Great gym for hardcore lifters. No frills, all iron and soul. Fantastic for both strongman and powerlifting. Owner Eric is one the genuine good guys in the small business community. Highly recommend

I was in town visiting family for the last month or so and I didn't want to lapse on my training. I found Iron Soul via Google and I could instantly tell it was the place for me. Sign up was easy with no commitment; I just did one month. The monthly rate is *very* competitive. Great equipment and environment for folks that want to train hard and don't need frivolous amenities. I wish I could stay! I'll be back to train for my next visit though.

I decided to join and I just finished signing up(breezy). I feel confident that this place will give me more of what I want. I need more access hours and this place is 24hr. It feels professional and I like that they give you a key fab instead of a door code.I need good energy from people who take their training seriously and so far I find it there. Service was top notch on two occasions. Got a free tour a couple weeks back. Staff is courteous and fun loving.

Great no frills power lifting gym. I do two hours here 5 days a week and had zero issues so far. I once forgot to rack some plates and someone politely asked me to Re rack and that was that. Better than the other gyms I’ve tried.

Nice place! Lots of great equipment that you will not find in a "normal" commercial gym (duffalo bar, ssb, atlas stones, hip squat, and they even have a knee wrap roller). Very cool place...and lots of strong folks training there! Super awesome gym with great people.

Iron soul is a rip off. Save your money. You're better off going to Defined lol. The owner is rude and crass and though the front says they will refund you. The owner will tell you they never refund. 💯 Not to mention the things that have been stolen from customers. They keep it all hush and its bad vibes. JS save yourself trouble and money. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Great gym, friendly staff, great atmosphere, great equipment. I came here to take training more seriously and was helped with a trainer to get me started on the right track for a fair price. One of the best decisions I’ve made this year and I am excited to workout every time.

Great gym. The staff is very professional and friendly. The equipment is well taken care of, and the gym itself is very clean. I also appreciated the great customer service. Anytime I emailed the gym, I received a quick response. I really enjoyed working out at Iron Soul and hope to find another gym like it after I move.

Iron Soul has been without a doubt, the best gym experience that I've ever had. The people that workout here are here to work hard and it definitely affects your personal desires to become the best and strongest version of yourself. There's a high level of professionalism that shows through the cleanliness and quality of the equipment, the coaches that are passionate and supportive and the extremely affordable membership fee. Great equipment: benches with safety bars, deadlifting platforms, plenty of power racks, and other specialty strength training equipment. I haven’t taken advantage of the personal training services but I can tell that the trainers here are knowledgeable and professional. As a veteran, I appreciate the fact that the owner contributes to veteran organizations (like the Purple Heart Foundation) as well as the local community. Best gym in ABQ by far!

Love it here, I'm pretty picky about the atmosphere of various gyms and this one hit all the marks I was looking for. Iconic gym in my books.

Pretty sick gym for powerlifting and strongman, I don't think I've ever seen so many racks in one place. Some strong dudes too judging by the wall. Plenty of plates and specialized machines, and most importantly for me, 24 hr access. Edit: they opened into a second area, so there's a bit more space with two more racks, benches, and deadlift platforms. A general lack of ventilation sucks a bit during the heat.

This place has it all for the space. Came in from outta state for work and used the gym for 2 months. Got great daily workouts.
