This place was a joke! I cannot even for the life of me understand how people would rate this a 4 or 5 star. My family and I have stayed at MANY Staybridge Suites and this place was NOTHING like the others! The floors were filthy, needed new carpet and at the very least to be vacuumed. The couches had stains and rips on them. There were many stains on the walls and even duct tape holding the blackout curtains together. The bathroom tile and grout had mold stains on them. The two things I can say about this place is that the front office staff was nice and that the beds were comfy. After seeing bugs on the ceiling in our room, I wondered if we should even have slept in the beds though. I will never be staying at any of the New Mexico Staybridge Suites again though that’s for sure. Don’t waste the money.

The rooms have always been nice. But this morning I had a but this morning I had a special treat. They had enchiladas for breakfast and boy were they good. Just enough spicy to wake up the taste buds and cheesy gooey so delicious. Thank you Claudia. I hear she is the one who made them. A fabulous addition to what is normally an OK breakfast. As far as the rooms go they're comfortable I love having the kitchen as I usually fly up to Alaska and have to bring my own food so I have stuff for the freezer. The it's a. The beds are comfortable TV choices pretty good. This is my go to place and as long as their rates are within my limit I definitely stay here.

The customer service and cleanliness of this hotel is the worst I’ve experienced at an IHG property. I booked my stay as a Spire Elite member; I’ve been staying at IHG properties since 2014. The check-in experience took 15 minutes plus because the clerk helped people out of order and had to leave the desk because 2 people’s keys to their rooms weren’t working. After finally being helped, we get to our room for the key not to work. When I reported this to the clerk, he asked if I planned on leaving at all that night because then he would just let me in and I could stay there for the night. I informed him I would be leaving and we needed a different room. The second room key also didn’t work. 30 minutes go by and we heard nothing from the clerk, so I head back down. I ask for a new room and an upgrade. I was told the manager wouldn’t give me a room upgrade. We got moved to a different room. This room was filthy. There was open soap, hair on the bed, stains and crumbs on the counter, dust, stains, and dirt on the top of fridge, and stains on the couch. Now 1.5 hours later, we just asked for new sheets (which they didn’t have the proper size for) and went to bed. The next morning we asked for a new, clean room. Now on our 4th room, the key still didn’t work. For 3/4 days of our stay, we had to wait for the maintenance personnel to let us into our room. No one was apologetic or helpful. The overall stay was a joke with limited breakfast options, less than stellar cleanliness, poor customer service, and it honestly felt like we were being babysat having to ask permission to get into our room every day. Long story short, there are many hotels in the area, so I recommend picking a different one.

One of our favorite hotels, we stay at this hotel multiple times a year for long periods of time, the managers and staff are so welcoming, they go above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience , my family feels very safe when we’re here , we loved this hotel before it got remodeled and now it’s even more amazing. They did such a great job. Can’t wait to be back (:

Comfortable stay for 4 nights in a king suite. Perfect room for two people plus a small dog! It really reminded me of our Wyndham timeshares which are modern and clean. It is a safe location as it is tucked away with some other hotels near the airport. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. I will return here. The only downfalls were limited washer and dryers with the two dryers not really working properly. You can also hear other guests talking in their rooms as you walk down the hall. Overall it is very good. There were even warm cookies in the lobby one night as we passed through! Highly recommend.

When I arrived from out of state I was very ill and everyone in the hotel was kind and considerate and checked everyday to see how I was. I got to know all these wonderful people who turned into friends from Sabrina behind the desk who was fantastic, to the cooks and the drivers who took us to the stores and even the hospital, especially Mark and Stephen. The room was great too and I hated to leave. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay.

I stayed here for about 2 months due to a travel assignment and had my two dogs with me towards end of last year. Majority of the staff were super kind and helpful and I can't appreciate the shuttle drivers enough when I had to get a car rental. I booked the 1 bedroom queen suite with a conference table and had a huge living space and my dogs and I were quite comfortable and had a small kitchenette. The majority of my stay was good but I did have incidents where my key cards stopped working and had to try 4-5 times at the desk of going back up and downstairs with my dogs after working nightshift just trying to walk them before going to sleep, before a key finally worked. Apparently if staying for long periods they need to reprogram the key cards for time periods frequently or they will not work. I cleaned the room and space majority of the time because I had housekeeping come once scheduled where I took my dogs out so they didn't have to worry and left a tip. Besides being vacuumed it didn't seem like anything else was done like nothing wiped down or anything. I wish I had not left a tip. Super disappointing so just cleaned myself and would exchange linens. Place was clean when I got there just the in between seemed lacking. If working nights just be aware someone does vacuum in the afternoon almost everyday and does hit your door often while doing so, so if light sleeper will wake you up. The only other thing that occurred was even after I left they had me down for reservation for separate timeframe and ended up charging me and I had to call to have reimbursed due it all supposed to be checked out earlier and shouldn't be reserved for any other times. I had some irritations that happened while there and my last straw to find different housing for last month I was in area for work was due to the keycard incident but overall it was a clean place and welcomed my dogs and me and just did monthly pet fee. A lot of other people stayed there for longer term for work and if working during the day it probably would've been a much better experience when it came to sleeping and such. Also as others mentioned water pressure is lacking. I was on 4th floor and it was lame and breakfast wise was okay. I didn't get it often but would sometimes and they had some warm things and some cold options. On a bright note the freezer has its own ice maker so that was nice and there is a small dishwasher. The kitchenette sink is lacking size wise but does have a garbage disposal and there are two cook tops and pots and pans and basics to live with.

I am am IGH Member and My family and I had a pleasant experience here. There were some issues with our room regarding appliances and electrical, but staff was ready to fix them without issue or attitude. The pool and hot tub area are rather nice and peaceful and they have an outdoor garden-esq area with free cornhole and 3-hole golf(?). Their in-hotel grocery was appropriately priced where as in another local hotel we were heavily over charged for just common items. Overall, we are happy with our stay and will be back 🤗

Honestly i wish i could rate into the negatives . Words can’t describe how unprofessional and rude the staff is . We paid and extreme amount of money, which they charged my card over a day early . To start with the room , the water pressure was low and our water did not get warm . When we would go to the staff for even a extra towel we would get snarky remarks . When it came time to check out , we weren’t able to get late check out prior to someone telling us the night before to tell them in the AM that we could get late check out . COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR STAFF . We have a sick child who has many laid out medical devices and medications she has to take throughout the morning . Due to this event the hotel staff couldn’t even accommodate and wanted us out ASAP . Had the cleaning staff outside our door just waiting for us to leave . Then we proceeded to check out and was told they were accommodating other customers and couldn’t check us out ! RUDEST STAFF IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. -

    1. No one at the front desk. Waited 15 minutes until a woman showed up and acted irritated that I was there. 2. Rooms and Hallways smell like things they shouldn't. 3. Room furnished with busted out thriftstore furniture. 4. Two TVs. Neither worked. Just said "no signal". 5. Two lamps. Neither worked. 6. Thermostat hanging off the wall. 7. No lamp on the work desk. 8. No bar or Restaurant in the hotel. I'm sorry. If I stay at a hotel, I also want access to food and drink. Why open a hotel if you don't include a restaurant? I don't know when hotels changed. But I don't recall ever having experiences like this.

I love Staybridge Suites and this experience happily lived up to my high expectations. Rapid, friendly check-in service; delicious hearty breakfast buffet; well-stocked lobby store; quiet accommodations; pristine hot tub (pool closed for season, I believe); spotless fully functional gym... all the perks I know Staybridge reliably delivers. The only reason I docked one star for this review is that my room was the smallest I've ever gotten in a Staybridge. I didn't realize not every single location offered fully partitioned suites (ie, door-separated sleeping and living areas). This suite, however, had more of a luxury studio apartment feel, as the bed area and the sofa/kitchen/desk area shared the same footprint, along with a single TV. This becomes somewhat difficult when one person is ready to go to bed and the other wants to stay up and watch a movie. But look, the room itself was opulent and well-appointed, with a full size fridge, range, cookware, dishwasher, desk, etc. The bathroom was also rather small, but immaculate. Marble top counters. Plush carpet. I just can't bring myself to complain very much about such a high-end experience. I enthusiastically recommend staying here, as long as you predetermine what room configuration you need and use that to shape your expectations. You won't be disappointed. Unabashed kudo's to the Staybridge near the Albuquerque airport.

Very nice rooms. Would have liked the hot tub to be unlocked but staff was too busy I guess. Also the pull out had no blankets and our room was prebooked.

Hotel was under construction, but the rooms are wonderful. Comfy beds and AC runs like a champ. Dove products are used, which is great for the dry climate. The workout room was extremely hot the first day, but the temperature got adjusted and was perfect the next day. It is right next to the airport and interstate. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice size suites that were very comfortable. Good size kitchen with fridge, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher. Had a real coffee pot which was a big plus. Pretty good hot breakfast options with fresh fruit and a waffle maker. Outdoor pool was closed the first week of November but the hot tub was open for business. Most of the guest clientele seemed to be travelling construction workers on assignment. One elevator was out of order for most of our visit so one elevator made it tough. The staff at the front desk seemed to spend quite a bit of time away from the desk as we tried to call down twice and got no answer and then couldn't find anyone when we tried in person. Close enough to I-25 that you got a little bit of freeway noise early in the morning.

At check-in, we were told that the breakfast area was under construction. It's not a problem since we planned to have meals in town. The king suite room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and had extra pillows of different thicknesses to choose from. The bathrooms were clean but were showing signs of age. The grout is missing from some of the tile, which is causing the walls to swell. I was told that they plan to renovate rooms soon.
