Dolores is the best hotel worker I've ever seen, she goes out of the way to make everyone feel welcome and as close to home as possible. The care they put into the breakfast every morning, it is so impressive. The hotel is kept extremely clean and refreshed constantly. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!

As someone who spends the majority of my year on the road (upwards of 17 nights a month) I normally use Hilton properties, but this fantastic hotel has converted me to Marriott! Not only is the location ideal, and the accommodations well kept, but the staff makes all the difference! Between Dolores who obviously gives the place an expert touch and the fantastic management staff that Charlene and Cheyenne have perfected and then the maintenance / engineering guys Tom and Tim always making themselves available and then Cameron being a fantastic face for the team I am lucky to have been here for the last few months. Denise greets me every morning at breakfast, and I can't even begin to name all of the housekeeping staff that have made this rough stretch of my life away from home so much better than I expected! You would be lucky to stay here, and I know that they always stay pretty booked with guests, but the cool part is seeing the fact that this team makes all the difference for their guests! I'm glad to be one of their visitors and I'm going to make this my primary plan for all future visits to Albuquerque.

Great staff, very comfortable rooms and a great location combined to make this TownePlace Suites an excellent choice for travelers. The hotel is very quiet. 🤫 I never once heard another guest. The rooms are well laid out with lots of closet space. It's great that newer hotels are moving away from putting carpeting into rooms and instead putting in laminate flooring. Much easier to keep clean and disinfect between guests. Very comfy beds here made for a very restful nights sleep. Lots of dining and entertainment choices close by this hotel.

A great place to stay! We were on the road about 14 hours and this was an oasis in the desert! It was clean, pet-friendly, and the employees were so nice. The hotel was surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and the neighborhood was nice, too. I didn't love having to go all the way downstairs for ice but I survived. I noticed the parking lot was well-lit when we parked but I woke up around 3 or 4 in the morning and it seemed the lights where we parked had gone out. The room was super-clean and a good size. The bed was a little firm but maybe that's because the hotel seems pretty new. It was a great start to a long vacation.

Location great! Close to a bunch of restaurants and right by the freeway! Breakfast was nothing like the other Marriotts I've been to. That was the only disappointment.

Price for one night was over $200 but I didn't book in advance so it is what it is. Room was clean, had a good supply of toiletries but it had more than we needed, kitchenette, etc. Tv was small and older but at least you could access Netflix, other hotels did not offer this feature. Would be a great room for a longer stay. Staff was very nice and accommodating when we requested a room near the exit. Only real complaint was the bed was very springy, we were on our last night of a 2 week roadtrip so I've come to appreciate the more comfortable hotel beds and this was not one of them unfortunately. Breakfast had far less choices than other hotels we'd stayed at. No water cooler in the lobby to fill up my hydro flask...again just comparing to the Wyndam and Choice Hotel Chains we stayed at. I was surprised Radisson was not comparable in the breakfast. Pool was outside and no jacuzzi. This is not a negative review, just factual.

Excellent stay. The breakfast was a good one with plenty to eat and drink. The staff was super friendly and I was taken care of very well. Breakfast: waffle maker, eggs, bacon. Yogurt. Pastries. Fruit. Coffee, fruit juice, milks. Room: 3/4 refrigerator not a mini one like most hotels. Stove top. Large microwave, full sink. Dishes supplied. Laundry baskets provided. Large closet.

I was very impressed with my recent stay at this hotel they have everything and amazing customer service. List of Amenities :Hote Breakfast eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, oatmeal etc., They have brownies, you can borrow board games and cards including monopoly, they have a small convince store, Gym, BBQ grill, Pool, if you need a mixer or other small appliance, they have that too. The lobby has a huge map of Albuquerque and the front desk staff will work hard to accommodate any other requests such as extra sheets, pillows, toiletries etc.. They even have a fireplace outdoor patio in the front. The hotel is located near everything there are about 6 Restaurants and even some additional shopping within 1 to 3 blocks. In your room it’s a mini apartment we had a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, sink, dishes, trashcan under the sink and coffee maker. It really is a small apartment. Tons of storage space and great water pressure in the showers. The couch has a pull-out bed (It does block the walkway once pulled out but it is very comfortable as is the regular beds. Only during balloon Fiesta in October, they offer bag breakfast at 4am which is convenient for the early sessions. I was very impressed and would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and I will 100% be back in the future. Friendly staff, however, there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the attached shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. The freeway in front of the hotel seems to be a raceway (loud) throughout most of the night.

As a member of Bonvoy for many years, this was far the worst experience. Our company made our reservations and the clerk kept telling us the room was not paid for and that I need payment. We tried to explain the situation but VICTORIA was getting upset. She gave us attitude as we made first contact with her. And this morning as we checked out my husband tried saying "Good morning" to the new clerk on duty and again she gave us attitude. Her name was KALIANNA. We have always stayed at this hotel when in town and have never been treated so rude. I would not even give them one star because these ladies do not deserve it!

We arrived only a few minutes after check-in after driving 23 hours. No one was at the desk. Our 2 rooms weren't ready and the cleaning staff were not happy about needing to clean them. We could clearly heat the conversation via walkie talkies. 1 hour later we checked in again only to find that the rooms still weren't ready and only then offered us different rooms that were ready. Not at all what I consider to come from a Marriott property. This was my worst experience.

Bed was very firm\hard. Was thankful we only stayed one night. Heard every step and flush in the room above us. Kitchenette was well stocked. Many good restaurant options within walking distance!

Be sure you have the Marriott app so you can check your reservation before it is too late to cancel! They changed our room type and room rate on our reservation. We have stayed here a bunch of times and have always really loved it, but recently reserved six nights here in a room with two beds (and our confirmation email says two beds) but when I checked the app today it showed they had changed our room type and room rate to a different one with only one bed. We immediately cancelled but are now very wary of this hotel. I’ve had Marriott alter my room type but only as an upgrade with the same number of beds. I’m assuming they thought it was fine because the reservation is for two people, but not all two person reservations are for couples.

The hotel was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The service was fantastic. The only issue was the breakfast. Everything for breakfast was premade, in plastic, and not super healthy. I would have preferred the Marriott oatmeal. The breakfast could have been because it was Saturday morning and the hotel wasn't very full.

The two sweet girls that worked at the front desk during my stay were absolutely amazing and so kind! That made this hotel perfect for me♥️ The only thing I would change is the tvs in the room lol they are super slow and very outdated but not a huge deal!

Great place for seeing sights on the north side of town. Great breakfast with both hot and cold items. Staff are friendly & professional. Dining options available within walking distance.

Location is great. Service is decent. Breakfast is all packaged. They are still not serving real breakfast. Don't know if they ever will again. I'm sure it's cheaper to serve this nasty stuff. Other hotels as well as marriot hotels, serve better breakfast. Just not Townplace. Beds sleep OK. Your back will hurt in the morning. Overall, ok experience. I would go back because you can cook your own food on the stove which we did.

Got there at 420pm was told our room was not ready and to come back later; we just finished a 5hr drive, we were tired, hungry and wanted to freshen up prior to going to eat somewhere, I mentioned this to the clerk (which had her boyfriend hanging out, literately stood next to us while we gave our personal information) and she said let me upgrade you, are you a member...I replied NO, so she registered us-then said "it won't let me upgrade you, can you come back?" We left and came back 4 hrs later, again tired, and still boyfriend was hanging out, we checked in and the toilet didn't work my husband fixed it, we plugged in our phones in the lamp plug in by the beds, mine, the left side fell out, on the right side the unit shocked my husband. The bed was hard, lumpy, and seriously uncomfortable the down pillows were flat and useless. Since we were beyond tired at this point we just went to sleep only to be woken at 615am with fire alarms going off, I called front desk they said everything is fine, however went off 3 more times, at that point we just got up to go to breakfast which was OK, the sausage biscuit was good and the heat as you need food was just OK, however the trash was overflowing I mentioned to a staff member she got someone else to empty the cans but they did not put a bag in the can, again I had to mention to a staff member. The elevator made loud noises and I just used the stairs, met another couple, elderly, and they mentioned the elevator as well, again used the stairs. There are some great restaurants near by as well as Top Golf, but I would NEVER stay at this place again. Needs to be updated with beds, needs work in the rooms, electrical and plumbing, staff seems lazy and uninterested in working there.

This hotel and the employees here are outstanding. I travel for work and i usally have to be away from home about 10 months out of the year. They make me feel right at home, always go out of there way to help and accommodate. Will not stay anywhere else. I would like to say Thank you to the Staff, maintenance and to Management.

Stayed with my husband while he was here for work; 5 months total. Being away from home for that long can start to way on a person. Thanks to Denise the breakfast hostess, Delores the head of housekeeping, Anna in the laundry room, and Tom head of maintenance for their smiles and friendly attitude. They made a long stay feel like home.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Easy access to freeways. Staff were pleasant and extremely helpful when I needed to print a presentation I was giving at a conference. I liked the kitchenette and the set up of the room. I would stay here again.

Hotel manager upgraded my room to a suite due to an issue with our room and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. Great workout facility. Awesome breakfast that was included with the room. The location of the hotel was conveniently located by the interstate.

The rooms are very nice. Large kitchenette and clean restroom. Very friendly staff and the hotel is located in a convenient part of the city. I do feel they need to upgrade the bed. I like a firm mattress, but the one in the room we stayed in was too hard due to no box spring support.
