is something else. They've helped with my essential needs that's it. I was supposed to have a plan with someone who was supposed to be a case worker for those in violent situations. I was told that there was funding and a voucher for a room to get me out of the situation. No help still. Seems funny they want you to be established in to get services, but never help with anything substantial. Security treats you as if your a criminal having to stand by the bathroom while your going. Constantly following or stareing like we're locked up in a facility. This place is only for some I guess. So many rude workers on the medical side as well. Shut it down start all over!!

This place is usually on point. Covid tests are easy here. It’s very clean too. But one thing, I took a covid test needed for vacation, & they never gave me my results but gave my son & husband theirs & they had same number as I. Mine I never received. Long story short, I missed my flight due to them not doing their job. annoying

I recently received an email notifying me that I was seen at this location. I haven't been here since 2016. I'm a little worried about their verification system for individuals and if they properly take steps to verify. HIPAA VIOLATION much? UPDATE: After 2 months, I have not heard back from a manager after requesting to speak to one on May 30, 2023, at 9:33am.. I'm guessing this was brushed off.

SHE'S THERE. SHE SHOULD BE RETIRED ALL READY. WE DONT NEED THAT KIND OF. PERSON. WORKING THERE SHES. THE MOST. HORRIBLE DESK PERSON THAT'S NEED TO BE HOME. NOT AT THIS JOB 👎👎

The defining feature of FNCH is that they have been both the best, and the worst, for me. The best can't be understated. They saved my life when I had an undiagnosed brain tumor, thank you Marnelli Hamilton, who is unfortunately for me, fortunately for her no longer there giving 110% at work. The worst is that I have actual anxiety if I'm going to be able to schedule or have an appointment or fill my prescription if the planets aren't perfectly in alignment, leading me to wonder if there was something I could do to control it except being perfect, and occasionally concluding that I should just give up pursuing professional health care unless someone points out I'm actively bleeding out.

My experience with First Nation's has overall been POSITIVE. I'm 75. I've had dental repair in Japan. My experience with First Nation's Dental Clinic has been world class. Grateful to have the help. First time Partial Dentures upper and lower PERFECT FIT. No Complaints! Sorry to hear about issues from others. God watch over ALL.

Even if there is lucid evidence your levels are lowering or on the lower end and there is an active infection in your body, they won't prescribe treatment. They will also find any excuse and easy way out to deem it all mental health and prescribe medications. I had an active infection and over 20 symptoms and asked for time off forms to be filled out, S.L. left me a voice mail saying, " I will fill it out, there's no reason to call my staff daily to remind me, I am busy." I felt I was dying and I was eventually diagnosed not by S.L. but by an online practitioner with a chronic disease. She never signed the forms and is the notes of the portal she wrote, "advised patient she does not need time off work." COMPLETELY LIED!!!! She never filledo ut the forms, I was fired from my job due to my illness. Clearly the company as well as S.L. are cruel, cold and lack compassion until it happens to them right? 5 months ago at a visit she claimed to get to the root cause of my chronic fatigue, health flutters, anxiety, mood swings, weakness and more.... Did I hear from her? No. A test that showed I had hashimotos and another chronic condition was sent to her (Tricore labs). She refused to place me on thyroid medication and antibiotics.

Don’t waste your time setting appointment here if your a new patient. They won’t except new patient for dental. Go somewhere else and they won’t answer their phone or respond to your message. Maybe their just understaff.

I have been going here for over 6 years. I have had to go elsewhere for behavioral health as there is always a waiting list. I am a trans patient and they have always been respectful and kind towards me. I have never had an issue with anybody being rude.

Don't waste your time and money trying to go here first appt. Dr Torres ordered a full lab of blood work never got mailed results then when was called about blood work came back very concerning and that I needed to see Dr as soon as possible to go over results was refused to be seen on appt. date and time. 80 miles driven round trip from home to Dr.Office to be refused to be seen today.

Dental clinic. Unprofessional and unpleasant experience. dental front office staff member, kept hanging up on me when I asked to speak with her supervisor to report her rudeness. Hopefully dental management or clinic manager addressed this employee. Patients don't deserve to be mistreated by staff.

This clinic is a joke I’ve been here for 4yrs already And all the time I come there something stupid and different from here they tell me to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time to fill out papers I come in 15 minutes before and they tell me to go wait in my car until 10 minutes to my appointment I come back in and they told me to come back exactly the time because nobody is there what kind of clinic is this I drive all the way from Belen is there anybody that can tell me if theres better clinics then this.

Great services for the homeless, medical, dental, eye care services on site. Use as a mailing address for people without permanent housing.

I was there for 2.5 with my kids for thier appointments and they denied them thier covid vaccines vut said they can get the flu vaccines but when I asked the provider and the nurse who was assigned to us and they both said yest but then the nurse came back and said no that we would have to make another appointment and then when checking out the receptionist /scheduler about them calling us for appointment she said no its first come first serve. There couldn't be more of first come first serve to a covid shot than having an appointment already and was there for 2.5hrs I think my kids had a right to get thier vaccines today and not be turned away. I will be looking for a new place for me and my family my kids being denied for a vaccine isn't OK with me.

Practitioner S.L. refused to provide treatment when my results showed there was an active infection via blood work. I was suffering from over 20 symptoms and she took the easy route and stated it was a mental health disorder. I have been suffering for almost 10 months . My thyroid levels also dropped and she stated it was hormonal and not concerned yet did not provide temporary medication to assist in leveling out my thyroid to normal levels when my blood work clearly indicated my T3 and TSH levels dropped over 1.5.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!! ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WHO WORKS THERE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR WHAT IS GOING ON! THEY ALWAYS GIVE OUT FALSE/INACCURATE INFORMATION! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE WORTHLESS AND 100% NOT WORTHWHILE!!!!!!!!!! LEARN YOUR JOB OR DON'T FREAKING WORK!

Very good medical care, they are very friendly and efficient, they take care of the patient very well and pay close attention to all your concerns.
