As the airlines always say, "safety is our number one priority". Unfortunately, the front desk person did not give me that feeling when I called at 5am to say that a man outside my door was aggressively knocking, claiming he was "Room Service" and asking me to open up. He even tried to turn the door knob. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone down. The mystery "room service" person disappeared but no hotel employee or security followed-up with me. When I called 30 minutes later to ask if anyone followed-up, I was told that "it could have been someone who was inebriated and thought they were at a different hotel". Well, that did not add up to what appeared to be someone seriously interested in getting into my room. When I left the hotel a short time later (and our room was immediately next to the side rear parking lot "key-card" entrance), I discovered that the exit door had been prevented from closing with an empty soda bottle--which I promptly kicked away. How the hotel could have a security system which does not flag an open door--or a camera on the door in a city and location known for high property crime (and more) is beyond me. Think seriously about your personal safety before staying here.

Room was nice, After driving for 3 days from pittsburgh and staying in rooms with less comfortable beds, I slept like a log. Everything was great until breakfast. The only option was non-complementary. Why should I have to pay more money for breakfast in a hotel, especially considering that the room was already expensive and I could easily drop $5 on a bagel here, AND the residence inn just on the next intersection is the about the same quality but it DOES have complementary breakfast (with those waffles that i love … 😟) Am I happy with my stay? Yeah, sure. I’ll be rested for my final drive to Tempe. And, I’ll give them that the courtyard is beautiful and we had no complications with checking in or the room itself. That part I enjoyed. But breakfast makes or breaks the trip for me. I always wake up hangry, and this place, unfortunately for them, didn’t have it. If I had ended up ordering that $5 bagel, it had better be pretty darn big. Or, better yet, I could have just stayed at the hotel down the street.

The staff was great and very accommodating. We had a late check-in due to traveling into town and we were still able to keep our reservation. The staff communication between all three shifts was amazing. There was a problem with our room as we didn't get the king size we reserved but instead two full beds. The mix up with our room was simply a hiccup due to the young lady that tried to help us out so we wouldn't lose our reservation. Check in time ends at midnight for some reason.. The room however was not even close to being acceptable as far as cleanliness. It wasn't trashed but it definitely wasn't properly cleaned either. We had to ruff it as we still had a long journey ahead of us. Overall the 🌟 are for the staff experience only..

Due to a mice infested Airbnb in T or C we fled here late Friday 3/3/23. The Room was clean, bed soft and far enough from the freeway so not much freeway noise. Yet it was pretty close and convenient to the highway and close to things like Chick-fil-A and Starbucks. The blow dryer in the morning stopped working, and within just a few minutes, they brought me a higher powered blow dryer, so that was excellent service. Inadvertently I had booked two rooms, because when we were traveling last minute, I had lost Internet connection as there are dead Internet spots on Highway 25, so I ended up booking two rooms by accident and they waived the one room which is very kind. They also had security going through the parking lot on a regular basis which we appreciated because our road trip made it so our car had a lot of items in it and that would’ve been hard if it had been broken into.

Clean, quite and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was clean and open until 11. I like that they have balconies up stairs. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel, I was worried about it, after reading some reviews. But it is newer, clean and service was very helpful. We arrived with a delay at 1am and called for shuttle that came quickly. Next morning we decided to walk to the airport and it was only 15 min walk. Great hotel!

The people that work there are very nice and helpful, want to make sure that is clear. The issues are: Room has a musty smell which is the worst to me. There was a dirty washrag hanging on the shower bar when I checked in, there is no "bistro" as they advertise from 5-10pm so don't count on that. The Liquor license is no longer valid. The in house starbucks is limited in offerings, not a full starbucks. Room and hallways are outdated not only in decor, but starting to show damage that is not cleanable with daily housekeeping: stained grout, carpet stains, water scale around fixtures. Won't be staying again. for the price I can get a room that doesn't smell. From experience so far, Courtyard line of Marriot is typically very outdated/old.

The staff was kind. Traveling from Colorado to Arizona and needed to stop for the night. Overly priced rooms. No breakfast included. Only a handful of channels work. The smart TV part will not connect to the Internet. WiFi wouldn't work. Phones didn't work, so we couldn't reach the front desk. Ummmm... grateful for the convenience, but will NEVER stay here again.

For a small town, I really enjoyed my stay! Although it was short and brief the staff were amazing! They offer such great customer service. I arrived after midnight and had to pick up my rental in the morning. Both gentlemen that shuttled me were absolutely fantastic and hospitable. I will make frequent business trips here and will always book the Marriott.

Amenities are barely enough. No complementary breakfast available. You have to pay for the breakfast items and drinks. They’re expensive and takes a while to get them (can’t blame them too much if they’re short staffed.) Laundry is a joke. Coin operated only and it only has ONE washer and ONE dryer on my floor. Other peoples clothes still inside every time I’d go check. I found TWO roaches inside of my room. One was alive in the main room and the other I guess dropped dead in the bathroom. On a positive note, they do go around and clean up your room even if you don’t request it.

We booked through Delta Vacations, which has very limited offerings. We got the best room for our price range. But there are better hotels in this range. The best things about this hotel are the shuttle and the service. But they don't include breakfast, the room smelled musty, and they have minimal electrical outlets. No USB ports.

Rooms are extremely dated. Doors slamming in the hallway all throughout the night. There is visible dirt floating on top of the hot tub, the pool water is cloudy. People playing loud music at 5:00 am. I’m not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from.

Rooms were nice and clean, pool/hottub not so much. Service was good. Property was clean as well as the main areas and corridors.

Pool but especially hot tub water stinks and is scented, staff is very unorganized, rude and doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing all the way around, food is mediocre and overpriced. Place smells like it’s on fire when they cook breakfast.

I have stayed in this hotel for the last 10 years when traveling for work. It has a very nice courtyard, great bar, friendly bartender, and great appetizer food. Breakfast is available and is not free. A great brewery opened up across the street from this hotel (377 Brewery).

Clean rooms, mostly updated. Big hot tub in indoor pool area. Very friendly staff. Our young son said Sonya at the front desk was very kind to him.

Everyone here was ok. I booked online and was charged at the counter over $100 more than my booking. So disappointed. We called for extra towels as then never came to clean. Sitting here 40 minutes later still waiting on towels Nothing worked right. I will never book at this hotel again. They don’t come and clean 3 days already, when you call up for towels they obviously ignore you. Don’t stay here.

Switched hotels from the Residence Inn next door because they don’t have an airport shuttle anymore. This Courtyard does and they even picked me up at the airport car rental center. So many Marriott properties are not very good anymore, this Courtyard is very good.

The lobby and landscaping are definitely the nicest parts of the property. Rooms are meh. Have a bit of a musty odor. No continental breakfast. But was quiet. Bed was comfortable.appeared clean.

I've had good luck with Courtyard hotels and this one is no different. The staff here is super friendly and helps make the hotel stand above many of the "higher tier" hotels in the Marriott chain. The room was comfortable, the pool kept the kid happy, and the bistro serves local beer. What more could you want? Not being downtown means less noise, but you aren't so far away that you can't jump in the car and get a fantastic coffee at Little Bear Coffee.

If I could rate 0 I would. My friend was given a room that was filthy , smelled horrible, used towels all over the bathroom and bed, the toilet wasn't clean, garbage all over, iron board and iron on the floor, TV on.. etc. We were helping with his luggage due to an ingury, that's why we saw all this mess. He then decides to canceled his reservation, started all the process and then within 1 hour of all this he got a called from the company stating that the front desk person Teresa had denied everything and called us liers.. so unprofessional, untruthful, disrespectful and pity of you to do that when we know what we saw and smelled. Pity we didnt take pictures! We are tying to get his money back and it has been a struggle and nightmare. So disappointed that as a local, tourist have to deal with such customer service.

I found a cockroach in my bed! It was horrifying. The person at the front desk was nice and switched my room but I was definitely not compensated. I will never stay there again.

I booked a room here for my family of four. I booked using the app and received a confirmation. I was nervous about the room because I knew that we would not arrive until after midnight due to flight delays, so I called around noon and was told there was no problem. My family and I arrived around 1:00am. We were told that there was no room for us even though they could see our reservation. The desk attendant told me to get a room at the Fairfield. I asked him to call before I left the desk. Of course, the Fairfield had no rooms. Neither did the Residence Inn. I never heard the attendant apologize. We ended up staying at a different hotel. When I arrived home after my trip, I discovered that Courtyard charged me for the room despite me never being able to check in. 1 month later and this is still not resolved satisfactorily, even though I am a rewards member. Stay somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration and money.

We stayed here for the balloon fiesta, so it's relatively expensive. It's close to the airport. The room was clean, but a bit too small and model is old. There is no free breakfast.

This property is in need of a refresh. The lobby was fine, but the rooms felt very dated. That being said, they are very clean and everything works. The staff are great. I have had a couple of great interactions with good service and the desk, and both were perfect. The room doors do nothing to keep the hallway sounds out, so if you are a light sleeper be prepared. One month later, nothing new... Electronic key did not appear to be functional at this property...food fail, raw quinoa is not edible, you do not sprinkle it on kale and call that a bowl. I have seriously downrate this place.

Your typical Courtyard hotel. Clean, efficient. Staff here very friendly and helpful. I loved that I could also keep my room cool overnight. The gym is small, as you'll note. There's only one elliptical machine, but it needs repair. It was so noisy that I thought it could wake up half the hotel! Close to the airport. I would have no issues staying here again.

We come to Albuquerque every year and we stay here. Everything is fine, restaurants very close but the property itself needs to be updated. In our bedroom the base on the A/C unit torn away and laying on the floor!!! Personnel very friendly.

Checked in around 9pm. Our car alarm went off 10 minutes after checking in and walking into our room. Luckily I parked the car facing the room and quickly moved it to the front where unfortunately someone’s car got broken into. How I know? Well broken pieces of glass on the one parking space I found. Inside of hotel felt safe but the outside, not guaranteed.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Towels were thick and soft. Bathroom was clean. TV had good options. No noise and uneventful check in and check out. Very positive experience.

Hot tub was green?? Carpet coming up?? Mildew on the walls & shower area?? Staff got stuck on minute details during our 2:30am arrival, consistently ignored the corporate card on file and tried to charge our employee. The lady staff the day after were pleasant enough while we sat in the lobby, During and after the issue. CALL BEFORE BOOKING TO CONFIRM IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE!
