Overall, I love this place. Quality tea and other blends, Boba tastes great. The only issue I have is that they're always out of something when I'm there, and it's usually stuff in the drinks I tend to order. I've never had a problem with the staff, so good job there, too! And despite always being busy, they get through lines pretty quickly *most of the time.*

First time at Boba Tea Company and won’t be my last! While the outside ordering counter was closed, the inside counter wasn’t. It’s located right inside of one of the mall’s entrances, on the top floor. Not knowing what to get yet, I tried the La Vida Mocha, as I wanted a coffee drink to get me through into the Friday night. Perfect amount of milk/coffee ratio, and the boba was awesome! I opted for the large, and with added tip it came to just around $10. I still spent less than I would at Starbucks! Fantastic place, & will be coming back for more.

I love the drinks here! Also, if you’re a student, you can submit an application to get $25 worth of boba when you have straight A’s!! I did it and I’m so excited to use it!

It's a little confusing at first when you've never experienced Boba or really know what it means but the teas are delicious and worth the cost. There is no seating and there is sometimes a long line but it usually moves pretty fast. It is important to note they only serve drinks!

Love this place. It's my husbands favorite stop everytime we are in Santa Fe. So much to choose from. They also have a great selection for those who don't want to consume so much sugar. Their teas are great. If you haven't had a Boba Tea yet, you have to try it. You won't be disappointed.

The Coronado Mall is always so packed and the window outside is for pick up only! I don't like that, I'd prefer to not be around too many people. Outside window should be for everyone. Why are there no signs, saying carry out only. I recommend the boba on Central. A little farther away but service definitely better.

Everyone is so nice and kind but when I ask to put extra scoops for the boba they give me less and I paid for it too and I don't want to bug them about it so I just leave and sometimes they don't really check to see if it's close right but all of the drinks are good and they are friendly

delicious tea. I had the slim Chai, tasted great. wait time was pretty lengthy, I think we waited about 7 minutes. they also have taro flavored which i am excited to try soon. boba tea us known for little black balls (tapioca balls) that you suck up with your tea, the straws have 2 or 3 times the diameter of normal mcdonalds/burger king straws. would recommend this place to friends if line is low or if you have time to waste.

Drinks were good and employees were nice first few times here. But the past couple of times I visited they’re out of most things and cannot make a lot of the drinks. Very long wait time and when I did finally receive my drink it tasted nothing like I had ordered. Bummer because I used to have good experiences at this location.

Very bad experience.....I will never go back to this location.....poor customer service...... teenagers running the show.....online order took longer then standing in line......I ask about my order and the guy was so mad it got me mad.... bottom line if u can not handle the pressure get lost......kinda funny a typical cooperate company letting kids ruin a brand......waited 30 plus minutes for a watered down gross drink.....smh

Very good, liked the caramel boba, haven't tried enough of the menu to make any recommendations but I like it.

Lots of fun flavors and styles of boba to choose from. You can truly make your drink exactly how you like it.

It was a busy day. The staff were obviously tired. The greeter/cashier went to the back suddenly and no one came out for more than half an hour, despite long line of people waiting for them. No explanations were given. We were new to the machine order at the front but we decided to give it a try. The drinks came out quickly but 70% full, tasted gross. The machine didn't register my points even when I typed in my phone#. I have always loved boba tea but will not visit BTC in Albuquerque mall again. Too many people and the staff was not trained well.

This place is alright, whenever I come in the mall I always get Boba here but half the time it's always busy and the cashiers are not too nice, but sometimes they are. The Boba here tastes GREAT and I suggest the Tora - Zen Boba with a sidekick if cream, DeLICIOUS! 😋💛

The girls seem to like the sweet drinks .. 🍸 🙃 I, on the other hand, did not.. but not my cup of tea.. lol.. but not bad for the kids .. the prices were ok and the service was great

Always good but never well cleaned because of the amount of business they go through in a day. They have dairy free options. It's a great place to grab a drink.

I'm not a fan of Boba tea, but did order 3 drinks for myself, spouse and daughter. In my opinion, overrated and too expensive.

Terrible place to work fired me for not passing their test when i miss one question. Not only that they fired someone very close to me that has a health condition and they didn’t want to say that was the reason they want to fire this person this company will not have my service anymore. They are very discriminatory.

1 in 3 people are pre-diabetic, contributing to America's obesity and over charging for it is asinine. Also Boba tea is way over rated.

We usually have no problems with any of the Boba Tea company locations, but I think they might've been using expired milk. Everyone we were there with got bad stomach aches.

Drink was okay. Took a ridiculous amount of time with one cashier while everyone was messing around and play fighting or disappearing in the back. I saw everyone punching each other playfully or slamming everything then laughing about all the noise. Also the thing that really did it for me was in view of the customers. Written in the fridge. Was “kill me :D” and “the voices made me do it”. Also in view but only if you looked in that direction. Towards the back where all the employees were disappearing too. There is a big fridge or freezer. Written on that one was “lord help us all”. Not a very comforting thing to see at all.

Drinks were fine, line was long. Also did not receive a free drink even though they advertise it for my girlfriends birthday. Did not offer any discount or anything for the birthday either fyi.

Delicious boba! My kids love coming here for the experience and the awesome drinks!

Got the tickle me. It was disgusting and overpriced. It was never this terribly bitter to the point it was undrinkable and I drink sugarless tea all the time. Most definitely never coming back.
