The
reception
here
needs
a
lot
of
work.
I
had
an
appointment
scheduled
and
I
left
my
work
to
make
it
on
time
only
to
be
called
as
I
was
exiting
the
freeway
(5
minutes
before
my
appointment)
and
was
told
that
they
have
to
reschedule
my
appointment
because
the
doctor
went
home.
This
was
frustrating
because
I
am
missing
time
at
work
to
essentially
not
be
seen.
I
reschedule
for
the
following
week
and
am
seen
by
Jacqueline
Benavidez.
She
provided
great
care
and
insight.
She
covers
all
bases
and
seems
to
truly
want
to
find
resolution
for
the
patient.
This
review
would
be
5
stars
for
Jacqueline
if
it
was
not
for
the
horrible
reception
experiences.
That
brings
me
to
my
scheduled
follow
up
appointment.
I
leave
work,
once
again,
and
drive
across
the
city
to
the
same
location
I
was
seen
previously
and
once
I
arrive,
I
was
told
that
I
was
scheduled
at
their
new
Louisiana
location
(which
I
was
not
made
aware
of,
nor
did
I
even
know
they
had
a
new
2nd
location
in
ABQ)
they
tell
me
that
they
need
to
reschedule
me
because
even
if
I
hurried
to
the
Louisiana
location,
they
were
2
hours
behind
schedule
and
couldn't
see
me
anyway.
I
left
and
called
the
Louisiana
location
to
tell
them
the
frustrating
situation
and
let
a
man
named
Orlando
know
that
I
am
heading
over
and
would
only
be
5
minutes
late.
He
says
"Ok"
and
proceeds
to
put
me
a
hold,
then
transfers
me
to
an
unknown
line
with
a
full
voicemail.
I
call
back.
No
answer.
I
arrive
to
the
Louisiana
location
and
they
tell
me
that
they
could
not
see
me
(Bonus
points
if
they
don't
refer
to
you
by
your
correct
name)
and
I
have
to
be
rescheduled.
I
decided
to
not
reschedule.
Not
only
is
their
efficiency
and
communication
extremely
below
average,
they
don't
have
the
least
bit
of
an
apologetic
demeanor.
Lacking
customer
service
skills
all
together.
It
is
unfortunate
because
for
the
1st
time
in
a
long
time
I
was
hopeful
about
the
treatment.
I
just
cannot
keep
leaving
work,
driving
across
town
with
gas
prices
as
high
as
they
are
to
be
cancelled
on
at
the
last
minute
and
be
sent
to
wrong
locations.
