Nice rooms with good service. It has an indoor pool and gym. Plenty of parking and our car was safe. Room was clean with free breakfast. Price could have been better. Doors slam a bit when opened and close. Nice roomy lobby and right by the airport. Felt safe.

New very clean and modern hotel! Very nice room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. 5 people staying in room. When I as an early bird wanted to get up and take a shower, discovered that the shower and toilet room light switch ALSO CONTROLS THE SINK LIGHT IN THE ROOM! How can I turn the light on without waking up the others still sleeping???????????

This hotel has seen better days. The elevators smelled of weed and the hallways to get to your room are just dirty. Once I got to my room I noticed there was a wad of hair on the wall of the shower which just made me question the cleanliness of the hotel. Only good thing about it is the beds are extremely comfortable and it's right next to the airport.

The location of this hotel is good, almost as good as the Homewood which has been at the airport for years. The biggest issue I had with the room is that the bathroom light switch also turns on a very bright light in the sink area near the bed, so you can't get up to pee, or catch an early flight, without disturbing companions. I was also disappointed that they didn't use the online check-in on the Hilton app. I checked in late morning and requested a digital key, planning to hike all day and then go straight to the shower, but it stayed in "room being prepared" and I never got the digital key. So I had to go to the front desk all sweaty and dusty to check in, and the rather disdainful person (I mean, we were pretty sweaty and dusty) gave me a different room without mentioning the one I selected on the app, so it was clear he'd given that room away and that's why I didn't get the digital key I was waiting for. Since I was at the desk anyway, I asked if we could get our water bottles (as silver members), and he said no, at this location, only gold and diamond members get water. First time that's happened to me. Anyway, we grabbed some decaf in the lobby on the way up to the room, and it was stone cold, so it served the purpose 😄. Anyway, these annoyances were very minor, and maybe they'll find their feet soon enough, but in the meantime, it's enough to send me back to the Homewood which is a bit closer to the airport on the same street.

Hand bar on shower needs tightened. Vent cover could use cleaned. Table/desk across room needed washed off. Nice and large rooms. Would stay again if passing through.

We went to as a stay cation for our grandchildren to go swimming. Breakfast was very limited which the grandkids were not happy about and something they wereooking forward to. Overall, we won't be going back there. I'm not a complainer, but I was so disappointed in this Hampton Inn.

My husband and kids stayed here for one night. Lady at the front desk was very welcoming. Check in was very quick. Our room was right by the pool and side entrance. I thought it would be noisy in that area of the hallway but we didn’t hear a peep. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. Although the pool was crowded and looked a little too dirty our kids enjoyed their time. We were in rush for the morning so we didn’t get a chance to checkout the breakfast. Overall this place is great. Easy access to i-25 as well. We always try to choose Hampton Inn wherever our destination is. We’ll be staying here again.

We bought a suite, took out the futon and it was covered in urine. It stank up the whole room and the receptionist at the front offered pads so we could still sleep on the piss covered futon. There was also food still on the floor. we had to ask to be moved as the room was disgusting. barely felt like a suite.

Check-in went smoothly. Pool and jacuzzi were working, seemed clean and open til 11pm. Despite what looked like a newish remodel, people that come here are not very respectful. Walls looked like someone just dragged their keys across them in hallways. Room was in better shape. Gym looked nice and open til midnight. Didn't use. Jacuzzi was hot and jets massaging. In room, bathtub didn't hold water, drain stopper didn't work. Very disappointing as I really needed a soak driving 2000 miles across country. This place was okay. Nothing special. Too expensive for not even being able to take a bath.

I experienced extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Hilton property to date. First and foremost, the overall atmosphere of the hotel gave off a dirty, cut-rate vibe. The maintenance of the property was clearly lacking, as evidenced by the unkempt appearance and general lack of cleanliness throughout. It is disheartening to see such a renowned hotel chain allow one of their properties to fall into such a sorry state. Furthermore, my encounter with the front desk host only added to my dissatisfaction. Not only did this individual have long, dirty fingernails that were clearly unkept, but their level of professionalism and willingness to assist guests was severely lacking. It left me feeling frustrated and unsupported during my stay. As a loyal customer of Hilton, I expected so much more from this particular establishment. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in quality and service.

4 stars? I beg to differ. The price was great, but I guess you get what you paid for. The room looked like they cleaned it in a rush right before I arrived. The pillows and towels were in disarray, the refrigerator didn't work, and the window blinds didn't close. I didn't realize the phone was filthy until I picked it up to call the front desk about the other issues. I was given another room and because I changed rooms in the middle of the night I didn't notice the bathroom light didn't work and there wasn't a bath mat or shower curtain in the bathroom until the following day. Unfortunately, I was in a morning rush and couldn't inform the front desk of the bathroom situation until I got ready for the day. I had to use the majority of the towels to wipe up the floor after my shower. The front desk person assured me everything would be taken care of by the time I came back. I know someone made an attempt to fix the light because there were broken glass and pieces of wire left behind on the floor and around the sink, still no light though. I decided last minute to extend my stay in Albuquerque one more day but I checked out bright and early the following morning and went elsewhere.

Very clean, comfortable beds , hallways clean, the only thing that was off a little was the smell in the elevator. Breakfast was good lots to choose from and it was tasty. Pool and gym really nice. Wonderful friendly staff.

Front desk night manager picked us up from the airport when we arrived later than expected and rental car desk was closed. Room and bed were clean, modern and a treat after our long day. Superb experience!

Very clean room. Room was amazing and was above expectation for price. Friendly accommodating staff; my requested room was not ready/available at my time of check-in – however, the front desk staff were quickly able to find a reasonable solution. I’ve been staying at Hampton Inn properties on and off for nearly 15 years, this property was very easily top 3. The outside was clean, zero trash or debris anywhere. The breakfast was typical Hampton breakfast, but filling. The pumpkin-spice waffles were a perfect touch to the current season – well played! The potatoes were a little disappointing though; undercooked and cool – not cold, but cool. The hot tub was amazing – but the pool room could have used a once over on cleaning and towel stocking. Overall, great stay, we will be back! Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she was the housekeeper on the 4th floor at our approximate 5pm check-in. You could tell she was definitely tired, but she still managed to smile and greet us; and you could tell she was doing an amazing job and was very thorough in her duties. One of the cleanest hotels and rooms I’ve stayed in.

Thomas, the shuttle driver for the hotel was awesome and went above and beyond for my friends and I. He ran us to and from the airport multiple times with our luggage and made sure that we were well taken care of. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends in the future. 10 out of 10 experience, they took the stress out traveling for us

Nice hotel. We had a suite and it beautifully decorated and spacious. Great place to stay, especially when heading south because you miss all the Albuquerque traffic in the morning. It would have been a little hard to find without navigation. Good complimentary breakfast selection. The only complaint is they need to teach the man at the desk to smile and be friendly.

Another win for Hampton Inn! We're moving a family member and have a U-Haul trailer in tow. Finding easy access parking is a challenge at times but this location has that covered. While there is no space in the parking lot for our combo, the street out front was perfect for the task. It's on a dead end street so through traffic was not a concern. Conveniently, I found a spot visible from our room. The room itself was great. 2 queen beds were very comfortable and allowed a good night's sleep for everyone. There was enough room to let us spread our stuff out and be comfortable during our early afternoon arrival and not too early departure. My only observation is that the entrance door on the East side of the building had a sign saying that it was locked at all times. It was open every time we went out to walk the dog. Maybe it's locked at night but, during the day and early evening, it was not. Breakfast was good and the dining area was spacious and well maintained.

The hotel manager suggested I edit my review because apparently corporate dings them for the number regardless of the text of the review--now it's all 5 stars. The canned response posted by Hilton (which they didn't even proofread) shows they really don't bother to read the text, but I hope humans reading this will understand and, like me, avoid Hilton to avoid frustration. Original review: The place was great, but the Hilton Honors program they urge you to use is annoying and frustrating. By about the third time you've entered your 10-digit username trying to get in, you're ready to throw your phone against the wall. When you do get in, you find the whole thing was worthless because you booked through a third party agency. Forget it, Hilton.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Very convenient location to car rental and airport. The breakfast is similar to other Hilton locations, with eggs, sausage, waffles/pancakes, toast, cereal, oatmeal, potatoes and beverages. Good value!

We stayed at this one during the ballon festival and it was already overpriced but the fact that we paid so much with no air in our room was not acceptable. I wanted cleans towels and washcloths since they don’t come in daily and the maid didn’t understand a word that I was saying. So, I just grabbed what I needed off of the cart. I have been a Hiltons loyal customer for over 15 years now and I doubt that I would ever stay in a Hilton again. They also allow animals now and don’t have specific rooms that they assign so I will take my business elsewhere.

What a wonderful place to stay! The room and the common areas were SO clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. We didn’t expect to stay in the area for long but kept extending our stay day by day because we found there was so much to do in the area. We had a lot of contact with the front desk staff as they had to repeatedly check us in. They made it easy and seamless and were very friendly. Special thanks to Berenice and Danielle who really went above and beyond with friendly faces and words and often just seeing our names and taking care of the pre assignment for us so we could stay in the same room. It was lovely chatting with them each day. I also really appreciated that there was security actively patrolling the parking lot as we were there. All the staff at this hotel seem to be very on top of their work while not being obtrusive about it. They really seem to be so invested with serving the guests. The location was great for getting on and off the major highways to get on and out of and around town as well.
