Do
not
take
swimming
lesson
here!!
We
took
lessons
here
last
summer.
Worst
summer
program
investment
we've
made.
It
would
be
better
to
buy
lessons
at
the
public
pool
and
just
swim
with
them
after
to
practice.
The
teachers
were
unmotivated
teens
-
they
started
lessons
late,
ended
them
early,
and
weren't
fully
engaged
during
the
lesson.
Multiple
times
I
had
to
walk
up
to
the
gaggle
of
teen
instructors
and
ask
if
we
were
starting
lessons.
When
I
talked
with
the
aquatics
director
about
it,
she
did
nothing
to
prompt
the
instructors
to
start
or
end
on
time.
(If
I
was
paying
$40
per
lesson,
it
wouldn't
be
a
big
deal,
but
these
lessons
are
expensive
and
so
I
expect
a
certain
level
of
professionalism
from
the
instructors
as
well
as
the
director
-
which
we
did
not
see.)
I
emailed
and
talked
with
the
director
in-person.
I
was
surprised
at
how
apathetically
she
was
about
responding
to
the
instructors
being
on
time.
They
also
had
an
infestation
of
black
widows.
Even
the
kids
at
their
camp
were
talking
about
how
many
they'd
seen
outside.
I
told
the
front
desk
person
but
never
saw
anything
change.
Ultimately,
the
kids
swimming
skills
only
got
marginally
better
because
they
missed
so
much
time
in
the
pool.
I
will
never
send
my
kids
back
here,
and
I'll
tell
people
to
go
to
fish
factory
or
another
place
for
lessons
because
what
you
get
is
NOT
WORTH
the
price.
It's
so
disappointing.
I
have
a
friend
who
took
her
kids
here
to
make
sure
that
all
their
swimming
lesson
in
the
past
stuck.
She
had
a
good
experience.
Ours
was
horrible
and
I'll
be
telling
everyone
to
invest
their
money
elsewhere
because
the
quality
of
the
JCC's
swimming
lessons
is
very
low.
UPDATE:
The
comment
below
said
they
would
reach
out
to
make
things
right.
As
of
7/7/23,
I
have
not
been
contacted
by
them
-
either
by
phone
or
email.
Not
only
do
they
provide
a
sub-par
product,
but
they're
also
not
true
to
their
word.
