The rating if for a quick experience with the front desk employees and a quick tour of the room. The room was very spacious and clean. I dropped off a friend and carried their luggage to their room, didn’t stay. I don’t know what overnight experience is like.

The room was dingy it needs a good cleaning wall tables little kitchen area all need to be wiped down. The shower liner was dirty and full of mold asked to get it changed so we could take a shower about 45min later had to call and ask again. We have stayed here before multiple times a couple of years ago and it didn't look like this needs a upgrade forsure. Also there is no area next to the bed for chargers there wasn't a clock either and towels were old.

Excellent customer service! Spacious rooms and complimentary rides to the airport. The breakfast was a nice spread. It included sausage, eggs, muffins, waffles, fruit, toast, coffee and tea. Hyatt seems to always have nice rooms wherever you go!!!

Wow the staff is super friendly, actually a very homey feel! The room is great with a mini fridge and small sink and a big comfortable bed. The all you can eat free breakfast was very good and their coffee was fantastic. The friendly staff really makes a difference. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. 4 night stay in room 411. No working AC for the first 3 nights. On the last night the front desk moved us from 411 to 401. In addition, room 411 had a loud rattle in the bathroom fan. Think of the time your ran a card clipped to your rear shell If a bicycle. Coming down the elevator on the third night another couple requested to be moved to another room and the front desk was not happy about it. The hotel facility has definitely taken a beating over the last year. I have stayed here numerous times and will not be returning!

This is the worst Hyatt Place I have stayed at. This property should eliminated from the Hyatt chain. It’s dated, smells, and the elevators need an overhaul. Don’t stay here if you are expecting the quality that Hyatt stands for. Aside from this, the staff is friendly and very accommodating.

I wouldn't stay here again. I'm not sure the sheets were washed. There was trash in one of the trash cans and the carpet made our feet black instantly. They hadn't filled the coffee singles, we only had decaf but to be fair we asked the front desk for more and they gave us more than enough. My best advice to Hyatt Place is pull out the carpet and put down flooring that can be easily mopped. Also, make sure the cleaning staff are trained and doing their job. Cleanliness is the most important attribute of a decent hotel, you fell short.

***Update. Called the manager. He called me a liar. He said he checked the sheets and didn't see anything. Admitted that he checked the sheets on the bed....not the soiled sheets on the floor that I had to deal with the night before. More incompetence from this location. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!*** DISGUSTING! DO NOT STAY! They remake beds with bedding from the previous guests. Found pringles crumbs and other food bits between the sheets made into the beds. Hair on 3 of the 4 pillow cases. When we called the front desk they told us they could not move us and WE HAD TO COME DOWNSTAIRS FOR REPLACEMENT BEDDING...and then she hung up on me! So here we are...up late changing out dirty bedding on our own beds when we have to be up very early. We had to ask for a refund on the room...none was offered. They said we can only have 10% ($18)...even though they hold $50 from me for incidentals. DIRTY, USED BEDS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. Elevators are both sketchy. Both make disturbing noises and movements. One starts going down as the door begins shutting...happened while I was halfway in and out of the door. UNSAFE and no record of inspection posted in either one. Don't waste your money or time. Don't apologize to me and ask me to give you another chance. Give me at least half off my room for doing the job of the maid staff for you in the middle of the night!

I could not use the shuttle for an early flight. I asked for simply 30 minutes early, Hyatt said “there are Uber options”. I chose this hotel specifically for the shuttle. I would have gone somewhere else if I wanted an Uber option. Hyatt double charged at a higher rate my pre-paid, ‘third party’ stay. Charge still says ‘pending’ after speaking to the front desk. 48 hours later, cc charge still says pending. One more star lost. Maybe a BBB complaint will release the pending charge?

It's kinda terrible. The whole facility is kinda run down. If you ask them to clean your room they will not do it and when you ask about it, they will claim you had your do not disturb on the door and even have a "photo" of it. Happened multiple times. There is only ice available on the 5th floor. There is an unheated pool that's ok. And they have Breakfast that's also not the worst.

Free shuttle to airport. Air conditioning in room was tops, but the lobby was hottttt. Wi-Fi was free and fast throughout the hotel. Parking lot was free, too, but I was a bit wary of theft because of the signs.

I would definitely come back. The rooms were clean spacious and nice. The staff was super friendly. My family had a pleasant experience and stay.

Very close to the airport. The night manager was very nice and helpful. In the hallway going to the room, smells a little musky But the room was beautiful very clean and remodeled. The bed was comfortable and I had a night nice sleep before work in the morning.

On Friday night the guy at night Noe was rude at check in and seemed like he was drunk that night plus he smelled very strongly of liquor. I had came back down just a few minuets later to purchase a drink as there is not any in the rooms for guest. When I came back down to the desk the guy working it was then arguing with another guest. The other guest seemed upset about not getting housekeeping as requested. The rooms are ok carpets look filthy need deep cleaning or replacement.. pool cloudy with dirt at the bottom.. there was hair in my shower, coffee grounds in my sink, sheets was even on the bed backwards with stains, no shampoo or body gel in the shower... A remodel is needed as you can see the hotel and elevators are in need of repair. Riding the elevator was scary with all the noises it makes and seems to move slow.. I thought I was suck in the elevator for a minuet when the doors took a few minuets to open when getting to my floor. Saturday evening I came down to order a burger the cook had just finished bring out a order when the ladies at the desk gave her mine. I waited at the bar for my order but I don't think the cook was happy about having to make it as I was waiting I could hear her in the kitchen cussing and slamming dishes and pans. Sunday morning at check out Karyme was fantastic. The bathroom downstairs in the lobby didn't have any toilet paper and the 5th floor ice machine seemed to have some mold growing on it. Overall not worth the money

I used to love staying here the place was so clean, smelled wonderful, and beds were so comfortable. The past few visits have been uncomfortable and service was poor. We kept having to go back down cause our key wasnt working. As was the case for several guests. The building needs a remodel. Only One elevator functions and it sounds like it won't be for too much longer. I hope they remodel soon Hyatt is one of my favorites throughout our travels across states.

This location is fantastic but that’s about all that’s good. The facility is in pretty poor shape and needs to be remodeled. Parking is easy but it’s a disjoint process. It’s weird that you have to scan a qr code in the parking lot to pay for parking separate to your hotel bill. I’d probably use the facility again due to location but I’ve stayed in way nicer Hyatt places.

Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Well appointed. Each interaction with staff was pleasant. I recommend and will be back when I'm in town.

The photo on the website show a full bar and restaurant. When asked about the bar and restaurant I was told there is limited food and a few beers. Only one elevator was working and it was sketchy and felt like it was going to break any minute. Then after checking in I was told "oh by the way its 10.00 for parking. What?? I have never paid for parking at a hotel that had tons of open parking. There are too many nicer hotels in the area that have more value for the money. I will not be back.

No way is this hotel a 4/5 stars! This hotel looking like it has quite a few miles on it. Someone is using a filter on the photos. (Or as my son said, “they’re catfishing”.) I mean, one elevator is broken. The other elevator left looks like its last maintenance was during the Reagan era. There is a faint smell in the lobby. I should not have overlooked it but really was too tired. Get in the room and it is gloomy as hell. Refrigerator had dirt/food in it. The tub and shower curtain made my skin crawl. I did not shower with the curtain inside. In 2023, who still has carpet and shower curtains?’ These hotels KNOW the housekeepers are not cleaning these items up to the proper professional cleaning standards. Why make things harder??? The hotel is big and it is LITERALLY at the airport. However, I do think I was overcharged given all of these issues and concerns. However, the ENTIRE staff I encountered was super friendly and helpful! That ALWAYS helps

Hotel is located conveniently to explore the area by car, room is well equipped and clean, TV has chromecast. Room 623 has gorgeous view of Albuquerque and downtown. Breakfast buffet was average, 4.5 out of 5. Self made waffles were very fluffy.

We should've chosen this place to stay at first. They were awesome and the price was perfect for the weekend. The only downer was that I wish the bathroom was bigger with more space. But the rooms and beds were awesome and had lots of room to move around in.

I read some of the comments before my stay and was a little concerned, but now that I've stayed three nights, in my experience, almost all the negative comments are not only incorrect, but they're laughable. Contrary to another comment or two, the rooms are modern (no updating necessary), and spotlessly clean (no "instant black feet" or "pringles crumbs" or anything else in the sheets). In fact our room was exceptionally clean. I did agree with one negative comment -- the coffee in the breakfast room tasted like nothing I've ever consumed before -- but it was made up for with outstanding coffee singles in the room. So five stars, definitely.

Free shuttle from and to airport is a perk with hot breakfast. Choices adequate. Rooms quite outdated like carpet and room design a bit odd. Otherwise clean and equipped with toiletries. Staff helpful but not totally friendly, don't smile or converse with guests. Request for top floor and late check out granted for being a Hyatt member. Place far from store though hotel had small convenience store. Also, husband happy coz they serve alxohol.

Great experience on our first two stays here, however our third time was a little less optimal. We were towing a small uhaul trailer, and someone attempted to saw our locks off. Apparently there is no security in the parking areas, so your car and anything inside may not be safe. We reported this to the company, and only received a standard "thank you for your concerns" form letter.

Love the room and the food for breakfast had great quality and good presentation with glass AND disposable dishes. Didn't like the egg though. Quick service and attention. The room looked elegant. Glass cups and mugs. Double sink. Desk and table. Sadly room was not clean well. Found glass bottles under sink, and under the sofa bed was a lot of stuff from previous people staying. It made me wonder if they even wash the sheets and towels 🧐. I would definitely stay again. But I suggest bringing a lysol and spray all over the room... just incase. My girls got sick but because the AC was on the side aiming directly to our beds 1☹️. They are okay though.

The staff here are amazing. Super friendly and always accommodating. The room I had was a large double bed room. Pretty standard. Cleaning is not performed unless you request it, not a problem for me as I prefer less waste and keep my room tidy.

I felt safe leaving my car and trailer in this parking lot. There was lots of room for parking. The area was well lit and had police patrolling the grounds. The rooms were clean and the hot breakfast was very good. Dog friendly but was charged $75 for a pet. Would recommend staying here.

The hotel is in need of some repairs, such as the 2 elevators they make horrendous noises. One of which actually attempts to move before you've even selected a floor. The carpeting in the room had stains either blood or some other red substance. The only reason for 3 stars is the staff or super friendly let us check in early Lily and overall made the stay. Breakfast we tried and didn't care for.

This hotel has the best employees who bend over backwards to accomodate us guests. Each shift has its terrific managers to employees who really excel at their jobs. The best breakfast spread with eggs anr suasage, yogurt, cereal for the kids to Granola for the adults--something for anyone. The rooms are huge. Clean as can be with actual walk in showers, a work desk, a wet bar sink and a sports bar like environment with lots of tables and chairs for cocktail hour. All the staff are super freindly and staying here is good idea. lol These folks get a big THANK YOU.

The bed was wonderful and the front desk person who checked me in at midnight was very nice - but evidently not too knowledgeable. (I asked for late check out due to a 6pm flight time departure, he gave me a 4pm check out.) However, what ruined this overnight stay was the front desk person's rudeness and superior attitude when she informed me I MUST be out by 2pm because my status doesn't allow a 4pm check out - no 'would it be possible,' or 'we really need to clean the room so could you please' ... nothing. just kicked out. (female, 3/18/22 at 12:15pm if you would like to check your schedule) After her rudeness, my plans to stay at a Hyatt in Denver is a couple weeks will be changed to a Hilton or IHG or Bonvoy group property. Hyatt has SORELY disappointed me in customer service - heck, even human kindness. (As I travel about 50 weeks a year and was really liking the Hyatt House properties, this is truly disappointing.)

Thin walls. No "do not disturb" sign present in room. Coffee is terrible, exceptionally wretched. Cowboy coffee is better, I promise. I'm a heavy sleeper, but I was woken up by someone using the elevator at 4am sinply because they were loud (elevator was approximately 4-5 rooms away from mine). Was told no one was heard being loud overnight and that such complaints never come up. I'll never stay here again. I recommend you save your money and go elsewhere, too. Noe Gomez is the manager I spoke with. He seemed to sympathize but also was gaslighting me when I explained the issues ....he passed them off, told me he didn't hear anything (so obviously that means no one was being loud if HE didn't hear anything.....), and then asked me what I wanted. I asked for a refund. He refused. I get why. I never expected he would just thought I'd humor his frankly rude ask with something else equally ludicrous. That's why I'll never stay at another Hyatt again! Peace ✌️

Suite is large with a connecting room if needed. Separate fold out couches and separating the beds is a small wall, a bar with fridge on one side and bathroom and vanity on side with the beds. Normally not a soft cushioned bed user but these were perfect, no problems with this bed. There's a safe in the closet with ironing board. Tv swivels to either side in the middle between beds and couch side.

Khalil was an amazing shuttle driver, after discussing we would have to get an Uber to take us to dinner he offered to drop us off and pick us up, saved money that way! Marge was the sweetest soul when we came down for breakfast, offered to fill our big water bottles with water and ice, she went above and beyond for us. Nye was great at the front desk, greeted us with a smile and was very friendly! Breakfast was great. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone! Please give these employees the praise they deserve for going above and beyond for their customers!
