Place Is Always Hot. Fans Barely Work. Workers Are Rude Never Clean Anything,Always Sit On Their Phones. THERES AN OVERSIZED KAREN That Always Try’s To Start Problems With Me And My Kids, She Acts Like A Manager And Yelled At My Kid For Wearing Pants. DO NOT WORKOUT HERE.Bathrooms Dirtys As Well.

This Planet Fitness is dark and dingy. Not a fun workout environment. The equipment is old. I have been to several Planet Fitness and their machines are extremely more updated than the ones here. I have a strong feeling they got hand me down machines. Cleanliness is not a top priority, maybe because it is so dark. Today I only saw one member wipe the equipment down when finished.

I agree with other reviewers of all PFs that there are an excessively large number of treadmills - that space could be used for something else in greater demand. This location is the best maintained PF that I have been to in 5 states.

I love this gym. I feel at home. If you weren't in my life I wouldn't have one. It's not a meat market...its a gym. All tho. I can do without the ladies wearing see threw leggings. Kinda trashy. But you do you. I'm gonna focus on my health and my future. Planet fitness will always be in my life....forever.....the workers are you kind. If you need help getting motivated go there.. the trainers are there to help you change your life. So let's go get going. And app also helps you in alot of ways. Cya there friends...

First time here, clean and smelling good. The AC was also on. It was all hot out I'm all cooled down. Had a really good workout went with my sister's n nephew. Got a tour of the place, signed up for a membership. Gonna be going back often. Great people that were working and helped us.

This is by far the best Planet fitness I've been to in town. I've been told it's under new management and they are doing a great job. The cooler works great the equipment is clean and working, and the workers are professional. Its worth the longer drive. Probably the best Planet Fitness I've been to in town. The other planet fitness facilities need work and it's seems like nothing ever gets fixed especially the air conditioners. Nothing but excuses. Update September 13 I still make the extra drive to Montgomery. Its worth it the gym has a cooler that works and the gym is clean. The equipment is nice and I actually enjoy working out here.

Absolutely besr planet fitness in Albuquerque despite what people may think. Staff actually clean over here and are friendly. I would give them ten stars if possible

Disappointed by the staff member manning the desk today. My home club is technically the one on Alameda, but during sign-up, they assured me that I could use any of the other locations during Balloon Fiesta (traffic barricades make going to that location difficult/impossible). Instead, I was turned away at the door here, and calling my home location (during nominally open hours) had the phone go straight to voicemail.

Staff was so great! I just signed up so am a newbie but so far very nice! Clean, not too crowded friendly staff.

It was ok., im.a little weak right now , let me get a few workouts in , facility clean and never seems to b to crowded so it's always a pretty good experience

I do really like this location. The place is clean and staff is friendly, my main problem is that it’s right next to a high school. Unfortunately in my schedule the time I’m able to go is about 2:30 and the place is crawling with loud high schoolers. They just sit around at the machines on their phones and talk to each other, it’s just a place to hang out and sit for them! They just stare at you as you’re trying to work out and it makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable. There’s a few in particular who I feel would follow me around. I’ll go to the treadmill they’ll follow, I go to the free weights, they’re right behind me, I stretch and they follow and sit down. I’ve started going 5 miles out of my way to another PF instead of going to the most convenient location for me. Also if you go here always wipe down your machine BEFORE and AFTER, I see too many people get their sweat or sneeze in their hand then touch the machines and don’t bother to take 30 seconds to wipe down.

My locker was broken into yesterday. The staff were less than useless in the situation. The Gym is dirty and unkempt and reflects accurately the personal appearance of the manager. It is a total disgrace ... stay away if you can. I had to put a star to post this -it doesn't deserve one.

Wonderful Place! Feels like I belong here and it's my home gym! Comfort and no judgement! I've been looking around for awhile for a place to exercise comfortablely and I found it! Thanks PF!

I love the employees and this gym location! Great management as well!! I can say the only flaw is the smartmouth disrespectful kids that come in!!! Especially with the high school next door and the free summer passes!!! They come in and stay on machines forever and horse around!!! Its very irritating!! If they cant act like respectful young adults, they shouldnt come in!!!

There is a ton of different cardio equipment. It is in excellent condition. The cooling in the building works exceptionally well. It is a fantastic alternative to running or biking in the heat

It's usually not too crowded and the vibe is pretty chill. Needs more room for aerobic activities though. But everything usually works and place is mostly clean.

This planet fitness is a low key, convenient place to work out and the staff are always super nice!

The gym is clean, the equipment is nice and there’s enough to go around. The two guys that work the early shift are chipper and seem to really enjoy their jobs. Great way to start the mornings.

We were visiting for my daughter's wedding and was able to get a day pass. Friendly service and clean gym.

They keep this facility exceedingly too warm. They also don't keep it very clean. I'd be surprised if they've ever scrubbed the floors.

The back door alternate entrance is permanently closed due to what the manager states is an incident with homeless citizens walking in with an employee. This entrance is vital due to not enough parking in the front which forces people to the back parking area. If safety is a concern you’re now having patrons walking around the building to get to the front entrance which has no lighting. That is a safety issue also. If you adequately staff your site you would not have employees working alone when there are four employees working then evening shift standing around. On several occasions in the last few months the location has not opened up due to employee call ins. Another staffing issue. I have been going to this location for over 10 years and have never seen these issues tell recently. Other these issues I wouldn’t go any where else.

Very poor customer service. Takes 2 months to cancel service and double charges to your account. Lack of communication on call backs and training on how to cancel membership. I would recommend another locations.

Been going to Planet Fitness for over 12 years, 4 to5 days a week. The gym is perfect for me, the staff is great, and it is always very clean. I am a 76 year-old male and would highly recommend Planet Fitness on Montgomery to anyone!!!

This is a great place to workout. The staff is helpful and friendly and the equipment is fantastic. I love the fact they have the Total Body Enhancement.

Just now, went to tan. The gal at the counter says I can tan; ready to go. I go to the room & there is somebody already in the room tanning. OK, no biggie, I'll wait. When he comes out, she tells me I'm good to go. I said it needs to be cleaned. She says oh then you'll have to use another bed. She said it won't be cleaned until so-in-so does a walk thru. I said no, it's cleaned after each guest. She told me to do it myself if I wanted it cleaned. This tanner was disgusting! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned all weekend. This girl needs training!!

Staff are really friendly and the locker room is clean. My problem is with the outdated equipment and the ceiling. Right above the incline leg press is a piece of insulation hanging from the ceiling. The owner of this gym really needs to take care of it. Not only is it a safety hazard but possibly a health concern? I also wish they had the bigger fans but there is an issue with space. Overall, this gym really needs a facelift. Edit: This reply is pretty condescending… also they repaired it with duct tape but there’s another place in the ceiling where insulation is visible

I like this planet fitness. The members are considerate of one another, wipe down machines, and it’s never very busy. The machines are the same as in all the other PF sites, but all here are in working condition. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Fit’s my needs.
