I
came
with
my
family,
3
kids,
two
under
2.
I
started
bringing
our
luggage
inside
and
on
the
second
round
upstairs
to
our
room.
I
hear
one
of
the
front
desk
receptionists
mumble
under
her
breath
if
I
needed
help.
I
didn't
realize
they
had
luggage
carts
until
afterward,
and
they
never
offered
as
I
made
4
to
6
trips
back
and
forth.(

The
AC
went
out
on
our
3rd
day
it
took
forever
for
maintenance
to
show,
and
when
he
did
it
took
longer
than
expected.
Once
he
said
he
was
done,
he
asked
that
we
just
give
it
a
few
minutes,
and
it
would
cool
back
off.
It
never
did.
We
had
to
change
rooms
(finally
got
a
damn
cart),
and
at
the
end
of
the
day,
we
were
offered
a
15
dollar
voucher
from
a
manager
that
wasn't
even
available.
We
obviously
said
that
wasn't
a
fair
exchange
and
then
was
offered
a
200
dollar
credit.We
never
got
it.
Worst
hotel
experience,
staff
definitely
didn't
help.
I
see
you
responded
to
my
post
because
I
didn't
book
the
room,
but
you
can
clearly
see
my
WIFES
post
who
did.Why
haven't
you
responded
to
hers?
Maybe
because
she
booked
the
room,
and
you
would
have
to
back
up
what
you
just
claimed
instead,
just
like
the
room...
You're
a
waste
of
my
time.
