Not a great experience for our family, started out with a 20 minute wait for anyone to even check us in as no one was at the front desk or answered the phone. Then, we find out about a broken hot tub, an annoying strobing light in the pool that was broken. We were told the manager wasn’t going to be there for several days, so our concerns could not be addressed. Overall needs a lot better maintenance as well. Beds and pillows were comfy, but overall very disappointed.

The hotel looks very nice. It is gated and the gate closes at night so you could only access it with a hotel card. The sleep experience was awful. The bed is too firm to sleep on the side and no support to sleep on the back. The A/C is too loud to run, but the room gets very hot so you would have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it on and wait for it. I had to unplug the fridge because of the noise. There is a white light on the wall that blinks very bright, closing your eyes doesn’t help. The freeway is very noisy. The bathroom was nice, the plumbing seemed to be quiet and the room was very clean. Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast because I forgot that they had one. Apparently there are a lot of different things to choose from.

So… this is going to be a very honest review. Staff is amazing! Facility is clean and nice, breakfast is plentiful, though the apple juice was watered down… but I can get over that. The hotel has gates that are motion activated and lock at night.. there is a gate a person has to walk out of for an Uber or carb. And you need a passcode to get in as a walker of an Uber drops you off…. The area around the hotel has a new homeless camp popping up. Not the hotels fault obviously but something to know. There are also many people that are high, or looking to score roaming the road that leads to the hotel, just something to note. There was some fights in the hallways when I was there during the week and some rowdy folks in general on several nights. It was tough to get sleep many nights due to the noise…. Not the hotels fault but they have many long term guests that are pretty set in Bette ways I learned talking to some of them and they like to party. If you can get used to the noise and the fights and all, you’re good! You feel like your leaving a halfway house when you leave the place, the area around the hotel is riddled with construction… but it’s a good hotel and good place to sleep, just bring your earplugs.

Giving this hotel three stars because it was clean and the location was nice in that it was close to many stores. Employees were nice and helpful overall. We spent $180 to stay at this hotel for two reasons: to sleep and to use the hot tub. However, the hot tub was out of service and was not able to be heated. I was extremely disappointed when I reached out to the manager of this hotel numerous times and when I finally spoke with someone all they did was add some points to my hotel membership card. I never would have stayed at a hotel for $180 that did not provide all amenities offered.

I Stayed here as I was passing through from Midwest to the West Coast and arranged a business meeting while I was in Albuquerque. I arrived around 8-9pm after driving 12 hours went straight to bed for my early meeting in the morning went to take a shower and the shower was broken so I couldn't shower, I went to my meeting without a shower came back to the hotel and I spoke to the manager on duty (Bivi)on duty explained to her about the shower showed her the pictures and video of the shower and she was very apologetic and willing to give me a free night stay for a future date, I advised her that I was just passing through and would be back around this part for a long time, she then asked if I had an IHG rewards number which I said i did but wanted to give me 500 points which a free night is technically around 21,000 points. Well here we are now disputing my stay and the booking company keeps contacting the hotel and they all are saying that there was never a complaint about the room, which is not true. I'm very disappointed on how you treat your customers.

No carts!!! Only 2 for the whole facility and they allow people to keep them in their rooms overnight!! Why don't they ask for a driver's license that is returned when they return the cart?? They also allow people to park at the entrance for the duration of their stay. Made it tight to load and unload our car. People parking in handicap without sticker. Manager just shrugged. Breakfast was great and room clean.

Ended up here on a single night stay over moving my family belongings to Wichita Kansas. It's about the half way point between Phoenix and home. Know that if you're any trailer or have a larger set up, you can't park next to the hotel in the North parking lot... it's owned by another individual. Breakfast was what I'd expect and was glad I stayed here.

Albuquerque has a certain reputation. So i take extra precautions. This location went above and beyond to make my family and belongings safe. Gated parking lot with an attended. We stayed for the weekend the staff was friendly and accommodating. The whole property was clean and well kept! Put your mind at ease while staying here.

A new modern location located on the west side of Albuquerque. The room was great with Dove bathroom products. Breakfast was well set up, had many options and was well cared for. The only thing I could ding them for is a glitchy TV signal and no bathroom fan. Would definitely consider this location again.

Talk about, above and beyond" Elizabeth has to be most likely, the best guest service person I’ve ever come across. The level of every category was exceptional. That being said, thank you for the best impression ever in the hotel industry for me Elizabeth. My employer has had me traveling often over the last 23 years with several 1000 hotel stays being involved. I've met many guest agents over the years but none with your caliper. Wow 5☆'s + Thank you IHG for having this wonderful person here. Must make IHG my destination more often now.

An excellent place to stay in Albuquerque. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and professional. We visited Albuquerque for the annual International Balloon Fiesta. The hotel is 10 miles from the park, but located just off I-40, it is a quick, easy drive to the balloon fiesta park from the hotel. For us, it was a perfect place to stay.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms.... except for those (urine?) droplets that had dried on the floor near the toilet on my last trip!!! Yuck! Some road noise , but generally acceptable soundproofing. Good breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. Acceptable exercise room. Four Star minus.

Fantastic hotel. Clean and friendly. Staff was extremely helpful. Best hot tub I ever used at a hotel. Solid hot and cold breakfast selection. Highly recommend.

Typically a military discount isn't really a "discount" but this was one of the few experiences I've had with receiving a a discount that was lower than the member rate. That was a bonus for me! Room was clean and the breakfast attendant was a doll! She was letting guests grab food after breakfast was over. When I come back to New Mexico, I will definitely stay here again.

A fine stop. Just did an overnight with my roommate as we headed for Salt Lake City. Zero complaints. Room was great! Cozy. Breakfast in the morning was good. Really no issues at all. A fine stay.

I've slept here two nights so far and it's been the best sleep I've had in years! I need to look into buying their bedding so I can sleep this well at home! And it's quiet. I haven't heard anything in the hallways or the rooms next door. When I checked in, the lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. It's close to pretty much everything. Very clean inside and out. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Albuquerque.

My wife and I have always stayed there since the hotel opened. We stayed last night and the bathroom was dirty .Toilet seat was chipped. Went to exercise in your fitness center and place was dirty and machines were dirty. The price per night went up drastically. The bacon was cold. We will probably be staying in a different Hotel from now on. There is only one chair to seat in your rooms. It’s uncomfortable to sit in bed and watch TV.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this location. The rooms, halls and front lobby each time we stayed. The beds are comfortable. I did struggle a little to sleep as the fire alarm in the room has a bright white flashing light. It startled me enough I checked the hallway at 130am to make sure there weren't alarms going off. I know the adacent area is not the best and the hotel does their best to make me feel secure. The fence and gate make me feel a little better along with roving security. The best part of my stay was Ava at the front desk she was incredibly friendly at the late hour I arrived to check in on a not so great day. This is now my first choice and go to place to stay in ABQ.

Great place to stay for Albuquerque. Third place sits near some commercial (Wal-Mart) and decent homes. Actually has gates the are closed @ 9pm. Differently secure area to stay on way through to your final destination. Only a few fast food places near by but you can deal with that.

Excellent hotel and service. Good breakfast choices - fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and etc.) The surrounded area is a little sketchy (especially, Walmart has multiple arm guards). The hotel has a good fence around it with a good security measures. Good stays though!

Sometimes you need a random night away and this was the best place to crash! I called the night before and Ava booked my room for me, super fast and friendly. Then we got to see her again when we checked in, and when we got back from the show she was so excited that we had a good time! Also thanks for the toothbrush! You have a great team and Ava deserves a raise! Thanks again <3
