Dave & Busters has definitely stepped up their food game. We went on a Wednesday night and everything was perfect! We ordered chicken bacon avocado club, Parmesan chicken with fries, kids cheese burger and boneless wings with truffle fries 🤤🤤🤤 Everything was so good. We hadn’t been in a few years but I definitely do not remember the food being this amazing. Service was excellent, our waitress was very attentive and our drinks never got below the half way mark before she asked if we needed refills. My kids played for 3 hours (way longer than expected 😐) off a $50 super charged game card! Kids got so many tickets and prizes, definitely one of the best family experiences we have had there. We will definitely be going back soon!

This is definitely a pretty awesome fun center that is full of arcade games, food and a bar. My only complaints is that alcoholic drinks that were empty were left around the places and could have put minors that are without supervision at risk. Maybe hiring someone that exclusively takes cares of collecting empty drinks. We found some also in the bathrooms and family restrooms. If not have waivers for parents to be responsible for keeping an eye on their kids to prevent them from drinking from alcoholic left overs. Other than that I feel prices are reasonable. The alcoholic gel shot was definitely an experience that can be enjoyed or disgusted.

I didn't mind so much the waitress flirting with my date. What I didn't like was I gave you my credit card. Me. Why are you giving it back to whom you were flirting with. It's not cool. Not even a little bit. The food was good.

Loved our time at Dave & Buster's today Food is D-lish! Great place to eat, play, have fun and enjoy"together" time. My daughter felt like a Queen when they announced her birthday. I highly recommend coming here for a birthday celebration. Easy Order: Use your camera phone to scan the QR code on the table and order/pay straight from your phone!

Today we had our cheerleading banquet. The staff was amazing, the room was clean, easy to set up, everyone was helpful and paid attention to everyone. 5 stars doesn't seem like enough. The food was great kids loved all of it. Everything was on time. Thank you Dave and busters for an amazing day.

Customer Service was horrible, ignored, took forever to place our drink/ food order. Finally when we dithe food was salty, cold, and poor quality, especially for the price. I’m actually really disappointed. Our previous visits were overall enjoyable. This last time has me thinking, it was the last time. Not impressed. For the price we will definitely be going elsewhere. Not to mention more than 1/2 the games were either out of order or just sitting there for pretty. Completely no working condition.

Don’t waste your money if you’re looking for a place to eat good food. The meats on our orders were not cooked to request. The burger patty has gotten smaller (cheaper) and the steak salad is half of what it used to be. Customer service was lacking and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. Better go to Main Event or Round One for the money you put out for food and entertainment. A $20 place not even worth $.02. I feel like corporate greed has gotten the better of this place…smh.

Food was delicious my son's finished their pizzas in not time. Big piece of fish for the fish n chips. Big cheeseburgers.

Good prices on Wednesdays since it’s half priced but anytime we go in we have to chase down staff members for the winners circle or getting a game fixed, it seems like there’s only one or two people working that area. Sadly the food is not that great, the only good thing is fries. The strawberry shortcake was awful and the strawberries are somehow purple. The churros are mediocre. Overall, if you’re going to play games or go to the bar its pretty good. The bar staff is super nice but if there is someone working the winners circle they’re going to have an attitude towards you even before you reach the counter.

Fun place . Good night out of course like any arcade it’s a kid and adult casino lol . We go have been here several times and this time decided to try the food . Took along time to get our drink order in and the food order then waited almost an hour for the food but only us and another table where seated . We did ordered about 5 different dishes and honestly not one was too good . I would definitely skip the food next time and eat else where but the arcade is fun

I’ve known about this place but hadn’t been here before . My friend and I tried it for the first time and we’ve come back about 4 times already in the last couple of weeks mainly to the bar The drinks are very good as well as the service!!

Absolutely best service I’ve ever had! The crew is extremely nice and helpful. Marcos the bartender did a fantastic job! I’m going to be coming in more and more because of him! Definitely going to be bringing the family! Drew and keane both came by and showed how generous they were. They were very professional and sweet. Glad we decided to come here

Great for kids to adults! The restrooms are always super clean. I usually spend about 2 hours playing games. Can't wait for the giant hungry hippo game to be up and running!

The fish and chips were good!!! The cocktail was done well, and pretzel was ginormous. It was a Fun night.

Me and my family came here a week ago in the evening to celebrate our teens' birthday. The place wasn't over crowded. Lots and lots of games all in working order. Upon arrival we were greeted by Miles who was super sweet and courteous. He set us up with our chips and we sat ourselves close to the bar and game area. Our server was Liz and she was also very sweet and made our experience enjoyable. She even brought an ice cream Sunday over to our table to sing happy birthday! That was awesome! Food was ok. Nothing too fancy...the wings were so good! Overall it was a good time with my favorite people and we will return in the future!

A little pricey, but still had lots of fun when I took my nephews to eat & play. The food was ok, but there could be better choices. Drink menu looked good, but I don't drink. Favorite part was the games! Had a lot of choices. The kids had fun and so did I! Wasn't too happy with the choices in prizes, but the kids got what they wanted.

Staff was truly amazing all around! From the host to the gaming staff from the bartender to our waitress - outstanding! It was a busy sporting event night and although it had to be stressful for them their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. The atmosphere was great and the food was even better!

My little has always had a blast at Dave & Buster's! The food is decent and reasonably priced. Unfortunately there's not a local selection of beer to choose from, but I'm assuming that's a franchise thing and not a local restaurant policy (I mean, we're in Abq - the options are endless). One thing I noticed last time I was there is that there's an automatic 18% gratuity. Your employees deserve more than this. Please increase it to 20%. It places (albeit slightly) more work on the customer to add the difference - and I know of customers that won't bother and just keep the 18%, despite typically being 20-25% tippers. It's such a small increase that most patrons won't notice/complain and it'll add up for your wait staff. Also, I just wanted to give a shout out to the waiter that discounted my meal when the beer on tap I wanted ran out and I wasn't able to get it. You went above and beyond and I appreciate you (:

Very nice. Bartender was busy but was still able to make my drinks amongst the chaos. Games were well kept and all working. Food was delicious and brought out in record time. Prizes were a good variety.

Was fun good service. And good food. Had lots of fun with the kids. So much fun lost track of time ended up staying tell almost closing. Mind you we went in about 3:30 so yeah I'd say we had lots of fun.

Dave and Busters is our family go-to spot!!! A bit pricey but it's so much fun and we've been taking our family for 12 years and our kids love it. The staff is friendly, quick and very attentive. Please leave tips for them because they work hard! Being in the food industry isn't easy, especially with rude customers that think they know what's what. They only thing I'm a tiny bit bummed about is that the menu has shrunk a lot. There used to be a big menu! What happened guys? Overall we love the place and have never had a bad experience.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly but none of that matters when you have very limited menu options. We went for lunch and I was stunned. We left before ordering because honestly, the menu was so limited. I realize that in these times it might be difficult to have expanded menu options but there did need to be some other things on that menu. Not everyone wants to eat a whole salmon for lunch. Dinner? Heck yes. I love fish, but some lighter options would be nice. Many have to go back to work and don't want to be so weighed down with a full stomach nor do we want to pay for large meal and only eat half. Some please consider some other options and we will be happy to come back!

Was our lil ones first time coming here. And she absolutely loved it. My burger was top notch. And the fries were utterly amazing. My drink was so good. Had watermelon cubes in it even. And I usually dislike watermelon, not this time. No way this drink is killer. My partner had the Rose and philly french dip. She was in love with it out the gate. Thank you guys for such a great time. As well as finding our bugs missing toy...

This was super fun! My first time going, we came with a total of 8 in our party. Food was fresh and yummy, fries were a bit on the overdone side. Drinks were fantastic, there is a full sized bar. Overall, it was a smaller game room but the games they offer were fun, about 90% of the games were working when we visited. Informative and friendly staff, definitely worth a visit!

I went only for the games. I haven't eaten here in over two years. Didn't like the food then doubt I'd like the food now. Most games were up and running and fully functional which is awesome when you're going just for gaming. Management responded fairly quickly. Just disappointed about the app that you should be able to use on your phone to play the games. Turns out the app is super finicky

Amazing place to have a celebration for young and old! Staff take extra precautions to ensure cleanliness to include wearing masks and have hand sanitizer throughout the facility. Staff was extremely friendly and prompt. The food was delicious and came in portions large enough to share and/or take leftovers! Also, the games were fun for the whole family!

My family and I really enjoyed this location of Dave & Buster's. The waiter and the other staff was really friendly and helpful. The burger that I ordered was a little too dry but the rest of the food was great. And the only think I was hoping was that they had more games for toddlers.

We had fun. Next time I'll bring more money for games. Personally I felt our points went fast, but got to pay to do something fun. Cannot put a price tag on family. They could offer Veterans discount for the credits for games.
