My 1st time in was on a Friday night. There was live music and they were pretty good. The restaurant was decently busy. They offer a good selection of starters, pizzas and salads. Several different beers, ciders and some interesting wine cocktails. Beer and wine only. The server was a pro. Food was great. Do the fried Pizza for dessert! Second time in, Thursday night, live music, they were great too! Different server this time but still received awesome service. Great atmosphere. 3 large TVs at the bar for sports, etc. Hidden gem here on the west side!!

Hops and Dough is a huge improvement from what it used to be. The food quality is great! The Alfredo is fresh. The fish is as fresh as it can be since we are in the desert. Everyone is super kind and they have really brightened the place up which makes it feel more welcoming. I would recommend the frito pie, nachos, fish and chips, Alfredo and the holy 505 burger. Those are my personal favorites.

We came here for the first time under the new ownership. We would not have come back, honestly. Service was super slow but our server, Amanda, was so sweet, we stayed. Food was good. Great selection of beer. Amanda was the best. She’s a great asset to the business. We will come back due to her great service. 🍺 πŸ•Oh, live bands too!

This is the absolutely best place to go, enjoy the music, great beer selection and most of all the atmosphere and genuine friendly staff. Jess, the Manager is the best! Her personality and never ending smile is what keeps us going back on a regular basis. I'm so glad we found it about this new location.

Went there for the first time today and it was excellent πŸ‘Œ if you get Britney to serve you she is excellent and very nice! The area 51 pizza was delicious! The green chili cheese fries were the bomb! And chips with queso and salsa are fire! Totally recommended this place they also serve beer and wine and they have a full chalk board spread with all beers and wines available! Very very good place to go with family and friends

Excellent pizza and beer. I also enjoyed the chicken salad before a couple slices of pizza πŸ• owners are amazing too. Good Motorcycle meet-up spot. Live music some nights too. Definitely recommend.

Brittney or however you spell it, is always great. She's a little awkward but it's okay, she brings drinks and food on time. Seems like she knows what she's doing. No complaints for now. Big selection of beer. That's the real reason I go.

I'm here EVERY Tuesday night for their karaoke. We chill and talk, eat and sing a song or two.. The pizzas are delicious, and the beer is nice and cold. The staff is very friendly. Great atmosphere..

Arrived and it took a while for someone to come take our drink order. We finally got our drinks and were asking about food. We got 1 menu for 3 of us at the table, fine. We figured out what we wanted to order and sat and waited for 20-30 minutes, watching staff go by and keep passing us. Other people had gotten and finished their food by this time. So we got up, paid our tab and left. Very disappointing.

Actually fun, really digging the early group playing 70's rock. Getting all the gray hairs out to rock. Food (pizza) decent barbecue finger food and fire wings very good. Good place to hang once and awhile.

Probably the best green chile cheese fries on the west side. This was what I asked to have for my birthday πŸ˜€ and the pizza as well. Jen, Brittany, Joe, and the crew make this place fun.

The pizza and burgers with extra toppings prices are a bit much. the wings are my favorite I'm glad they let me mix the lemon pepper with the buffalo. The pizza is cooked in a wood fire stove so that's a plus. Also they could cook the bottom of the pizza a bit longer. The red sauce tastes like they use tomato paste. But back to the extra toppings the only take the plus away. I could understand that if it had one topping then the other topping would be extra. you are already paying over ten dollars for the item. I love that they have a bunch of beer on tap. it reminds me of the flying saucer bar in Texas. The service is pretty good but if you are here Saturday afternoon the bartender is going to be your server. The service was really good she was on top of her stuff when bartending, running food, and taking orders.

Great location. The staff is so tentative and the food is killer. Can't wait for a full bar. Only downfall. Will go back . Great steak breakfast!

Sam the owner is wonderful! This taproom has an amazing and seemingly endless selection of local (and more) beers. It has a dive bar feel but filled with a local demographic. Their Halloween decorations are also on point. 10/10 would recommend. Also - Maria the bartender is wonderful !

I love this place. Owner and wait staff are the best, food is delicious and the entertainment is always a plus. Karaoke Tuesday’s are also so fun. This is my new β€œCheers”!

Hops and Dough Taproom has great potential. The atmosphere is very engaging, and the live music is awesome. Unfortunately, there was originally only one server for the entire eating area, which was a little frustrating, but the server had a positive attitude and was hustling butt. Hops and Dough Taproom has an extensive beer selection on tap, but they lack choices in hard liquor cocktails and good wine. I'm hoping that with their current renovation, they will rethink the kitchen area and bring in a chef that has knowledge and the skills for higher end pub food. Overall, it's an establishment that both my husband and I will pay another visit to.

I enjoy this place for live music, and go frequently. The last 2 times I was there, smoke from the kitchen filled the place, my eyes were burning and at times it became hard to breathe. It was hot and many people were using menus to fan themselves. Maybe you need a better ventilation system and some kind of air conditioning...

I give the Hopper 3 stars due to supplies and manager's customer service. Every where I eat or drink, I get Diet Coke. Tonight, I got one glass before they told me they ran out. For dessert, I ordered blueberry cheesecake. They didn't have blueberries, so ordered strawberry cheesecake, which was frozen. Had a hard time even getting the fork into the cheesecake. They basically didn't have anything I wanted. As for customer service, I believe if I make a mistake, my client shouldn't pay because I couldn't fulfill what they ordered. I was fine with paying for the strawberry cheesecake as I was informed they didn't have blueberries, and I still ordered it. However, when you order unlimited soda (free refills), you would expect what you bought. I noticed the charge for the glass of Diet Coke so questioned that they seriously was charging me for something I really didn't get. The waitress asked the manager, and the manager told her to stop charge me because I had the first glass, expecting refills. So, I would give them 3 stars for not having supplies, especially Diet Coke, which is a highly requested soda, and for lack of caring about their customer service, but the waitress was friendly and provided good service.

I am truly disappointed to have to share this, because we were so pleased with the first round of pizzas we got from here. The second and subsequent tries got progressively worse until we decided to no longer patronize The Hopper. Aside from the pizzas having a soggy bottom, the third time I ordered to go, all three pizzas ended up in the bin. I called to speak to someone at the location and she was extremally apologetic but no real solution was offered. I mean, they are not cheap pizzas, which I am glad to pay so long as I don't have to toss them in the trash. After much conversation and expression of dissatisfaction, the manager(?) decided to provide me 10% discount for next order or visit. An e-mail sent through the website was not answered (sad!). I contemplated whether or not to even try it. A few weeks later (last week), we went there to eat in, have a pint and enjoy ourselves....Ugh! Pizza too hard, live music too loud, service very subpar and my son's dinner was never delivered while the rest of our party was already eating. Unless you just want a place to drink, I would not recommend this place, sadly!

The people were nice, the service (Paige & Amanda - beautiful energy) was great. The band Sunday (03-19-2023) night was great. The food (thin crust pizza) was satisfying. One love

What a great place for live music, they just need a little more space!!! GF pizza crust is the best I've had and their salad is amazing πŸ‘

Pizza was good but a little on the well done side. Wings were ordinary. Service was super slow though. Waited about 15 minutes before I got menus myself. I'd say they were probably understaffed but I saw a bartender or 2 sitting down at the bar talking to customers...will probably not be back tbh.

Totally unexpected treasure and so close to home is great!! I was surprised with the huge selection of local brews including their own. Staff was great, the place wasn't busy at all but they should have been!! Food was good, but I really wanna try the pizza next time!! This awesome guy was tossing the dough real legit, and the oven was really awesome looking but when the waitress walked them by to the table who ordered a couple diff sizes of Za, I couldn't help but instantly regret not getting the za!!!! Lol * Oh live music was better than you get most places. I heard the guy is the sound guy but plays when nobody is booked to play. Wow, he had such a great voice, perfect tempo. Classic songs for yal old souls like me, and he had a fun stage presence too! * I cant wait to go back here and suggest yal on the west side or even down in the valley check this place out. Worth the trek over montono if ya ask me!!

The pizza was by far one of the best that I've had in the city. My husband is from Maryland and was craving pizza from his favorite place so for father's day I did my research and found the hopper. It definitely reminded him of his favorite place from back home. We'll definitely be going back for more.

I understand if they are short staffed but geez . Me and my brother sat at a table outside for about 10 minutes with no communication no contact then we went inside, sat at a table for about 10 minutes with nobody making eye contact nobody telling us be there with you in a minute nothing so it's very unprofessional we got up and left as soon as we left the guy came out and said sorry for the issues. Why would you feel you need to communicate after we've already left ? A simple will be with you in a minute would have been fine but there were people that had came in after us that sat at the bar and they got served their beer. Never going back .

Pretty large selection of beers and the pizza was good. The Green Chile Cheese Fries looked awesome but I got there too late to partake so can only report what the dish looked like. Would definitely go again.
