As a person that received services at AHCH, I can tell you this - without their kind and compassionate caring and making me feel like a person, I would not have continued to grow into the person that I am today. Because of services that they provided I got my teeth fixed, mental health issues addressed and am now living as a productive member of society. Maya's Place for Women was what showed me the path to Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless and I have never bee treated so good. I am now in school to help others like me and will never forget the life they gave back to me. Thank you! Kelli Allen

I resisted going to AHCH for a long time, even though I was sick and had no insurance. When I finally did go, it was the exact opposite of what I had assumed it would be. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous to everyone who walked in the door. The office staff is organized and very efficient in their jobs. The nurses and nurse assistants are motivated and do everything possible to help their patients feel comfortable. The Nurse Practitioner are really amazing, and I mean all of them. They are better than M.D.'s because they lack that arrogance and indifference one encounters at most clinics. They Pharmacy staff is simply amazing. They remember clients, smile, and make a person (me) feel that things really are going to be better. I really am surprised by the cleanliness and real assistance people get ar AHCH. I am also very much a fan of s.t.a.r.s.( the drop in center) and of course Artstreet.

I'm a landlord, I accepted clients from this program, trying to help, but that guy scott and the supervisor reed, are the worst people, I'm escalating this above reed, I would never accept any of their clients, there's good people there, Alex, Gabriel, Josh, to mention a few, but the supervisor and scott are really bad people.

Awesome place with great people working there. Awesome behavioral health team, plus some great medical and dental folks. It is, also, an excellent place to receive VA care through the walk-in clinic held by Myles. Great alternative to the VA Hospital which can be to much for people with PTSD.

This should be -100 rating for an agency that has a huge budget > 9 mil a year, whose director makes 140,000 and their job is to pass out needles to people addicted...by the thousands with no treatment for addiction-- the needles end up all over our parks, play yards, church yards, private property! Why do they keep getting money? Would like to know why dual diagnosis gives an addicted person disability money to spend on drugs??

Every time i came in to see the doctor i get told that they can't see me. I have been out of my medication for 2 week's. I have seizures and blood clot's in both lungs and legs. This place sucks now. I use to praise this place. They used to be a cool place to come to if you neneeded help.

They helped! Alot. Just always room for improvement . Thank you for as much help as y'all could. as the time.went on. Of course it's a waiting game maybe need little longer contract with hotels while these housing process not sure but hopefully everyone get faster help that's needed Was hard to get updates. The lady was sick that help with housing so missed her the first week now they say we have to go back into a shelter like nothing else can do for us. I'm disabled with PTSD and have children under 18. Autism. It's been little hell for us. Trying to get info and such. Because we came from east side. Wish we could communicate more on the plans. It's like we hold up our end but when they not we kinda get the short stick. I'm prioritize on list for housing help but haven't heard updates in two weeks. Before they just say we gotta find shelter. Like they can't help us. I'm transgender and wanted to be treated the same.

Is it ever open? Do they actually do anything, or is it just an empty locked building?
