Wow, just had my 2nd/follow up appt. My provider Lisa Torres is amazing! She actively listens and takes action immediately. She has provided more education to me in 40 minutes than I've received in years from my previous provider. I'm do happy ❤

Ok first off, I scheduled an appointment and it was over a month and a half out. I was kind of shocked and disappointed because it was just for a pelvic exam..but ok. Fine. So my appointment rolls around, I show up 20 minutes early, I am greeted very nicely and quickly checked in. The nurse came back and took me within 2 or 3 minutes. So quick. She took me into the room and sat down with me, asked me if I had any concerns, and was so sweet. She took vitals and all of that. I was nervous so this helped a ton. She even asked me if I needed to use the restroom or if I would like some water. Dr. Taylor came in shortly after that and sat down with me again going through my full history for about 15 minutes. She was so thorough and nice! She didn't seem rushed and really took her time. I really appreciated that. My whole appointment went so much better than I could have expected. My pelvic exam was quick and easy. I will definitely be coming back here, no matter how long I have to wait for an appointment. Worth it!

They are not professionals. If you call the supervisor, he is never there. The receptionist says that she is going to transfer the call and goodbye. They tell you that the interpreter is not available. The doctors do not make sure that the patients have the care and the results on time. If this clinic wants more details about my bad experience, give me a working phone number and I'll explain.

I am very happy going to the west side clinic. Dr P spends a generous amount of time making sure about everything i need for my chronic health issues. The warfarin clinic is great also. They always give us reminder calls for appointments and i appreciate that.

I met with Dr. Laurenzo and OMG he was great! All the nurses were great as well. I am a female and like to have female Drs (that’s my personal preference) My Dr was out, so I saw him, and OMG he was so kind and understanding. I will recommend him and Dr. Torres over and over. Thank you for making a girl with Doctor office anxiety feel comfortable and heard!

Made an appointment over 2 weeks ago went in for my appointment today and was told I couldn't be seen the doctor didn't do what I needed this is my new primary care doctor and this would have been the first time meeting each other I think that's very rude and a waste of my time

Was quickly checked in and had little time in the wait room. The let me know up front the Dr was on schedule. The aide was immediately and saw to my needs shortly followed by the Dr. Was able to have my blood work done on site. Nice, out in 1 hr including labs.

Had to pay 45 dollar office visit and an additional 1k because it’s considered part of the UNM hospital just for a allergy skin test. Billed twice, by this clinic and UNM hospital for the same appointment. Something sketchy going on at UNM. Avoid at all costs.

I like the UNM westside clinic a lot. I started with the OB clinic there - Dr. Swanson is a really friendly, knowledgeable doctor! After my son was born, I started seeing Dr. Nelson of pediatrics. It's easy to park and check in. They keep the clinics clean. I actually live on the other side of town, but I still keep going to this clinic because I like the doctors and the facility so much! I'm not sure what the previous poster encountered - all the staff speak English perfectly fine. Perhaps they changed things or he/she had a different experience. I've been going there for almost a year with no problems (And when you are getting OB care.. you go to the doctor more than most people!)

Can't ever get an appointment. PCP told me "Well, I don't know what's wrong with you," ordered labs, and I never heard from the clinic again.

The most amazing staff from front desk all the way to my doctor. I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for me to help improve my health.

Doctors only care about how much you can put in their pocket, not your health.

UNMH needs to be reported to the state investigators office. they send out other people’s billing to wrong patients, they double bill, they have exposed my private patient information. It took months for me year to get a hold of a supervisor to make a complaint, after numerous calls, messages. It’s intentional

Do not go here Dr.Bustos is rude I asked to switch physicians and was told no he does not treat your illness he just says go take an anxiety pill

As is all medical facilites on Albuquerque short of staff, but care is excellant
