We let front desk know our heater didn't work at night they said thermostat is on the wall and that was it. Didn't sleep in all night my kids were frozen maintenance went into room in morning sure enough thermostat was broken and only gave us a 25 dollar discount for my kids freezing. Thought we would do something fun for new years eve not have my kids frozen

My wife liked the bedding. Pool was a good experience. We liked the room. We were next to elevators so we could hear the elevator motors all the time. It did not bother me when I realized what the noise was. American Bistro restaurant was good. I was surprised at the flavors. My wife was impressed. It rivals a typical American dinner.

One of the worst hotels I stayed in. The room wasn't that clean, towels were just thrown together (one even had a foot print on it), and no breakfast. Like cold, loud showers? The faucet squealed and didn't produce hot water. Like not sleeping? Was woken up by a car honking due to the freeway being right there. One of the redeeming qualities is that the indoor pool has a water slide in it. It is closed because them requiring a lifeguard and not having one. One of the biggest things for me is that this is the first Holiday Inn that did not offer me a military rate.

General Manager Michelle was very rude to our kids in the pool. Slide was not working. Did not work because of no life guard. Big sign that says swim at your own risk. No life guard on duty. They swim at there own risk anyways. She tried to tell our kids to keep down the noise and no splashing. Short handed and very rude staff.

For the price I would expect standards to be slightly better than a Motel 6. The room for a lack of a better word was ghetto. The pool was so ridiculously overcrowded, noisy, and no one could swim. The bartender needs to find a new line of work and the shrew of a woman at the front desk definitely does not need to be in the customer service industry. She was incredibly rude, and lacked the ability of empathy or concern. It was so bad leaving and not staying the night was the best option.

Gym has new machines. Nothing to sanitize or wipe your sweat. I told front desk and they said "nobody uses the gym". Satélite tv didn't work reported it and they said they would handle it. I left for 2 hour dinner came back same problem. Water slide in pool not working. Super creaky elevator with buttons missing. Crazy corner location one way in and out next to nude bar.

From the room we were in you could hear Highway noise. Fridge in room would run and make a loud noise throught the night. Towel rack in shower was broken. No continental here, you have to pay for breakfast. $3 for a very small glass of orange juice. Both attendants at front desk were very pleasant.

Beware of falling ants. Was only there one night. Went to use the restroom and there were black ants in the toilet. Then I saw more on the floor. They were literally falling out of the vent in the bathroom. So gross. When I told the front desk they said they'd tell maintenance to check it out. Upon checkout I mentioned the ants again. The front desk clerk said she had to get a manager. She returned and offered a discount on the room. What was more surprising is the manager never made an appearance or an apology.

Area was ok. The pool water looked very dirty. The rooms were clean. Pillows very uncomfortable & no free breakfast. I feel I paid a lot for not getting the complimentary breakfast.

Have to say I've stayed in better low budget hotels that give you more. Company paid for it, but I wouldn't if I had a choice. Toilet backed up and it was not addressed before we had to check out, 4 hours later. Small TV, and no complementary nothing but small coffee in room. No access to hardly anything at this location, Uber or delivery because there was no car rentals available. And too far to walk anywhere.

Had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn. Our group had a very long road trip from several different states. We all met up at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating. Shawn, our bartender that evening, helped us unwind after a long day's trip. Clean rooms, respectful staff and an enjoyable breakfast in the morning. This hotel was everything I've come to expect from a Holiday Inn and more. I'd highly recommend this Holiday Inn to others to stay at.

This place is so noisy that I will never stay here again. The traffic from I-25 feels like it is right outside your window, which it is. Terrible if you want to rest. I asked for a quiet room but I doubt there are any in this hotel. I liked the fitness center and the staff was fine. No free breakfast or even coffee. There are better options in this area. Room was comfortable except for the noise.

Hotel is nice, clean, friendly, with an indoor pool. Sadly, our catalytic converter was stolen right out the parking lot! Parked right in front of the cameras and light but manager said he'll view the camera's but what good does it do if we were not present? If you stay, there park in the front and check your vehicle every 30 mins. Unfortunately, this was our last stay although the hotel is nice.

We called and asked about the pool and water slide and were told it was open. When we arrived we saw the slide was closed and I asked why and mentioned we called. Ryan who was checking us in decided to have rude attitude and just said, “ well I wasn’t here earlier I’m here now.” Wow!! So rude! Then Ryan preceded to interrupt my conversation with my daughter to continue to be rude and give a lecture about lifeguard prices. What the heck!?! I’ve never had an employee interrupt a conversation to continue to be a bitter, rude, and just over all a disrespectful person. It was mind blowing. Even my 11 year old asked why the man was so miserable and rude. The other staff was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay, but Ryan probably shouldn’t do check in’s if he can’t control his emotions.

We were in town for my son's all star tournament. The whole team and families also stayed. All the people at the front desk were rude and not helpful. They do not have complementary breakfast so the coaches bought McDonald's for breakfast. We were told that we were not allowed to use the tables and chairs from the bar or the restauraunt. The only place we were allowed to use was outside in the front. We were also told not to grill outside. If you have a family or a team I would not recommend this hotel. I'm positive other hotels would be much more accommodating for families and teams.

My family my husband and my 2 babies. 1 and 3 years old. We did receive the hotel at a discounted rate using Military of 134 and some change or at least I thought we did. However 2 days later upon going over my bank statements of our hotel stay. I was charge 157.00 AND 57.89. I called and ask the front desk representative to explain my charges. She told me 134 plus tax came out to 157 and the 2nd charge of 57.89 was because there were damages to the room. Damages? Everytime my family stay anywhere we do a walk through. To make sure Damages from previous stays aren't charged against us and are brought to the front desks attention immediately. The only thing we notice was the air conditioner lid. It was broken and just sat on the top of the settings box. We took a pic of that. I explained this to the representative. She said we weren't being charged for the loose lid but for a pee stain on one of the beds. Earlier that morning while my 1 year old slept. His diaper leaked. I was charged for Damages to the room because they had to change the entire bedding which I thought they do after every stay. I could understand if we broke something . But for a diaper leak? That was something we had no control over. So please if you decide to stay here, be mindful about what "damages" could accure during your stay. Especially if you have small children.

This large hotel is easy to get to from the highway but the parking lot is small and not suitable for trailers. Very clean and updated, but you can see some of the wear and tear on the walls. The rooms are not well-lit. The pool is open all the time, but the slide is not. Check with the front desk on slide days. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was great. Definitely make a stop by the bar in the afternoon.

At every point the staff here was amazing! Friendly check in, clean room and good breakfast. The lady that was keeping up the breakfast area was doing such a good job, it was spotless, she was checking temperatures regularly and everything was full. Great stay!

We had a suite with 4 adults. It was nice. The hotel is in a sketchy area. Hard to find entrance without google maps. Warned us about not leaving anything in cars. Didn't like that there is very few entrance side parking spaces. Most were behind it and you had to walk around the building.

Disappointed, the service was okay. It seems there were 2-3 people at the front desk most of the time, and they never acknowledged the guests coming and going. I wasn't offended by it, but it could have made the difference between a great experience or a it's a place to stay. My room was clean, but the iron was not heating up and was luke warm. I don't use hair dryers, but my wife does, and it was broken on the first morning we were there, and she complained all day to me about it. Go figure..... After several visits to the front desk, it was never addressed.
