Stepped into this Freddy's on a recent evening for the first time, had a quick meal and I was not disappointed. The restaurant has a throwback vibe about it. Feels like a 50's diner. I had the Freddy's Original Double With Cheese Combo: Two steakburger patties, cheese, mustard, onion & pickle on a toasted bun. For a side I had the cheese fries but you have your choice of Freddy’s Shoestring Fries, Cheese Fries, Chili Cheese Fries, Cheese Curds, Onion Rings, Chili, Applesauce, or Baked Lays. My meal was great. I really enjoyed my burger and the cheese fries were tasty, too. The service I received was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was super clean throughout. My only regret was that I didn't try any of the custard. I had planned on ordering custard after my meal but was too stuffed. I will definitely be back soon for the custard. I liked everything about this restaurant and enthusiastically recommend Freddy's to anyone. Can't wait to go back.

I ordered the #5 double jalapeno pepper jack steakburger combo. The burger had good flavor. The meat was overcooked, but it was not terrible. I liked the thin fries. The service and atmosphere were excellent. The restaurant was clean.

Good hamburgers and decent price. Really good fries and milkshakes as well. Outside dining as well as inside. Faster and better than McDonald's.

The food here is pretty darn good! I absolutely loved my steak burger and cheese curds. Nice vibe and pretty clean. I hope they stick around a while!

Haven't been to a Freddy's in quite a while. I used to really enjoy going but I feel like your food quality seems to be declining. The bacon was super overcooked and only one piece on the double bacon cheeseburger. The bun was really really dried out and cracking. The Burger was kind of put together half together sloppily. You were advertising on your menu board in multiple places a grilled cheese cheeseburger that looked delicious, but was told you no longer have it, lame... The staff were friendly and polite.

Food is okay, burgers not great. Fries are super thin and even so they were undercooked. Custard is okay, but I'm picky since I come from WI. Great everything else!

While the food was ok BEN at the counter has terrible customer service skills…. Our kids were excited to try a new place not gonna lie my husband and I were as well. We ate and tried again buy trying some shakes for our family of 8 as we are informing our children of their treats he stopped listens to our conversation and stated “you can’t order anything anymore” despite the fact we had already paid! Another thing he gave my husband 2 packets of ketchup for our FAMILY OF 8. I’ll take my business somewhere else. Awful customer service. To top it off my daughters shake had plastic blended in it 🤬 this place is awful 😣

The burgers at Freddy's are very unusual but quite good. French fries ok. The most important is the frozen custard and everything else they make with it. I recommend the vanilla flavor custard even though I usually prefer the chocolate flavor.

We’re there during opening and food was great supper of service was fantastic and everything really clean. Good place and interesting that they had codes to get into bathroom which was cool.

Food was good. Front register was super polite. Cooks were pretty vocal about the fact that they were not happy about making our order for 5 adults.

Last visit I had a great meal and frozen custard but the service was definitely off. Prior to leaving I asked for the bathroom code but when the taller male behind the counter noticed I had a cigarette in hand he raised his voice and told me I couldn't smoke in the restaurant. I acted in line with expectations, raised my voice over and above his to finish my thoughts on the matter. I went to the bathroom and lit my post meal smoke after leaving the place as I had intended to do prior to needless jaw jacking from the staff.

These guys were live savers. Just wanted a sundae. It was easy fast and the employees were friendly and helpful. You guys rock!

Being from wisconsin I was curious about their cheese curds. But for the price they held up to a lot of the curds back home!! I was shocked! The only problem is they fried them for too long so some were a little burnt. Also, some of the curds had too much breading, which in my opinion makes it harder to taste the cheese. Otherwise they were awesome!

Three-star for dining room because the chairs need to be wiped clean as well as the tables. The floor could use a good cleaning also. Otherwise, the burger & fries are good.

Worst location ever. I came here a couple of months ago and checked in with the person for my online order. He said that my order would be right up. 20 mins later and I checked on it wasn't at that location. Tonight, the Freddy's app only gave me this location as an option to order from. I arrived and didn't check in. Waited for about 20 minutes. Went to go ask about my food. They gave me my food. I went home and my order was missing. A a turtle sundae. I was very disappointed this time. I will probably never go to this location again. It is sad because it used to be one of my favorite locations.

Freddys can be a hit or miss depending on the crew you get, I've had excellent food experiences there and some not so great ones. Their burger spice blend is way too salty in my opinion and the burgers where I have asked them to leave it off was a superior in every way.

Nice friendly employees at this location, especially the young ladies who smile and have genuine pleasantries. The service is better than most restaurants in the area even when they are busy. Food is good and fresh. I'll come to this location more often.

The place crossing street was close already at 9:45pm. No burritos or taco bowls. I never have tried Freddy’s. It was a great place friendly people working there, clean, plenty space, prices? A hamburger specialty of the house less than $10.00 combo $2 dollars more. The most important quality and flavor? Excellent. Off course the place crossing the street can keep closing earlier on a Saturday nigh!!!! I found the great FREDDY’S. PS: I did not try the desert and I invited to do it for next time.

Highly recommended. Decent food and great service. Steak burgers are yummy and fries and curds are out of this world.

The hamburgers are good because their patties very thin and kind of crispy without being over cooked. If you think of meat as a condiment then you get the idea. They have a weird thing against vegetables, you have to make sure you're getting all your tomatos and onions on your sandwich.

Best fast food burgers and fries from a chain. The custard is good, the hot dogs come in a texas toast bun which is pretty sweet! Great spot for the family if fast food is the plan.

But Jesus always on point especially in this location the staff is super friendly and always it always seemed to get things correct even for someone like me who mumbles half the time. Lol seriously though and their food is probably probably artery clogging but logging but some of the best fast food you could get hands down and down their chocolate malt shakes are hands down best shake I've had in town down and I've been here for 36 years since I was born lol. Anyways good crew good environment Clean environment good good food and good desserts to desserts to meEquals 5 stars. Couldn't ask much more from them Honestly I try not to eat fast food too much but living living close to a Freddy's will make sure you end up wanting to eat fast food everyone's in awhile. But whether it's been a few months months or even longer it's always consistently gconsistently good when it comes to who it's too hot food drinks andrinks and service and like I said their desserts ice cream and shakes things like that are off the charts the charts I think a lot of people go there for that reason alone I know that I stop by for chocolate milkshake every couple of months if not every month or so. But now that I wrote this review I'm craving that number one again so we will see.. And when you look at prices just consider your paying the same amount for McDonald's most of the time which is.... Well anyways yuck ... L o l so get some real Food some real service and enjoy it Cheers !

The atmosphere is athetically appealing with red and white predominant and lots of tempting photos of sundays and other menu choices. I find most menu items to be average compared to other similar places but they do have very exceptional sundaes that are made with frozen custard. I mostly love the Special Turtle Sundae which is exquisitely delicious and I will return for many times. Deep fried, battered cheese bits are really delicious also.

I feel that the overall quality has declined over the years in the burgers. They used to have substance. They had that feeling you get when holding a burger in your hand and about to take a bite, that something magical was about to happen. The taste is off. It's missing oomph.
