Long story short they do care about their patients! Being a small business owner in the medical field this means lots to me! Julie has always taken good care of me and knows exactly what my needs are. 2nd I received a call from Erica today because I hadn’t been there in 6 months she wanted to know if things were ok. I’m very pleased that they do notice and care about their patients because in the day and age most businesses don’t strive for great customer service but this place does!!!!

I recently had a facial with Jenna and had a fantastic experience. It was my first “me time” since having my baby. She was kind and created a relaxing experience with minimal chatting so I was able to just relax and enjoy being pampered.

Lori always makes my daughter feel very comfortable and provides choices in skin care. My daughter receives “teen facials” with Lori. Thank you Lori for all you expertise. After the appointment, my 15 year old’s skin looks great and her skin & self esteem both improve.

Dealt with "Julie". She was absolutely toxic, passive aggressive, pretentious and unprofessional as they come. She continuously talked over me, ignored me so that she could hear herself speaking and put me down. I have no lines or wrinkles on my face yet and was interested in preventative Botox as well as questions about what retinol was. She took this as an opportunity to dismiss retinol because she "doesn't like it", telling me absolutely nothing about it other than her useless opinion. She also found a way to negatively speak to me about not having any lines on my face by saying "it's a good thing that you came because of your age" - I am 30 years old. Stay the heck away from here.

I have been a patient for the past four years and I have never left disappointed. Erica has always put my best interests first and has guided me with the best treatments for my skin. The professionalism and care here is absolutely the best. I recommend them to family and friends all the time!

I had an amazing time at Oasis. I got a facial from Lori! She was amazing. She knew her products and gave helpful tips on needs for my face. I highly recommend Lori for your facial needs. Also I did an IV treatment. I have never felt more clear headed and full of energy in a long time. Erica was awesome at putting my IV in. I’m in shocked that I didn’t get a bruise like I normally do. First time seeing Erica for Botox. The treatment was fantastic! Her room was clean, neat, and inviting. She was knowledgeable and explained the treatment in detail.
