This is a favorite place for me. I love the blue cheese dressing here. It's SO perfect. Service today was a little slow but it was still a great experience. I like that they have gluten free on the menu. They even have gluten free cheesecake options!! 😋

Really Cheesecake Factory Albuquerque? My daughter, my 2 yr old grandson and I spent $80 for lunch. I asked for a slice of cheesecake to go. As far as I remembered, it was a pretty generous slice of thick cheesecake well worth the price. When I got home and opened the to-go bag, I was shocked!!! As you can see the slice was as wide as the cap on a marker. $11 for this slice of cheesecake????? Look I’ll pay for a good and fair product but this is down right wrong! Your management should be embarrassed!! I wish I would have looked in my to-go bag but I never ever experienced this type of nonsense at one your restaurants!! Not returning any time soon!!

Ordered the Chicken Madeira and the Chicken Bellagio. The Madeira was delicious, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes had a chunkier texture which I prefer. The Bellagio wasn’t as creamy as imagined, but lots of pasta was included. Our server was attentive and patient as well :)

Heaven in my mouth. Best thing I have ever tasted. The food was expensive but totally worth it. The flavors were rich and staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have to wait an hour for the seats to open but that's plenty of time to shop around.

Donovan the manager came in clutch during my time of need in arranging a large party reservation. Even the daytime hostess was really sweet over the phone. The waiter really needs to get out of the service industry. I believe his name was Victor. He was rude, unprofessional and really made us feel like he didn't want us to be there and was bothered by our presence. He mentioned to one of my family members that he could find someone else to be our waiter. He obviously had an issue. The food was actually really well prepared and was quality. Textures and flavors were on point. If the rating was based off of my server, I would give it one star. But, overall thanks to the kitchen and the front of house I give this place 4 stars. Will I be back? Unlikely, but I wanted to give great thanks to Donovan and his team.

They made our Thanksgiving meal extra special with a whole cheese cake. It was about $80 and worth it.

Huge portions and tons of options. The rice in my dish was overcooked and dry but all the sauce from the chicken helped with that. Chicken and sauce were very good. The Korean fried chicken has a great crunch to it. Cheesecake slices are huge and can definitely be shared with another person. A little pricey but definitely worth a splurge at least once to try.

We sat with Roxanne today! She was awesome! She gave drink suggestions and food suggestions! She knows the menu very well and was so helpful! Her personality is outstanding! She matches our energy to the T! Definitely won’t be sitting with anyone but her! She is the perfect representation of a star employee, no doubt about that! Thanks for everything Roxanne !

This place is always full so I suggest you make a reservation and avoid the wait. Food is always great here and so is service Expect at least a $50-$60 bill for 2 This weekend I had the lunch special Grilled Salmon and Vanessa had Jambalaya. As an appetizer we had the Avocado Rolls and 2 waters Once again Reserve and Enjoy!

Louisiana Chicken Pasta 4/5. Korean Fried Chicken: the rice was not properly cooked and the texture was terrible. I visited this Cheesecake Factory for a Saturday dinner, and this place was very busy. The waiting period was about 15 mins, so not too bad. Drinks were served, main course was ordered, but where were my iced water and signature bread? Maybe it was Saturday’s dinner time, no worries. Anyway, we requested for water and bread. I had been to Cheesecake Factory in NYC, Dallas, and never disappointed with the food and service. Hope ABQ location will improve the quality of rice and service.

We often order for dinner, and have our usual order. Cobb Salad and Spinach dip. It’s always enough for the two of us to split for dinner. Todays order was such a disappointment. Our Cobb salad ($20) has 4 tiny pieces of chicken, and the same amount of bacon. The lettuce is sad and wilted. We just paid $50 for dinner with a driver tip. I’m attaching photos for reference. I understand this location is always busy, but feel like more care should be paid to to go orders. This salad will not feed us two adults, and now we have to seek out an alternative dinner. Normally their salads are so beautiful. This one is seriously lacking.

The food was delicious and large portions. Service was on point, thanks Devin! ( great info on casinos from a local) The whole restaurant had a good vibe.

This lunch was hittin hard. We had A1 service. The appetizers were delicious. The main course was even better. We had egg rolls and crab wontons for appetizers. We also got the chicken Madeira and the crusted chicken. All of this was as good as it gets. We also split the coconut cream cheese cake and this one was so good, I wanted to slap everyone in the restaurant. I enjoyed this place and I think you would too.

First time going here for me and my mom. Absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, our waitress was so nice, and the atmosphere was so comfortable. Definitely going to go back again. Took photos of the food. I was to excited about the cheesecake I forgot to take a picture.

Pretty good experience. Starting from the top there was a :30 minute wait. They seated us at a table that was right ON TOP of another table. I had to drag my behind across the table to even get into ours they were THAT close. It also felt like our table which was about 2 ft wide was just stuffed in there for more seating. We were constantly juggling bread, drinks, menus, food plates.. there was not enough room to sit comfortably. Next we were served VERY stale bread. She said more was in the oven but it didn’t come until halfway through our meal. And once we got the bread the waitress left! She just went home. So we got a new waitress who was on top of it for us but we watched the table behind us wait for a looooong time before getting there check to leave. Food was okay. Very salty. Carrots were very underdone, it also felt like my bread rolls were stale and cold as well but I’m just being picky at this point. However, we do expect a little higher quality if we’re going to pay over $20 for a dish. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, good parking. Honestly between the prices, the service and the food quality I don’t think it’s worth the hype. Other than the cheesecake. The Oreo Cheesecake is phenomenal. I’d give it a 3.5 but I can’t so I’m rounding up to 4.

Definitely make a reservation if you want to sit down when your hungry. It’s a longgg wait if you don’t and It’s kinda expensive not going to lie but so great for fancy dinners, dates, business meetings, and birthdays. The menu is quite large so I recommend just picking one section like fish or burgers and then just pick from those options. My favorite part is the cheesecake! SO good you cannot get cheesecake like the cheesecake from this place it’s so good. I’ve got cheesecake from smiths or other bakeries but THIS STUFF IS SO GOOD. No joke they should make a separate store just for cheesecake, it would be boomin. Thanks for reading(: Aly B

The pasta dishes are very flavorful, and the single serving size is about enough for two people! The Godiva cheesecake is delicious, decadent and not too sweet - if you’re a chocolate lover that’s the one to get. The atmosphere here is very cool.

The drinks were well made and tasted good, but they weren't anything original. The food was just fair. My chicken was tasty but seemed over-cooked and I was unimpressed with the pasta. For the money, I would prefer to eat local.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and food, even as it was busy. It didn't feel "gimmicky" or cheap- everything was fresh and delicious. Super rich and filling! Looking forward to more visits to try other things on their extensive menu.

Me and my family had a really nice experience. The green chile chicken taquitos were awesome. (In the picture, there are two missing lol.) They also gave us some bread and soft butter, which was nice as well. Their cucumber lemonade was also really good. Would recommend.

Almost an hour to get seated when told 10-15. Tried to say we might have been put on hold for not responding to text. standing 5 feet away from host, checked twice about long wait, kept seeing other get seated before us that came in after. They called other parties out loud, never called our name. Manager apology was empty, no empathy. My burger, ordered medium, was straight up raw and cold in parts. Didn't even bother to complain, just paid check got the hell out. Now comes the reviews. One from the receipt, one here. Socials next till someone contacts to make it right.
