My son and daughter did an Athlete Ready program to prepare for the state track meet. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. The kids performed well. But, more importantly, they really enjoyed working with Jared and making new friends from other schools. We will continue to use Athlete Ready in the years to come. Thanks Jared! We really appreciate all your help!

My kids and I have been going to Athlete Ready for 3 years and couldn’t be happier! My kids go to the Athlete Ready Minis class and not only get a great workout but also really have a lot of fun with the coaches. They have already shown improvement on the soccer field because they are stronger, faster and more coordinated! For myself, I love the adult group exercise classes. Athlete Ready is not a just pick up heavy things with no real plan gym. Their programs are very thoughtful, effective and purposeful with research to back up why they do what they do. Coach Roman is awesome at adapting the workout to accommodate anyone who might have an injury or limitation or people who need more of a challenge. I have found a community here of people who want to live healthy, positive lives. This is the spot to train in ABQ!

Athlete Ready is unlike any other gym in Albuquerque. The coaches, athletes, and clients have created a community and environment that is incredibly supportive, competitive, encouraging, and FUN! The care that the coaches show for each individual, both physically and mentally, is something that is extremely rare to find and this is something that sets AR apart from any other facility. I would highly recommend AR to youth, adults, athletes, non-athletes, any person that wants to create a healthy body and mind in an environment that is more supportive, challenging, and fun-filled than any gym you've been before. Cannot say enough good things!!!

The is an amazing place here in Albuquerque. The coaches are well trained and disciplined. They tend to work around your limitations and body needs to get the max out of each program. The small adult groups are the best for people who spend most of their day inactive. Strength training and mobility are Coach Roman’s focus for everyone. If you are frustrated and feel like you are not getting your money’s worth - Athlete Ready is the place to check-in

I would recommend Rob Wilder to anyone needing help performing athletic movement. I play a lot of golf, and due to recurring injuries I historically needed to take weeks off from playing because of the pain. Rob has helped me tremendously to stay mobile and strong enough to prevent these injuries and be able to keep playing.

From the first workout I completed at AR I felt welcome in the environment and and physical improvement as well. AR pushes you to work smart and hard at the same time, which is exactly what I need as a collegiate athlete. Looking forward to training here even after my college days are over!

Athlete ready is the best gym I have gone to in New Mexico. I have been coming here since I was in middle school and I now play division 1 soccer. Not only have the workouts made me the player that I am today but the people that are involved. Everyone of them have taken the time to help me become the best player and person I can be. The provide individual support to help each athlete and adult to grow.

As a collegiate athlete, injury is one of the most terrifying outcomes of sports. However, the training I've done at Athlete Ready has not only given me visible results where I'm stronger and faster, but has also kept me injury free and recovering quicker than ever before. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and really care about their athletes' health and wellbeing. I loved my experience so much as a younger volleyball client, that I returned home from college as a summer intern for AR so that I could further be a part of the awesome culture they've created here. I love Athlete Ready and everything they represent!

Athlete Ready has been an absolute game changer for my son, now 13 years old. He started when he was 12 and been attending for a year now. The coaching staff and training team are great people you want to have in your training regiment. They are not only about fitness but the healthy aspect of training smart and performing correct movements athletes don’t usually train. They are geared towards injury prevention and ensure the athletes sport is addressed. I recommend anyone especially with young athletes to try. It’s not the price, it’s the investment. I am very proud of team Athlete Ready for all they have done and will do for my son. My son struggled with confidence, dawg mentality, and sense of urgency. Let Athlete Ready change that for you.

Our 16 year-old daughter has a significant and life threatening health event that required a prolonged hospitalization; including hospitalization at a premier neuro rehab hospital in Houston. We came back to Albuquerque needing to get her in a program to continue her ongoing remarkable recovery. I reached out to Jared to ask if he had suggestions for a client with a neurologic insult. He knew right away that Roman would be a perfect fit for the job. Roman, Jared and Rob have been amazing. Roman reached out to our daughter's physical therapist to ensure they could collaborate on formulating a cohesive and successful plan. While the process is ongoing, her results have been phenomenal. Her goal is to return to sports, and it is optimistic that she may make that a reality with AR support!

Athlete Ready was a great experience for my son. The instructors really helped my son improve his agility, strength and knowledge about the importance of stretching. I have seen a great improvement in my son since joining athlete ready.

Individualized programs and small group training onsite with expert coaches who focus on holistic health and wellness. The gym has a nutritionist and a massage therapists. I felt relief after one session. Strength training/fitness and rehabilitation for all ages. Owners are involved with the local community, providing services to highschools and even looking to partner with a safehouse. Very exciting to see this organization serve and grow!

Athlete ready is the gold standard of personal performance whether you are a professional trying to hone your skills or the everyday warrior looking for a catalyst to improve your workout or even change your life? My hobby is obstacle course endurance racing. I am 60 years old and I’ve been doing this for about eight years. I came to Roman five weeks before my annual 24 hour event looking for something to give me an edge. My body has taken a beating over the years. I have three tears in my right rotator cuff and problems etched bicep. I told Roman that I know it was late in the game, but I needed to do more to get my mind and body Wrapped around the event. I also didn’t want to be treated like my age nor as an invalid just trying to get by. Roman developed a program for me with a focus far different than I have ever experienced from Trainer or Coach. Not only did he improve my strength, even in spite of my injuries, but he improved my form style and strategy. He is a master of the mind-body connection and translating that into a program to transform anyone that is willing to work to be transformed. You have to be willing to do the work yourself… Just like anything else. He taught me things about both my workout and my running that were game changing. In five weeks I was not only able to improve my strength and even gain muscle mass, but my mind body awareness allowed me to push myself further. When I was out on the 24 hour obstacle course, my head was dialed in and I set a personal record for the first 12 hours. I kept repeating to myself the wisdom that Roman taught me ….giving every muscle a job. Five hours into the race my right shoulder started talking to me and talking loud. I started focusing on full body form that I was taught and was able to finish the race even with the shoulder. It’s possible that their process is not for everybody. Frankly, it should be if you’re willing to relearn some of the bad habits that fitness narratives give us. The whole staff at Athlete Ready is great. I even worked with the in-house massage therapist, Rob, who got my shoulder, flexible enough and with the range of motion to survive the event. Healthy, living, strength, endurance and aging are often about mobility. That word will mean nothing to you until you commit to their program and have your mind blown. Therein lies the keyword… “Commit”

My two boys have been working with Roman for many years now. They have developed confidence, strength, stamina, power, and agility beyond what we could have hoped for. They have learned what it means to take care of themselves athletically and personally. My daughter started working out with Roman and his crew a year or two ago, and it's had the same impact on her. Because of the amazing physical and mental assistance that Athlete Ready has given them, my wife and I both started working with Roman as well. Unlike a lot of "get fit quick" programs or gym work where you are left guessing, Roman and his team really take the long, holistic view of health and athleticism. My body has gotten stronger and more limber, and I've gained confidence to set some new athletic goals for the first time in several years. I've been able to push myself harder in pursuit of those goals, without a lot of fatigue and risk of injury. Roman has become a good friend of the family, and it's apparent that he actually cares about the well-being, not only athletically, of our whole family. Ten out of ten, would recommend.

Coach Roman and his crew are amazing!!! They tailor their workouts to you and your fitness level. During the workouts they come and make sure you are performing the exercise correctly. If you are looking for a gym that will help you reach your fitness level this is the place, no judgment, no pressure and they are the best supporters. As soon as you walk in they all say hi to you and make you feel welcomed. The coaches here always ask you how your body is feeling and if you tell them you have an area of concern they will help you through it and get you back to where you need to be. I am so grateful to the coaches here and the support they offer you. I recommend you try athlete ready, their adult class is superb, challenging but it is fun!!!!! You will love coach Roman, Veronica, Rob and Jaci!!

I’ve been working with AR and their coaches for over 3 years now and can confidently say I wouldn’t be the athlete I am without them. Not only do they help with my overall strength and conditioning they have an amazing focus on helping me understand my body and the finer details that go into every lift or movement. Roman has not only helped provide me with the tools to achieve on the court and field but continues to provide me with tools and lessons that help me succeed in life. I owe a lot to Athlete Ready.

Roman and his team being a wealth of sports and anatomy knowledgeable to share with our community. They patiently introduce the foundation and movement skills that is needed to be a high performer in your sport of choice. If you don’t consider yourself an athlete but want to feel better and move better while learning what right movement looks and feels like you will find that here too. The environment is safe ,welcoming and built to support your growth and goals. Spend some time with them you won’t be disappointed.

I've been going to AR since 2020. I have the training and the nutrition&wellness programs. Back in the days I used to be very active in martial arts, but because of injuries and lifestyle change I had become sedentary spending most of the days sitting in my office in front of a computer. When I joined AR in 2020 I never thought I'd be an athlete again, I just wanted to move a bit as my knee issues were so bad that I could not even go up/downstairs without assistance. However, the encouragement and support from the entire AR team who have been working with me from day 1 by adapting the program to my needs/abilities and by providing the necessary guidance. I'm happy to say that 2 years later I am another person. Some of my injuries are permanent, but I've been learning how to use my body, getting stronger physically and mentally, and most importantly, I am back to being an athlete trying out a new sport (golf). In addition to training, the assistance with nutrition and sport massage has been crucial. Veronica is the best "food counselor" and will adapt the foods to our weird desires (e.g.: "can I have popcorn for dinner?") and lifestyle. She helped me improve my relationship with food. I love the entire AR family and would 100% recommend them to anybody from any age.

I love group sessions at Athlete Ready! Roman and all of the trainers are top notch, and work hard to make every session a complete workout. If you want to experience quality workouts in a fun and supportive atmosphere, then I highly recommend Athlete Ready! There are programs for all ages and all levels of experience. Do yourself a huge favor and come in for a free introductory session. You’ll be glad you did!

Athlete Ready is a fantastic gym! But it is so much more than a gym. Yes, the workouts are awesome. The coaching top notch. The programming is exceptional. But that's just the beginning. Those are the things that bring you in the door, but its the community, the space and facility that keep you coming back. Whether you are a weekend warrior are an accomplished athlete, AR is the place to train.
