Wanted to try something non-New Mexican food and my boyfriend and I tried this place for dinner last night. Food - great portion sizes, tasty and overall good quality food. I got the chicken staff pick box and my boyfriend ordered the soo bak bowl. Vibe - chill, Asian and modern. I would recommend this place for an Asian fusion meal.

I was in the area and Soo Bak was highly recommended so I stopped in and ordered a bowl. Absolutely delicious. Made some changes to the ingredients which was not a problem. The staff was super accommodating offering various options for any question I had. The bowl was a wonderful fusion of tastes and textures that tasted surprisingly fresh. I’ve been in ABQ for a couple of months and so far this is my favorite spot. Would highly recommend you stopping in to try it.

I have enjoyed eating here multiple times and I have told multiple people about how good the food is here. That's why I'm so disappointed in my visit today. I went with my wife who I told about this place. The service is still decent and the prices don't seem to have gone up, but we both got about half the portion size of what I got in the past. We each got broccoli as a topping they served it to us cold on top of our otherwise warm food which was unpleasant. Even the flavor of the food was off. What is normally very flavorful food was pretty weak this time. The location isn't great and inside is just ok. What made this place great was the food. I'm hoping they were just having an off day because I plan on giving them another chance. If we get a good portion and flavorful food like in the past, I will change my review. I still think this place is worth a try if you've never been.

Awesome Korean NM Fusion place! (At least that's what I think it is) They have Korean Themed tacos and a bunch of other awesome bowls that could be made into burritos if you want. I got the Fire Bibimbap Bowl. Fire Chicken is HOT!! But really really tasty!

Only travel to Burque occassionally but i will be back to this place. Cant wait to try other items. Wish it was in Santa Fe. I had the Korean Bbq, temupa avacado, sweet chile tofu tacos and man the flavors 🤯🤯 The chile tofu and tempura were neck n neck as my favorites. Do yourself a favor, very nice peeps 2!

Very delicious. The kids liked the tempura avocado and teriyaki chicken tacos. The other tacos were all great, and the fire chicken was hot. Also tried Soo bak bibimbap and it was really good. I would definitely recommend this place. We will be back.

Hidden gem behind the condos, I have been craving for some Korean BBQ for awhile now and Seoul Bowl did not disappoint. Spicy and savory and the customer service was amazing. This will become a local favorite for sure.

Soo Bak's bowls are delicious with generous serving of meat and veggies. The bowl tastes delicious with good balance of flavors...not too heavy or salty. The BBQ beef is tender and cooked really well. Location is low key with a laid back environment.

THIS is the place to get bibimbap in Albuquerque! Don’t pass on the corn fritters either. Always great food since the food truck days.

As the famous Dog House is not open on Sunday, we decided to give it a try at this restaurant. And I recommend you never go there with any expectation. They do not have a slightest idea what a bibimbap should be like. The food lacks essential sweetness or any other Korean flavor, only bland spiciness. I should have read the previous reviews from other Korean.

Read the reviews and go elsewhere. Took 40 minutes to receive food!!!! What a disappointment. Excuse was they had to go orders....really? Chef spent more time looking at the orders than actually making the food. Nothing special here. Didn't even get the order right.

Pretty dang good. The bowls include a good mix of delicious ingredients. You pay up front and then take a seat/number and they bring you your food. Nothing fancy, but a good place.

This was a top 10 Korean fusion food in all of my travels. So delicious. This restaurant was so good that we came back for a second time while on vacation!

As a lover of tacos and just about everything from Korea and having gone to Korea a couple of times, the food here is absolutely fantastic on all fronts. The people are great, the spices and heat levels are appropriate, just an absolutely amazing restaurant. This is the way everybody should do Fusion food. Honor both sides you are pulling from and don't shy away or make the flavors different for an Americanized palette. Find a combo that works. I've never had anything from here that is less than 100%

Their Bibimbap is very delicious. I like that they give an option to customize the bowls. The price is the same as other restaurants, around $15 for a bowl. The ambiance isn’t the most comforting so I usually take my food to go.

Friendly host, tacos were flavorful, a brewery aspect would be perfect or more social gathering would be great. Keep it up this place out does the local just needs the traffic.

The food was really good. Bibimbap are not in stone bowls, so no chrispy rice. However, they are customizable, and the bbq beef was awesome.

We split the Soo Bak Bowl and a kimchi sampler platter with three types of kimchi: cabbage, cucumber, and radish. The marinade on the beef was divine, and you can't skip that sunny-side up egg! The kimchi is what really had me though. I've tried kimchi a couple times before and it was just so-so. I'm glad I took a chance ordering from Soo Bak because the kimchi was amazing! Even though all of it looks like it will light you up, the heat level was actually quite moderate. The white radish kimchi was the mildest overall flavor, and the cucumber was a bit stronger. Of the three of them the cabbage was the flavor bomb, outstanding!
