The
customer
service
and
cleanliness
of
this
hotel
is
the
worst
I’ve
experienced
at
an
IHG
property.
I
booked
my
stay
as
a
Spire
Elite
member;
I’ve
been
staying
at
IHG
properties
since
2014.
The
check-in
experience
took
15
minutes
plus
because
the
clerk
helped
people
out
of
order
and
had
to
leave
the
desk
because
2
people’s
keys
to
their
rooms
weren’t
working.
After
finally
being
helped,
we
get
to
our
room
for
the
key
not
to
work.
When
I
reported
this
to
the
clerk,
he
asked
if
I
planned
on
leaving
at
all
that
night
because
then
he
would
just
let
me
in
and
I
could
stay
there
for
the
night.
I
informed
him
I
would
be
leaving
and
we
needed
a
different
room.
The
second
room
key
also
didn’t
work.
30
minutes
go
by
and
we
heard
nothing
from
the
clerk,
so
I
head
back
down.
I
ask
for
a
new
room
and
an
upgrade.
I
was
told
the
manager
wouldn’t
give
me
a
room
upgrade.
We
got
moved
to
a
different
room.
This
room
was
filthy.
There
was
open
soap,
hair
on
the
bed,
stains
and
crumbs
on
the
counter,
dust,
stains,
and
dirt
on
the
top
of
fridge,
and
stains
on
the
couch.
Now
1.5
hours
later,
we
just
asked
for
new
sheets
(which
they
didn’t
have
the
proper
size
for)
and
went
to
bed.
The
next
morning
we
asked
for
a
new,
clean
room.
Now
on
our
4th
room,
the
key
still
didn’t
work.
For
3/4
days
of
our
stay,
we
had
to
wait
for
the
maintenance
personnel
to
let
us
into
our
room.
No
one
was
apologetic
or
helpful.
The
overall
stay
was
a
joke
with
limited
breakfast
options,
less
than
stellar
cleanliness,
poor
customer
service,
and
it
honestly
felt
like
we
were
being
babysat
having
to
ask
permission
to
get
into
our
room
every
day.
Long
story
short,
there
are
many
hotels
in
the
area,
so
I
recommend
picking
a
different
one.
