Lovelace Women's Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation center

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I consider myself lucky to be able to have the surgery, during the Pandemic. I was worried about supplies, beds, staff shortages. None of this occurred. Lovelace Women's Outpatient was very professional, thorough (required Covid and EKG test) and quick in processing. Yea!! People often mention great,

I haven't met one staff, nurse, or even physician who hasn't gone far above and beyond. (Ok I've literally met ONE) I am a patient that could be looked down on financially, but they don't act like that at all here. I have been in excruciating pain the last few days but no matter the attitude I throw out they're still so kind! From what I've seen the only time a patient gets treated poorly is when they're rude first. Best hospital in town, and it's 100% the nurses love. Edit: do be wary of the ER though, grab bag of trained and untrained. You never know which one you'll get.

I was referred by my Dr as part of treatment for pelvic pain. I was skeptical since I was pretty sure pelvic tension wasn't the cause. Turned out to be a great experience. I saw a pt & lymph specialist. Mary Beth (the pt) actually found a specific area that was one of the causes that my Dr hadn't. She also suggested I see a urogenocologist - I didn't even know they existed! Battina (lymph specialist) was also great. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and friendly along with the front desk staff. Even though a diagnosis hasn't been determined they both have given valuable pieces to my puzzle. (I also think Bettina's upstairs receptionist is exceptionally great!)

Everyone does a fantastic job. They work hard to ensure you get as much as possible out of each session. I actually enjoy each session, and leave feeling like I have accomplished what we set out to do. They give great advise on how to work further from home, so I can increase my mobility to my doctor's and my expectation. Without their work with me, I my not reach full recovery after my knee replacement surgery. I want to thank them all for that. Great job!

Everyone was great. I love how they got me and quickly understood that I was near death. The two nurses that looked after me and the one over them I believe was the head nurse. They're very quick to get me blood I've lost their eye contact their calmness and Stillness. It kept me calm they help me keep a steady breath kept me from panicking even though I wanted to just pass out. I think them so much they were a great group of women they did an awesome job I come in their heart God bless them all and thank you

My nurse team has been so extremely attentive to my care and literally have gone above and beyond for me and my sweet little boy. I would like to specially point out a young woman named Vivian. She has made this experience absolutely memorable and I cannot express how lucky I am to have had her throughout my Caesarean recovery. Easy 5/5

Great Staff from start to finish, treat you like you're a VIP. Very well organized, short waiting time in the waiting room, pre-op and before I knew it I was in the procedure room with the Doctor explaining everything. It was over in what seemed like a few minutes, they gave me the results and called my ride, I was out the door in just a few hours.

My surgical procedure went perfectly. I was well cared for by a caring and professional team. All my questions were answered and results were posted quickly. Staff contacted me to see how I was doing the next day. Great experience.

The physical therapy department at Womens hospital is absolutely wonderful. They do excellent work. The staff are warm and caring. They make a difficult time so much easier than it would be otherwise.

Leah and Sheri are THE best physical therapists ever. They did such a good job of analyzing my problems and then using their combined vast knowledge to think of ways to help me. I can't recommend them enough.

Unorganized and unprofessional! So glad I switched hospitals. Had a class for breastfeeding here and waited around for 40 mins trying to call people to see what was the hold up. Not one teacher showed up let alone no note or notice was given to anyone who showed up to attend the class. Literally had a bunch of pregnant ladies standing around near the autiorium to see if anyone would show up to open the doors. Called many people at the 8983030 number and not even those guys knew what was going on. They gave us numbers to call and some went immediately to voicemail. Very unprofessional for a class you had to pay for before hand to even get scheduled into.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ My stay from when I came in was very awesome. There was a lot of confusion in the hospital but once I got here the concern for me for my comfort was 1st priority.
