*EDIT - I reached out to management after their response and no one replied. Seems that they’re trying to “fix” their mistake for show and not actually make amends. Disappointed. Food was good, but service was horrible. My husband and I waited 35 min for course 1 to come out. I asked for no tomatoes on salad, and our waitress brought out the wrong cooking style for the main course. I truly think because she had two tables right next to each other, she confused us. We arrived much before the table next to us and they were served 15 minutes before us. Disappointed because we were 20 minutes late to our concert. Our meal took 2 hours from start to finish.

Amazing service I loved the casualness of the waiters, I drank 12 glasses of water and the water kept coming. Fiona and Aiden are the best servers I've had in awhile. Thank you to the the melting pot for an unforgettable time.

Perfect server Jackie! Very knowledgeable in describing the menu offering suggestions and options. We did it all salads 2 fondue pots cheese with veggies/ breads, surf n turf in a great french wine broth and a dessert chocolate pot. Two bottles of Chloe Prosecco amazing! Best celebration dinner in a long time. Thank you Jackie

Wonderful date night experience-our waiter was wonderful and it’s all about the experience. We did the big night out for 2 and both my husband and I are still stuffed! It is fondue and 4 course so plan for 2 hours. Andre the manager checked in on us which is always nice too!

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and we had a great time. It is pretty pricey, but you get a decent amount of food. You cook your food a few pieces at a time which is part of the experience, but I'm a bit impatient so I don't love that fact. My wife really enjoyed the whole experience. The food was pretty good too and it came with a variety of choices and sauces. The service was great and took great care of even when I spilled water all over myself. Despite that, my wife and had a great time and would gladly go back for another special occasion.

It's a beautiful place and the food is very good. This is our 5th time coming here and it never ceases to please us. The cheese and chocolate are my favorite but the meat is good too. One of the only problems is they are very stingy with their dippers. I would highly recommend this place for a date night. You can take your kids but the food isn't something a kid would necessarily like. Expect to pay a pretty penny here! Also, parking is sometimes hard to find since they share with the Uptown Plaza.

The melting pot provides a nice, low lit ambiance and has quite a few places to dine mostly private. On a Saturday night it was remarkably not busy. I had reservations for 7 PM but probably didn't need to make any. I've been three times at this point over the past 4 years. I've done the 4 course dining twice and most recently tried the A la carte option. Both options are seriously over priced! While the food is decent, the amount of food is seriously lacking. For $30 per course I would expect the fondue bowl to be nearly full and the toppings to be "endless". The desert course they definitely give more than enough chocolate, but paying $10 per extra dessert tray is ridiculous. The melting pot tries to position itself as a premium dining experience and the price reflects that. But it ultimately fails at being a premium dining experience as the cleanliness of the restrooms leave much to be desired. The service is subpar, even on a relatively slow evening the server never once asked to refill our drinks, never checking on us once our course was delivered. For this price, you'd probably be able to buy your own fondue pot, ingredients, and have a better time at home. At the end of 2 courses after tip I spent nearly $100. Just go to the cheesecake factory instead. At least $20 worth of food gets you something there.

The atmosphere was awful, the service was horrible and the food was not so great. The waitress with red hair a falsies was stingy with the items for the cheese and chocolate fondue. Putting 2 pieces of each item when the table next to us had theirs full of items. We were not given enough chocolate to dip the couple items she served us. We purchased the larger option for a night out. Totally a bad experience. Probably never going back

We had the Classic ($32) fondue selection which included beef, pork, chicken and shrimp and the cooking method was Bourguignonne style. I also had a caprese salad. For dessert, we had the pure chocolate fondue ($29). Everything was amazing, including Nick, our server. The Melting Pot isn't just dining, it's an experience!

Food is amazing! Ambiance is very romantic. Love it. We spent more than 2 hours with a 4-course dinner.

Celebrated our 7 year anniversary today. Melting pot was the cherry on top. Everything was perfect! The food was seasoned perfect! The service was awesome. The employees really made us feel welcomed and pampered. I really appreciated everyone that helped us. We will be back! Forget what the haters are saying, I can tell you it was worth the money and the experience. We chose the tempura cooking style, which really enhanced the flavor. I would recommend the tempura style over the traditional broth style.

I should say the overall experience was ok. The server was nice; the food was ok, the salad was tiny with no sauce, veggies were mixed of old and new, and the drink literally was like water with no alcohol. The seating area was very not interesting, just a wall in front of us. We were stuffed in a tiny space, the table was too high, and the grill that was far away, so our hand hurt by the end of it. We went there to celebrate my birthday, so they gave me a chocolate covered rice crispy and strawberries with a candle. We also bought the most expensive with most options on the menue. I'd say, for a one-time experience, it was fine.

I came here with my boyfriend and they did a pretty good job setting up the anniversary stuff that I requested. We had only ordered $60 with for fondue and a salad. My boyfriend paid and didn't notice that they actually charged us $120. We were hanging out in the booth talking for awhile when somebody finally came to tell us about the mistake 5 minutes later... Otherwise I doubt they would have given us our money back and still charged us double for a salad and cheese that we're not exactly a life-changing. I also ended up leaving my cell phone on my booth and received a call from the restaurant to come pick it up 20 minutes later. Whenever I got there, some middle-aged bartender had my phone and when I ask for it he actually grabbed it and said "well just in case what is the background?" And then tried unlocking the screen just looking at my picture a way that made me really uncomfortable, asking me to describe the background on my phone.. he was so unprofessional it was weird, disrespectful and insulting. There was no one else in the entire restaurant guest wise, and the fact that he was asking me to confirm my cell phone that nobody else knew was there, really ticked me off. The food wasn't that good either so we definitely will not be returning here.

Got the 2 for 120 experience, it was alright personally I think the food was okay for the price, the fondue was my favorite part. Got the green Chile cheese fondue! Salads were great can never go wrong with the Cesar salad. Entrees I got the land and sea! Two four pieces of shrimp and salmon cubes. four pieces of steak and four pieces of chicken, all a little small! Dessert was alright! Honestly the best part was our server Paul! Definitely recommend him when you go! He recommended such amazing things that paired really well with our food. And he was super entertaining, and sarcastic!

We happened upon the Melting Pot when our restaurant of choice was closed for remodeling. For a party of four we ordered the four-course meal for two, two more entrees, and single portions of fondue and dessert. The food was very good. The service was very good. Not excellent only because at this price point the server shouldn't continually tell us to let him know if we need anything, or say that he's got our back; he should anticipate our needs and fulfill them. I gave what I thought was a generous tip on top of being charged higher than menu price and a "kitchen surcharge," so our total was $300. Overall it was very fun and we had a good time, but I don't anticipate going back.

We have dined here several times and always have a fantastic experience. The last time we went was for my husband's birthday and the staff made it a wonderful experience. We had Karissa as our server and she made sure that his birthday was memorable. They decorated the table with rose petals which made the night that much more special. We always have great service from both servers and kitchen staff. They always make sure we have enough dippers, and are fantastic about making modifications if needed. They are also great about getting the food out in a great timely manner, making sure we never wait too long between courses, but also never rushing us. The food- whether we go for just cheese and chocolate or all 4 courses- is always delicious. We love dining at the Melting Pot and highly recommend!

Thursday Date Night was much needed and Caitlyn did a fantastic job! She was attentive, personable, and always made sure we had what we needed. She also offered more dippers if we needed them which we didn't know we could do! Perfect service! :)

Tawfiq M was our server for the first time, trying Melting Pot with my friend. We loved our server. He went above and beyond. He made our experience unforgettable. I will come back. I hope we can get him as a server next time as well. Super sweet and helpful.
