The wings were pretty good, the atmosphere was great but the service needs improvement. I noticed servers treating "regulars" way better than new customers like me and my friend. This type of experience leaves a poor impression. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you want to spend several years going to become a "regular". Maybe, at that point, the service will be GREAT.

My appetizer was delicious but I did not like the texas philly cheesesteak. My waitress was so fine I damn near proposed.

Was hoping to have a good meal or at least a good experience, WRONG.. The manager needs a class in customer service or at least I how to great people.. The chicken tacos we ordered were partially cooked. They asked if we wanted the kitchen to remake it or if we want something else-NO. Why would we want the kitchen to make something else if they couldn’t cook it right the first time.. My meal was make wrong. The excuse was that the kitchen was in a hurry and didn’t pay attention to the ticket, poor excuse. The only good of the visit was the server. She was polite, professional and sympathetic to our experience. She apologized for the kitchen because the manager didn’t. Normally a tip would reflect our experience but instead it was a reflection of her sincerity and professionalism. She is the only reason this place gets any stars at all.

Beer was good how can you mess up on a beer tap? Ordered a beer which was fine, then ordered 10 piece original wings, $14.09 for 10 wings, sorry not coming here again, too pricey for mediocre wings but that’s just my opinion. You can come here pay extreme prices for mediocre eye candy too but this is the last time I come here for wings. After so many years I’m so dissatisfied. Oh well. Hooters you have lost an investor.

Wings were great, beer was cold, although service was terrible. Our waitress was distracted, often just sitting at a table watching TV, going in and out of the restroom with other servers. We had to constantly ask over and over for items. Overall the food was great and the service was horrible

We ordered the Ghost Pepper Naked Wings. They are Hot! We eat Carolina Reapers daily, so when we say something is hot, they are. Hotter then the other wing places. Service was spot on. Alexis was attentive and refilled drinks as needed. I did have to fix the toilet while there but over all it was amazing.

Usually Love Hooters and never have any issues…we stopped in today around 3-4pm and the air conditioner is broken. There are no signs or anyone telling customers that the air conditioning is broken. When I asked our sever about the AC she said it was in fact broken for the past month and that “management is not fixing it because it costs 10k!” I can’t imagine how the workers and kitchen staff feel. I was so hot that I didn’t finish any of my food, requested my check promptly and left. We will not be back until the AC is fixed. Hooters should also be ashamed of themselves for allowing the employees to work in that condition.

Everything was ok, it is hooters. Somewhere just to grab a quick bite and drink but the water is awful! They need to give out bottled water or just bring your own.

Hubbs and I stopped in for lunch on a Tues afternoon. We were seated quickly and pur server greeted us in a timely manner. She was happy and upbeat even though this is at the end of COVID and they had restrictions in place that to me seemed to take away a bit of Hooters charm. Cute smiling people friendly and engaging is what I come to expect from Hooters, but of course COVID has changed that a lot so I feel the ladies were still very sweet and inviting which made my visit here even better. I also found out a couple of the ladies here aee actually Hooters Calender girls! I think that's impressive, it shows they take their job serious and that's Awesome! We ordered a couple of beers and some boneless wings, honey bbq and parm garlic to start. The beer was served oce cold and quick the wings took about 8min and were great. Very saucy and I feel like we got a couple more than the 12 we ordered! 😎 Silly little notice but hey we find delight in the small things and appreciate a dining experience that gives us our monies worth! For our meal, my hubby went with the fish sandwhich and I went with the macaroni and cheeseburger! We were really hungry and figured sandwhiches would fill us up. Boy were we right and SUPER Surprised when our order arrived!! 💥😛 The sandwiches were COLOSSAL and mine looked just like the picture!! My husband's fish sandwhich was a whole filet of fish! It was great! We both laughed and smiled as pur server sat down his plate. We were expecting a lil frozen filet. The food tasted pretty good too. I personally make my mac and cheese a bit more tight and flavorful BUT I'm a Southern Black Woman who makes it as the star lf Thanksgiving meals so I try not to judge. All in all...we had a wonderful lunch and would recommend you stop by and grab a bite to eat and judge for yourself.

Waitress/service was absolutely lovely. Made us feel comfortable and made sure we understood the menu. Would have liked to know that the chips weren't free when they were offered.

Our son loves all things chicken wings. In fact, if we go to any restaurant, no matter the theme, if there's wings on the menu, he is going to order them. Hooters, of course, is always on the top of his list. For the last few years, we usually get to-go orders from Hooters, but we decided to sit down, this time. Our server was so good, we never had to ask for a refill, and she offered suggestions for my (often annoying) 9 yr old daughter. If service remains this good at Hooters, I know we will be returning to sit in, more often.

I took my granddaughters out 2 eat nd I'm glad they chose Hooters, we had a awesome time waitress was very pleasant, service was great nd I would definitely like 2 return there soon. Even dessert was great.

Absolutely terrible, got seated RIGHT next to the waitress station and sat there for over 20 minutes and not one of the 15 waitresses even stopped to take our drink order. Watched 3 other tables sit down and get help immediately. Asked for help and still received none. 0 stars ended up leaving and going somewhere else

Typical Hooters. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was not great. It feels like Hooters wings are just not what they used to be. Not sure if it's just this place or Hooters in General. Great place to watch sports games, lots of TVs all well placed.

The Hooters on the west side is weird. The waitress are all very nice and helpful but the menu at Hooters has always been boring. The thing that bothers me the most about this location is how dirty it always is. I've been here about 10 times in the last 2 or 3 years and everytime I come here everything is sticky, the menus are all gross, the floor stinks, I have no idea what's going on here. I guess it's just old and beat up and no one really cares. 🤷 I assumed the first couple times I went there it was just uncleaned, but after covid and shut downs, it's still the same. This whole place needs new everything. Tables, chairs, booths, menus. Everything. Otherwise I always feel like I'm touching sticky goo here.

What can I say, great buffalo shrimp, awesome chicken sandwich, and cold Modelo!!! Food took a min, but Victoria took care of it. Appreciate the service and hospitality! Great time with good friends.

Sat a the bar & had the original wings with iced tea. Not only was the bartender beautiful, also very attentive to all the patrons, not to mention the wings were perfectly cooked & prepared to my liking. Alot of places just don't care. Great job all around.🙂

Our wings were so good. The usually terrible fries were actually good and the fried pickles were amazing. My husband ordered some kind of bloody Mary something or other and that was good. Our server was really nice and super efficient. It was great! Hooters might not be the typical 5 star place but this was for sure a 5 star experience! I even got a little shrimp in our pickles.

Great place for wings. Friendly staff and clean. I'd rather have a menu I can hold instead of the QR code thing but I understand why they do it that way. I love their wings and the specials are usually pretty good. Ther are tuns of TVs here so you can pretty much watch whatever game/event you want. It's always funny to see how many parents ts bring children here. Not that it's bad... necessarily... I just don't think of Hooters as a "bring you kids" kinda place.

Horrible customer experience at the Cottonwood location in Albuquerque tonight. Order 30 minutes late, and food was left sitting on the counter for at least 20 minutes while I waited after having checked in and paid, food was served cold, no reasonable effort from management to make it right. 1 star is being generous.

Beer was chilled to perfection! Buffalo shrimp was perfectically cooked and out quickly and staff was great.
