I haven't been to a Red Lobster in over 10 years. It was as good as i remembered it! I took my son to celebrate him performing well in school. We shared the bacon wrapped scallops appetizer. The scallops were cooked to perfection. The biscuits were buttery delicious. He had the combo with lobster, shrimp, and crab. I had the all you can eat shrimp. I tried the grilled shrimp, coconut (fried) shrimp, and shrimp scampi. All were super yummy! Our server was fast to bring out more shrimp for me. A bit pricey, but good food. We will be returning for special occasions.

It was amazing. We loved the atmosphere, the service, and the food. Everything tasted very good. My steak was well seasoned and I loved the lobster. My husband had Salmon and he said it's better than anything he tasted in town. We had calamari for appetizers and it was so good too. Margaritas with patron on ice were on point, Very good experience to go out on a date or special occasion or just to have dinner with the family.

It was my 65 th b'day, Sept. 20, 2023.. Albuquerque, NM!! I loved it and really enjoyed being shown the live lobsters in the tank up front! Lol.. of course, I know what a lobster is.. but an employee took one out and held him up to show and so I could take a few pics!🦞 The food was great as usual!! The service was great! So cool!!

My husband and I were part of a party of 5 on a busy Labor Day weekend Saturday. Two others of our party were upset that the only seating in less than an hour would have us in a far back room. They eat at RL all of the time and felt the back room service was always slow, inattentive, and the food always cold. But, tonight, the service and food broke that 'curse'. All of the food was lovely and tasty. Our server was both professional and prompt with a wonderful personality. The attention to cleanliness was superb. She knew the menu well enough to suggest the most efficient way for me to maximize my desire for just coconut shrimp alone. The couple who shared a feast meal were not just given an extra empty plate; but, each was served their own platters with half of each serving on each of their dinnerware. We were all impressed. Thank you, Red Lobster, for a fabulous dinner on a busy night. The biscuits remain an endlessly warm delight and the only way to improve the experience would be to bring back the bread bowl meal.

We enjoy this basic chain seafood restaurant when bringing back memories from years past when we first met. Crab, Lobster, and seafood are reasonably priced. They have a call-ahead-seating feature on their website now & I was thankful to use it. Waiting 30-45 min inside or outside for a seat on a Friday evening isn't my idea of a good time. They also are using a cell phone number for notification of your spot in line. The service was good. Friendly faces & attentive service are a good thing. The wait staff was a bit bogged down at times but nothing awful. We enjoyed our time together & enjoyed the food.

My husband and I just ate here on Thanksgiving and it was excellent! I'm so glad that they were open today because other places that we tried to go had really long wait times and were very loud. But Red Lobster got us seated right away and the vibe was mellow. Our server, a young man named Kody, was absolutely wonderful. He was kind & attentive to our table and all those around us; I'm so appreciative that he was willing to sacrifice his own Thanksgiving to wait on us. I had the Endless Shrimp Feast - there aren't many places where something like that is available with such a variety of shrimp prepared different ways. I recommend the coconut and the garlic shrimp scampi. SO GOOD! My husband had the Cajun chicken pasta; it was so filling that he couldn't eat it all so we got a couple of to-go boxes. We both really enjoyed our meals, thank you Red Lobster!

My granddaughter wanted to go there for her birthday. Which my daughter and granddaughter love it there. First off it took 54 minutes to get our dinner after we ordered. But most importantly was when the food was being delivered at the table it was BEYOND HOT!!!!! The person who set my sister's plate down basically dropped it to the table because it was so hot however I just thought it had slipped. So when another girl went to hand me my plate from across the table I grabbed it and HAD to let go it was so blasted HOT I ended up grabbing napkins to take from her hand because I know she was hurting. Third my husband was never given his shrimp refills. It was just crazy and not a good experience at all. We all had all you could eat except 2 I believe they ordered something different. Anyways just very disappointed..

Our server was kind and extremely attentive. All the food was fresh and delicious. The general manager even checked in on us. This is how all restaurants should be ran! 👍👍

Our server Jaylynne, remembered my mom from almost a year ago. She was extremely courteous and checked on us often.. the food came quickly and tasted wonderful. Prices were reasonable considering how everything is becoming expensive. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

We walked in & asked the girl at the podium for a booth. She asked if a 1/2 booth would work. When I asked for a full booth she got quiet & never answered. The manager was at the podium as well and he answered that they’d get us taken care of. To which I thanked him at least answering. We were seated in the bar area. I went back to the podium to ask the manager for his card. He said that he didn’t have a card but he’d get me his information before we left, which he didn’t. Not very impressive to begin with. Our server was very attentive, took really good care of us and made sure that we didn’t need anything. Our receipt said her name was “Elizabeth C”. The food was actually pretty good. We had an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms which were tiny. The spinach dip was actually quite tasty. We ordered the endless shrimp which actually tasted pretty good. The shrimp fettuccine was good, not overpowering & didn’t lack sauce or shrimp. The scampi was flavorful and nice. The coconut shrimp however was a bit greasy & could have used a bit more dipping sauce. The chocolate cake was really good & chocolatey. All in all the main portion of the service was good & the food was pretty good this time as I hadn’t been impressed in the past. However they do get one star off because the manager failed. A good manager would always have a business card handy and would take charge if the podium staff fails.

My sister and I had a lunch day at Red Lobster on Montgomery. Our server Rose was awesome; she gave us time to look at the menu and took our order correctly. After our meal came, she came by frequently to see if all was good or if we needed anything. She had our "take home food" ready just as we finished lunch. During our meal, we were also visited by the General Manager a few times to make sure all was good. Very friendly staff and much appreciated. Our only issue was the tabletop machine where you pay. I see the need but those things are a pain in the butt. We paid for half of the meal on the machine but after a half hour, we had to turn over a debit card and have it run in the back by the manager. Still, it was a good day! We had the "Unlimited Shrimp" in house and took home a steak dinner.

My wife and I love Red Lobster, and we usually come to this location. Today we had lunch and our waitperson was Kristen, who we discovered, was also the bartender. She was the best! Very competent, attentive and friendly. She was very busy taking care of us and other diners, as well as the bar folks. Helped us out with the pay kiosk because we're not very tech savvy. Food was great. Noticed the prices had gone up, but where haven't they? Thanks so much to the Montgomery staff. They always make us feel at home.

This location looks a little sad on the outside, but what it lacks in looks it makes up for in service and quality. The RL menu itself is a little small, but the food was excellent. The service was even better! The seafood tasted really good considering NM is landlocked. And the drinks were great too. I send my compliments to the staff. Our waiter was very nice and was taking care of a large party next to us, so, who I assume is a manager went ahead and took our orders. They all seemed very organized and cared about their patrons. I would come to this location again!

Always the best with the biscuits. Ordered crab linguine Alfredo... The crab meat was bitter, not even sweet and kept biting into small pieces of shells. Last 2 visits were not too impressive either keep going back just for the cheddar biscuits.

Wow Wow Wow! Hadn't been back to Red Lobster since just before covid happened because the food was very mediocre. But decide to try it again and I went for the Wednesday special. It was the best. It was like the old days. Fresh delicous Red Lobster buns. My house salad was huge fresh and spot on with the creamy blue cheese dressing. The special was a 7 oz. steak with a Maine lobster tail and two sides. Amazing seasoned steak and the lobster tail was sweet and perfect with the butter& lemon. I love my baked potato scrubbed well and then rubbed with oil and sea salt. My potatoe didn't disappoint. Jazz, our server, was so great and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our dinner. The place was clean and was recently updated so it looked great. I will definitely be back for their Friday special/ fried fish. The management here has really stepped up their game and it shows. Thanks for a great meal.
