Not
very
understanding,
caring,
or
accommodating
at
all.
Got
an
urgent
message
from
my
agency
today
stating
that
I
needed
a
physical
and
fit
testing
as
mine
has
expired.
They
said
it
needed
to
be
done
today
but
I
work
all
day
as
a
nurse
until
5
pm
during
the
week
and
work
at
least
30
minutes
away
from
this
location.
I
show
up
at
Duke
city
urgent
care
at
5:38
pm.
Online
it
shows
they
close
at
7
PM
so
I'm
thinking
I
have
plenty
of
time
to
get
what
I
need
done.
When
I
get
there,
the
guy
at
the
front
desk
says
they
close
at
6
PM
and
that
I
would
not
be
able
to
get
my
physical
done
today
and
would
have
to
come
back
tomorrow.
The
guy
at
the
front
desk
does
admit
that
the
online
hours
are
confusing
as
to
when
they
close.
After
talking
with
him
for
a
few
minutes
to
explain
my
situation
he
asks
for
my
epassport
number.
After
taking
the
information
from
my
epassport
he
realizes
I
need
a
non
DOT
physical
and
that
he
thinks
it
might
be
able
to
get
done
today.
He
goes
to
ask
somebody
and
comes
back
to
say
no
this
would
take
20
minutes
between
the
mask
fitting
and
the
physical
and
they
close
at
6
PM.
He
says
come
back
tomorrow
and
try
to
get
there
a
little
earlier
to
get
this
done
and
I
explain
again
that
I
work
every
day
until
5
PM
and
work
on
the
westside
of
town.
At
this
point
I
have
been
here
close
to
10
minutes.
The
guy
says
we
could
do
your
mask
fit
now
and
you
would
just
need
to
come
back
tomorrow
for
the
physical
knowing
I
would
be
there
at
the
same
time
at
best
tomorrow.
Did
I
mention
there
was
no
one
else
in
the
waiting
room??
Duke

Urgent

does
NOT
care
and
is
not
willing
to
do
what
it
takes
to
take
care
of
the
community
that
needs
their
services
for
compliance
reasons.
I
only
went
here
to
be
in
compliance
with
my
agency.
It
did
not
matter
to
the
staff
here
and
they
were
fine
to
just
let
me
walk
out
to
try
and
figure
something
else
to
be
in
compliance
with
my
nursing
agency.
(Update:
I
was
at
the
correct
entrance
for
occupational
health
and
not
the
urgent
care
entrance
as
the
worker
did
explain
to
me
hours
online
reflect
urgent
care
hours
not
their
hours
at
occupational
health)
