    What a day it's been. Not my first time to this location (though amazing all around) but the first time things could've been better. I went in for breast torture imaging and tech 1 refused to acknowledge my plead to re-adjust the machine, but she refused to acknowledge my painful concerns (I am taller than she was but lack of compassion was a sour experience). The pain from it pulling down instead of only squishing pressure was enough to make my right eye leak. I needed a minute but they had no concern for the already damaged area they were aggravating through the process on my right breast. Tech 2 came in and held a caring demeanor through the process with my left breast. Tech 3 did not sanitize (who cares now🤔), dumped too much gel on my right breast that slid down my back through the process. My doctor was amazing and very intuitive. Check in is always a pleasure and paperwork makes you laugh as you go through but all around good energy and my go to place. I suggest a compassion refresher and understanding that the patient should be listened to in order to avoid unnecessary issues for a patient that could have a number of issues.

    I have been to this location several times. From mammogram to bone density and now my MRI. Very professional personel,clean safe environment. Reasonable time for all of my appointments. Highly recommend this facility.

    Very professional and quick. Went in and had temperature taken and made sure I had a mask on. She directed me to a person that would look up who was doing my CT scan. After this she said to take a seat and someone would call me Within minutes he came out and checked insurance and copayment. Afterwards he directed me to the correct imaging center. I had a reservation and again within minutes I was shown to the scan room where he explained what was going to happen. The scan went flawlessly and I reminded him that we needed a copy of the scan. Again within minutes the technician brought me the CD with all the stills and scans. Amazing that in such a short time he had the CD professionally labeled with my name and date it was taken. Everyone knew their jobs and made the visit a great one.

    Our insurance company recouped a payment a year after my husband's appointment. We never received a statement or call about the bill! They use a third party billing company that has some SHADY practices! Insurance recouped in June and they sent us to collections in August! Zero communication. I still haven't seen an explanation of benefits showing patient responsibility. We have contacted the VA about this and paid the bill to avoid a credit rating ding. Avoid this place!!!

    I have had great experiences with this imaging company. Briget in billing is so helpful! RAA has outsourced their billing to a company with bad BBB reviews, so I was worried. But I called RAA to see if there was an error on my bill, and Briget (who works for RAA, not the outsourced company) went over the bill in detail so I understand what's going on. Many medical providers would say "we don't know anything because that outside company handles all our billing." But she did not pass the buck--she looked up my bill and explained how that billing company works, so now I know they're not a scam and how to correct a billing error if there is one. Im waiting till my insurance sends me the paperwork about how much I owe. (This outside company bills so fast it is confusing.) Bridget said it's safe to wait a couple weeks, so I can be sure the amount I owe is correct, comparing to what my insurance says my share of the bill is. I'll re-post if this turns ugly, but for now it's all good.

    The woman who did my registration was amazing. I’d go back just to talk to her. However, they did the wrong MRI. They didn’t read the orders correctly/thoroughly, so it stalled my treatment and I had to go through another MRI. So my advice to you, make sure they read the orders thoroughly. Have them read the codes and the authorization details. Just to avoid getting the wrong imaging. Otherwise, my experience was okay. Like I said, the woman who did my registration was the absolute best. I wish I remembered her name to give her the credit, she more than deserves.

    I have going the RAA for many years. I have multiple chemical sensitivity. I wear a mask with a carbon lining. My appt yesterday 11/16/22 turned out to be very difficult bc the wipes were different and scented which I had not experienced in the past. I was getting sick from over exposure. I was sick the rest of evening. Please beware the some people struggle w a lot of the fragrance used in most products. I had to hang my clothes outside to air out and shower to get the smell out my hair and skin. My eyes were tearing. I had a terrible exposure.

    Terrible experience getting access to records. I was reassured records would be posted to MyChart. They weren't. Then I was told I need to come back in and fill out more paper work to get access to records.

    Had appointment this morning and receptionist was very nice and cordial. Also the Technician Anthony, he was very kind and courteous. I strongly recommend this place for your medical needs that they can help you with.

    The experience started out so we’ll do to a young lady named ASHLEY. She did an outstanding job making me feel comfortable checking in.(first impression ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) The entire staff carry a certain way of excellence. Highly recommend

    I had a great experience with the tech that was performing my pelvic ultrasound. However, the tech that performed my mammogram made me cry from pain and it continued for quite some time after it was completed. I have had two prior mammograms and it never hurt like this. I told her my concerns and she indicated that it must be something wrong with me rather than their technique. I didn't have pain at all with the previous position but when she shifted to the side view, it felt as if she crushed my breast. She seemed annoyed and just told me to tell her when she could continue. I have never cried from a diagnostic exam and feel as if she was insensitive to it all. Will not have another mammogram here.

    Friendly, helpful, efficient. Within 45 minutes, I checked in, registered, had my 3D mammogram, and left. I highly recommend scheduling early in the morning. Although I had left my CNP's request back home, they gave me the option to send her a copy. They have new equipment since my last visit - so much more comfortable!

    Dysfunctional! Screening process to just check in is excessive, over controlling & on one of my visits, actually hostile. Staff seem nervous & unsure. If you can get past all these dragons at the gate, the x-ray technicians are fine, but...

    The friendly staff and the cleanest facility. I’ve been here twice (each time for a mammogram) and I swear it feels spa like to me. The check in people and the mammogram technician are always just so nice and make me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Oh and they do more than just mammogram’s and are open past 5pm and on Saturdays too

    I was very pleased with my visit today. I was shocked when I called to schedule a mammogram and they had appointments available the next day! The imaging tech was kind and ensured that I was comfortable and informed on the process. My whole visit was a breeze, but not once was I rushed. I was in and out in 45 minutes.

    RAA Imaging just off of I-25 and Jefferson is very convenient! For simple x-rays, there is no appointment needed and the wait time is not too long. The office is very relaxing and the staff is very nice. IF your doctor requests a disk, you get it when you are there. Super easy to deal with and no hassles!

    Poor communication. Highly unorganized and the hours of operation do not seem to match the hours that the employees are scheduled to work. Bianca seems to be the only one who knows what's going on. The representative in the foyer openly asks prying questions about the type of appointment prior to getting to even check in.

    I have always had a great experience here but this time was not the best. I’m on track for a mammogram and ultrasound every six months. They called me for the screening so I came in. Apparently they had more than one referral and weren’t aware that I had issues and had to see the doctor after every visit. The girl taking the screens asked me “are you having any issues?” I said no not aware that she meant in general. I was under the impression that they had my records. After she did the imaging she seemed extremely annoyed that the proper screening wasn’t done because I replied with “no issues” I thought they knew what to do since they’re the ones who called me in for this. I felt extremely uncomfortable after and really just wanted to leave.

    My first time getting a mammogram, the crew were amazing! Thanks for still laughing at my “mom”jokes if it’s a girl or boy, even if you hear it often during ultrasounds…. Being so helpful and kind…. I felt comfortable and respected! Awesome crew!
