Nice
atmosphere
and
good
drinks
ruined
by
overzealous
security
My
friend
Ethan
took
me
here
to
grab
a
drink.
He
ordered
me
some
kind
of
raspberry
lemonade
sour
beer.
I
believe
it
was
a
16
oz
glass
and
the
abv
was
5%.
I
finished
it
over
the
course
of
about
10-15
minutes
because
I
am
a
slow
drinker.
The
bartender
asked
if
I
would
like
another
and
I
replied
“I’m
good
for
now
thank
you”.
I
stepped
outside
the
bar
for
a
moment
and
then
tried
to
come
back
in.
I
was
told
I
was
intoxicated
and
would
not
be
allowed
back
in.
I
laughed
because
I
thought
they
were
messing
with
me.
When
they
didn’t
laugh
too,
I
realized
they
were
dead
serious.
They
wouldn’t
even
let
me
go
notify
my
friend
whose
car
I
came
in,
I
had
to
call
him.
Luckily
he
picked
up
the
phone
after
a
few
tries
and
we
left.
He
thought
the
situation
was
funny
and
we
laughed
about
it.
I’m
not
accustomed
to
the
6000
ft
altitude
here
and
I’ve
lived
at
sea
level
my
whole
life,
so
alcohol
may
have
affected
me
more
than
it
usually
does
to
play
devils
advocate.
I
wasn’t
causing
a
problem,
spoke
no
words
to
anyone
other
than
the
bouncer
on
entry
and
my
friend
while
we
drank.
Again,
one
16
oz
beer
at
5%
abv.
I
can’t
help
but
feel
this
was
very
uncalled
for.
Avoid
this
place,
there
are
plenty
of
better
bars
around
where
you
won’t
have
to
deal
with
this
sort
of
nonsense.
