The
melting
pot
provides
a
nice,
low
lit
ambiance
and
has
quite
a
few
places
to
dine
mostly
private.
On
a
Saturday
night
it
was
remarkably
not
busy.
I
had
reservations
for
7
PM
but
probably
didn't
need
to
make
any.
I've
been
three
times
at
this
point
over
the
past
4
years.
I've
done
the
4
course
dining
twice
and
most
recently
tried
the
A
la
carte
option.
Both
options
are
seriously
over
priced!
While
the
food
is
decent,
the
amount
of
food
is
seriously
lacking.
For
$30
per
course
I
would
expect
the
fondue
bowl
to
be
nearly
full
and
the
toppings
to
be
"endless".
The
desert
course
they
definitely
give
more
than
enough
chocolate,
but
paying
$10
per
extra
dessert
tray
is
ridiculous.
The
melting
pot
tries
to
position
itself
as
a
premium
dining
experience
and
the
price
reflects
that.
But
it
ultimately
fails
at
being
a
premium
dining
experience
as
the
cleanliness
of
the
restrooms
leave
much
to
be
desired.
The
service
is
subpar,
even
on
a
relatively
slow
evening
the
server
never
once
asked
to
refill
our
drinks,
never
checking
on
us
once
our
course
was
delivered.
For
this
price,
you'd
probably
be
able
to
buy
your
own
fondue
pot,
ingredients,
and
have
a
better
time
at
home.
At
the
end
of
2
courses
after
tip
I
spent
nearly
$100.
Just
go
to
the
cheesecake
factory
instead.
At
least
$20
worth
of
food
gets
you
something
there.
