we
are
a
fellow
neighbor,
in
the
downtown
community.
and
wanted
to
support
small,
on
our
lunch
this
afternoon.
as
first
timers,
we
were
very
disappointed.
after
walking
over
to
their
establishment,
the
staff
was
very
unwelcoming.
they
seemed
overwhelmed,
and
extremely
irritated,
although
the
business
seemed
quite
slow.
putting
others
emotions
aside,
we
snagged
our
foods,
and
off
we
went.
upon
arriving
back
to
our
establishment,
we
discovered
they
had
forgotten
our
salad.
being
as
we
now
had
clients,
and
our
lunch
time
was
now
wasted,
we
had
to
wait
forty
five
minutes
before
we
could
leave
for
a
secondary
time,
to
pick
up
what
we
ordered
initially.
once
more,
staff
was
very
unwelcoming,
(mind
you,
these
were
new
faces)
until
a
gal
appeared
from
waiting
tables,
and
greeted
us.
she
walked
us
over
to
a
different
counter,
and
asked
us
more
information
with
regards
to
said
order.
she
then
turned
around,
and
spoke
with
the
“chef”,
in
the
back.
she
stated
something
along
the
lines
of,
“can
i
get
another
caprese
salad.
something
went
wrong
with
this
order.”
and
the
“chef”,
stated
he
knew
exactly
which
order
she
was
referring
too.
whatever,
five
minutes
later
we
snag
our
order
yet
again,
upon
arriving
back
to
our
place
of
work,
we
were
a
little
irritable,
but
happy
to
have
our
missing
items.
HAHA,
very
short
lived,
the
balsamic
vinegar
was
milky,
as
opposed
to
oily,
and
looked
like
straight
diarrhea.
nonetheless,
the
salad
was
weak,
and
had
a
massive
size
HAIR
in
it.
enough
is
enough,
we
are
not
ones
to
complain,
but
customer
service
here,
was
disgusting.
they
showed
no
empathy,
and
could
care
less.
so
much
for
supporting
small,
we
will
not
be
returning.
