I
had
no
intention
of
writing
a
review
when
I
went
to
this
website.
I
was
seeking
information
on
insurance
coverage
in
an
attempt
to
help
a
good
friend.
After
I
read
a
number
of
very
negative
reviews,
I
decided
that
I
must
counter
regarding
my
experience
as
a
patient
summer
of
2015.
I
was
a
voluntary
admission
due
to
a
very
deep
depression
that
I
was
afraid
was
tied
to
another
doctorās
mistake
on
medications.
I
was
a
patient
for
3
days
and
those
days
were
some
of
the
best
in
my
life.
Without
a
doubt
they
saved
my
life!
I
met
with
a
psychiatrist
(not
a
psychologist)
for
a
full
hour
each
of
the
3
days
I
was
there.
Where
would
that
kind
of
care
be
possible
unless
in
a
hospital
setting
and
that
isnāt
even
a
given.
In
first
five
minutes
he
confirmed
my
beliefs
regarding
former
doctor
and
the
mistake
he
made
about
medications.
He
even
went
the
extra
mile
and
helped
me
immensely
with
an
extremely
difficult
situation
with
my
former
husband
who
had
just
received
a
cancer
diagnosis.
He
taught
me
the
tools
that
I
needed
in
order
to
deal
with
the
situation.
Weeks
later
I
ended
up
doing
exactly
what
he
had
suggested.
I
soon
learned
that
with
a
depression
diagnosis,
the
more
often
you
get
out
of
your
room
and
participate
in
their
programs/sessions
the
sooner
you
get
out!
A
new
program
is
offered
HOURLY
for
8
straight
hours!
I
went
to
every
one
for
2
straight
days
and
benefited
from
each
one
except
one
that
I
felt
was
too
elementary.
I
ate
every
meal
in
cafeteria
as
opposed
to
my
room.
Obviously,
the
food
is
not
Club
Med
but
for
Peteās
sake
it
is
a
hospital!
I
usually
cleaned
my
plate.
Is
it
scary?
You
bet!
But
the
only
way
you
can
benefit
is
by
meeting
their
staff
half
way
and
cooperate.
You
have
to
get
out
of
the
confines
of
your
room!
