I had blood drawn in January 2019. My copay was only $5.00 because I am on medicare. Several months later I recieved a last notice bill for $146.00. I didn't owe the money and was fearful it would go to collections and I did not want my credit score to be affected so I paid it. Right away I started calling the billing office and trying to explain to them that they needed to send it back to me, since my copay was only $5.00. I called 4 times and had Medicare call them twice. A man at the Medicare office talked to them while I was on the line. The supervisor said it would be sent back to me. I have not received my money as of August 2020. The billing department is a joke.

It is completely unprofessional to talk about how another patient upset you in front of full waiting area of other patients. Instead of bad mouthing a patient, your staff should be worried about getting patients in and out in timely matter. And if your employees cant be compassionate and understand that the people there are servicing are probably going through some things....they should probably get a different job

Like other reviewers here, I have nothing but respect for the labs themselves. My husband and I have had all our blood work for through them for years. Sure, the clinics are busy, but they handle it as efficiently as possible and the phlebotomists are always friendly and professional. My problem is with billing! I had a problem because they billed some services separately for the same day/same draw on one test (not the usual practice). Insurance was confused and thought we were trying to pay a duplicate. I sat on hold for over an hour before speaking to a human. When I finally got through, the billing service agent was clearly annoyed with me the entire time and kept saying the same things. I tried to rephrase my question a thousand times to get some documentation that explains it’s not a duplicate bill. She finally said she would transfer me to a supervisor, but then hung up. I get it. Accidents happen. But I left a voicemail for them to call me back within a minute of the hang up and have yet to receive a call back (it has been over an hour). I seriously doubt I will get any resolution from them, but I am sure I will get sent to collections when they don’t get their money! Oh well, maybe the collections company will be easier to work with 🙄

I went to Tricore lab at the UNM Clinic on 4th street to get several vials of blood drawn. I signed in with their entirely automated system, then sat for 15 minutes while nothing happened. There weren't any other patients. Turns out the electronic check-in DID NOT WORK and the tech asked me to sign in AGAIN. Finally, I was taken into the lab, after the checkin details were finished. I asked the technician to give me a "one two three" - and I repeated that several times. INSTEAD, she just rammed that thing into my arm and BLOOD SPURTED EVERYWHERE! It was all over my clothes, the chair, my arm. It looked like a crime scene. I asked her how long she had been doing this and she told me "two years." She should have the BASIC SKILL down pat by the time she starts working on patients. I also asked her why she didn't give me the "one two three" I asked for and she said, "I don't do that for anyone." She says that, in her experience, "everyone" moves when she gives them that warning, which is definitely NOT the case for me. I have never moved when given a one-two-three warning and I have NEVER in all my life had a technician spurt blood all over the lab from jabbing me. That technician needs re-training and they need to get rid of that electronic sign in because it is unreliable.

4 for the usual service in person, 1 for the telephone customer service. As I write this, I have been on hold for 30 minutes. I've listening to the same 3 or 4 announcements over and over again, and I'm about to lose my mind. Honestly, I expect better customer service from a local company. If my business treated people this way, we'd be out of business fast. Must be nice to have a captive audience; you don't have to try too hard.

Fraudulent billing practices. Tricore ignores insurance and just bills the patient. Billing office has poor hours, they make it intentionally hard for people to contact them. This operation needs new leadership, Robin Devine needs to step down and let someone competent run and fix this operation.

I have been using Tricore for years. I had cancer and have had to have blood drawn regularly from the time I was diagnosed. Not once have I had a problem with getting prompt service. I go in, am called within a few minutes, checked in and blood drawn, all within an average of 15 minutes. The results usually show up on my online Presbyterian chart within an hour or less. Over the past 3 years, I have used the facility at Rust to have draws that were requested by my Oncologists and my PCP, and not once have I had any problems, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional.

Horrible experience with TriCore billing. The asked for my insurance card, then failed to file the claim and proceeded to bill me for the whole amount. When I called them they acknowledged their mistake and said they would correct it. They didn't. Now they have billed me again an included a collection notice with the bill. Right now I've been on hold for over 45 minutes waiting to get this straightened out. If a zero star was an option, they would earn one.

Analiz is literally the rudest human I've ever dealt with. I'm surprised she can hold down a job

Customer service is beyond incompetent and lazy. The tech celebrate when they find a vien. Pathetic is an understatement

I have been going here for over 10 years. They have a very professional, friendly staff. The wait time is very short especially if you go first thing in the morning.

They will send you to a debt collector without sending you the bill. We asked them to run the charges through our insurance and then we never heard anything from them. Then we got a letter from a debt collector. They even admitted they never sent a new bill after the amount we owed changed after going through our insurance, but they refused to recall the debt collector.

😠 This is the 4th time I’ve posted this review, let’s see if they delete it again. I am appalled at what I witnessed in this emergency room the morning of October 18th. While visiting my daughter, who was in a room across from the nurses station, I saw a doctor yell at, berate, intimidate, and threat...

😠 The charge nurse Q who was on duty needs a lesson in patient care. I had already had a visit with the Dr. on duty and I had requested a COVID test and he was more than happy to provide one no questions asked. But when the charge nurse came in I felt like I was on trial for caring about my health, sh...
