First time at this facility. Great location, just 1.25 miles from the airport and multiple nearby dining choices. I gave the room rating 4 stars as I was given an accessible room so can't judge the typical experience. HUGE shout out to Ian, the morning desk clerk who went above and beyond to get me to the airport when the driver didn't show for the 0530 scheduled run. Without that this would be a much lower rating. Thanks Ian

Stayed December 15, 2022. Clearly these reviews are fake. Had to upgrade to a King Suite on the first floor, and the room was garbage. Heater did not work correctly and the smoke detector was disconnected and sitting in the closet! Perfectly safe... The shower curtain did not have a liner, so water immediately started to go all over the floor. My wife grabbed the available towels to sop up the water, no big deal, right- just go get more towels at the front desk... Apparently the young man at the front desk that evening (De'Kwan SP?) owns ALL the towels and had an issue with giving out more towels to a PAYING GUEST! He stated towels shouldn't be used for sopping up the floor. No kidding! Easily one of the worst Choice properties in the portfolio...

The location is close to the airport which is great for early morning flights. The gentleman at the front desk was not warm or welcoming in any way. The hotel overall did not look or feel clean. Our bedding had lots of holes. The washer did not work and the laundry room smelled awful!! We were excited that the pool and hot tub were open, however the pool area needs a good cleaning!

Worst Comfort Inn at which I've ever stayed. The flooring was peeling up, there's was never (2 nights, in 2 different rooms we used) any regular coffee in room, the A/C wasn't turned on before we arrived (at 6pm). Because it was over the century mark in Albuquerque that weekend, It took hours for the room to be inhabitable. The floor was dirty. The internet was open access with no password required, so access was as slow as the old dial up days. Our $89 rooms turned into $125 rooms, after all of the fees and taxes added. The advertised "full complimentary breakfast" was shone bananas, cold cereal and a waffle iron. There were roaches in one of our rooms. When I told the manager, I was promised "2500 guest points" to compensate for the problem. (I received 200 guest points...) I'll never stay at this Comfort Inn again.

My grandson loved the pool. They are dog friendly. We took our Siberian husky. Just don't put cash in the vending machines. They take your money. The numbers aren't valid. The hotel don't run them. They work with your credit card. Bring your own snacks and drink. Our dig peed on bed and they gave us clean bedding so we could change them. The night lady is very nice. The rooms were clean. The a/c was really cool.breakfast was good.

Amazing customer service! From the front desk to housekeeping to breakfast attendant... manager Tristan you have a great team! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Only disappointment was swimming pool wasn't open early enough for grandson to swim and shower before checkout. Overall loved our stay and definitely would visit again!

No complaints on the physical hotel (clean, etc.). However, the real bright spot was behind the front desk: Diego greeted me at the front door (late at night). He was super personable - and also went out of his way for me without hesitation. It was a real bright spot in my trip to ABQ.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. That's the only reason we are giving 4 stars. Room was not in good shape. Sink was clogged and in the morning backed up. We had to get dressed using bath water. They tried to fix it but delayed. Breakfast and fitness room were 4 star. Good.

It was clean and quiet, and a comfy bed. Breakfast was adequate and bountiful. Over, a good stay, I'll go back. The neighborhood directly outside the fence may be a bit sketchy and there are warning signs around, to lock your vehicles. I was like the only vehicle on the back side of the motel so I was nervous about leaving it out there all night by itself; it was OK.

We arrived late at night and they were so kind to assign us bottom floor rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Bring your swi.suits. they have an indoor pool and WHIRLPOOL! They patrol the parking lot frequently. I was approached twice while walking around outside. I had a great views of the Albuquerque Valley. Hot air balloons were sailing through. Management says they have the best views of the Hot Air Balloon Show every fall. There is a bust stop across the street and a manual car wash next door.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I made a reservation for my workers under their own name to check in and the night front desk person was incredibly rude to my guys and did not fully explain what they needed to check in. I called the front desk to see what was going on and the lady at the front desk was rude to me and told me that I did not do my job correctly, she makes more money than me, she was going to put witchcraft on me and a bunch of other unprofessional non-sense. After I told her my guys worked loading the truck in 115 degree weather for 6 hours and then drove 7 hrs to Albuquerque she laughed. I asked her name multiple times and she would not give me her name. She told me her name was "Leah Castillo" which I found out today her name is TRACY. I called multiple times for the manager to call me and never heard back. I made a complaint with corporate as well and never heard back from them either. I can't believe they would employee a rude, lying, disgusting person.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is clearly dated, as evident from the lobby and rooms where things are peeling off. The room didn't offer much space. The air conditioning functioned poorly, likely due to its age. The breakfast was average, and there wasn't sufficient seating available, despite our arrival at 8 am. However, I must mention that the guy at the front desk was exceptional at his job.

The front desk girl was so rude to me for no reason. My bed had stains all over it, and the walls too. The actual room was fine but you can hear every little sound more than a normal hotel. Will be choosing somewhere else next time

We got in late after a 14 hour drive. Check in was great. The room was hot even though I set the thermostat to 70. The TV would not work and we were given a room that had a balcony to an indoor pool. We were trying to rest and could hear the loud kids playing in the pool. Tried to call the front desk about the heat and the TV but they never answered. Turned out someone had unplugged the TV. The mourning breakfast was good.

Our sink would not drain, I called the front desk and they wanted to move us. My friend was at the car and when she returned to the room she used a flashlight and discovered the drain plug was locked. She released it and was able to drain the sink. We changed and quickly went down to the whirlpool as we were both in need of some relation at was after 9pm and they closed at 10pm. Whirlpool was great, nice and warm. When we arrived back at the room we noticed popcorn in the floor and there was a lot of popcorn on the floor so it had not been vacuumed. We also found long black hair in the sheets and the floor in front of the sink had at one time been wet and the floor was smeared. We were tired so we just went to sleep. The next morning we tried to explain this to the desk clerk. She asked not nicely "Did you call and report it", we advised her we had about the sink but we were able to get it to drain. She then said " Well nothing can be done now, last night we could have changed rooms". We told her we just wanted her to be aware the room needed a good cleaning and we left.

I travel regularly to this area for work and made a reservation to stay there, but had an emergency happen that required a change of plans. I requested a cancellation but the hotel refused to cancel without an exorbitant cancellation fee. They cited the fact it was an event weekend and extra busy (it was on a Tuesday) so because of that they could not waive the fee. Logically that would’ve been a time to waive the fee as they’d have no problem re-booking the room- which was already hiked to 150 dollars a night. Clearly just an opportunity to take advantage of people. Despite the fact I travel to Albuquerque regularly, this will certainly be the last time I offer my business and money to this hotel. I am staying in this area for nearly two weeks and would’ve extended my stay if not for this. Rather than encouraging my business they ran it off. I spend about 20 thousand dollars a year on travel for work, much of it in this area. None of that will ever be spent here again.

I can't say enough about my experience here. I had a rough day getting to town, booked it last minute but had a meeting I needed to get to so needed to check in early. They were extremely accommodating. Then the next day at the last minute I needed to extend the stay one more day & they were able to set that up as well. While staying there I had a clean room & wonderful customer service from the staff. I would highly recommend staying here

On our drive back from California, we planned to spend the night here, get some rest, and start driving fresh in the morning. It was pretty late at night when we got to the motel. The front desk person was very polite, and worked with us to get us immediately moved from a two bed unit to a one king bed unit. The beds were not the most comfortable, but we got a good night's rest. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator which helped a ton with our food.

Great customer service from all staff. Clean rooms, housekeeping cleaned up our room without asking, during covid other hotels only clean up when asked and great breakfast! Asst. manager and another front desk employee were awesome!! Excellent job in providing great customer service and a great stay. Will stay here again!

The room was clean, and had amazing amenities like a microwave and coffee maker. The bed was just so comfortable! Free breakfast, pool/jacuzzi, and fitness room well worth it. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

Excellent stay, just the breakfast could’ve been better which is why my rating is a 4/5. What made the stay so great and could’ve been 5/5 was the Assistant manager Ryan was such a HUGE help!! My grandmother had oculoplasty surgery which recovery led us to stay one more night and Ryan helped us by giving us a reasonable rate and the same room!! We are so thankful for him and my grandmas road to recovery is going great!!

Rooms are wonderful and clean for a comfortable stay. The staff are awesome however there are instances where they leave the desk for 15 min or longer and that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. The location is convenient since it's close to many restaurants and bars nearby.

I arrived around 7pm after a 9 hr drive, tired and exhausted. I was greeted with warm smile and happy welcome to comfort suites. Believe her name was Liz, she was very polite and helpful. She explained all the amenities in the hotel. I asked where Dennys restaurant was and she provided me with directions. The room clean and spacious had a comfortable bed, very nice room. Morning staff was equally pleasant and helpful.
