The service that provides shelter for many homeless families and children here, has an employee named “Ben”. Ben constantly berates the adult women and men who stay, clearly showing off biased hate towards the current homeless. He constantly talks about his fellow coworkers negatively and tends to make negative comments about residents too. He makes us feel as though they’re less than him. He likes to pick on the women especially, and he won’t let them smoke outside near the ashtray. He’s quite the character, but other than him, the program helping the homeless here, is wonderful.

This business deserves a huge shout out. This small business owner and his family have made there business a home for hundreds of at risk and homeless family's here. We love you guys and thank you for opening your doors to our family during our time of need!

My 2 small kids and I became homeless during the Covid and we got in to stay for a months, Well alone arriving with our baggage the staff told me to leave it up front with them and they will watch it while they took me into the dining area around a wall to fill out paper work. When I was done I went up to the room with my kids to get unpacked and noticed a bag missing with important papers and Social Security cards and they claimed they didn't have it then said they noticed a man around my cart but did nothing. Then about a month later I went to work my kids to daycare and came back to my laptop I just paid off brand new damaged underneath had dents in several spots to which it was not like that when I left that morning. Went down to the front desk raising hell of who went in my room and broke my laptop and the manager said no one was in my room that nobody had the keys but him. Well there is 4 people that also work there as well that has the keys because everyone had to sign a paper stating that we signed the paper to give them access to go in our rooms when we are not there due to drugs, etc... so I demanded someone was going to pay for my laptop and I filed a police report that never went anywhere. So they have stole my bag and broke the motherboard on my laptop and nothing is done. Oh and they have absolutely no security cameras on any floor . My son had said a man had let him in our room while I was outside and it was not a employee. He had a key card and walked right in my son told me. And again told staff and he said again no one has a key but him. All the staff is shady and liars. If and another thing plenty of people that stay there will tell you the place is haunted. I stayed on the 4th floor to the left of the hallway all the way down 2nd door to the end and I along with my 2 kids have been attacked by demons, had proof on video and pictures showed staff and they said no such thing that I was on drugs. Along with the other people have said there room was haunted. My kids are 7 and 5 they both came crying to me saying they didn't want to be there. Again I told staff and I asked to be switch to different rooms he said no switching rooms we either stay in that room or leave my choice. This place is ran by crooks and liars and staff that pretend to care. Do not give them business at all you will be sorry.

This hotel is HORRIBLE!! They are bias against single white mothers and if you even watch someone else's kids there you will get kicked out. They call CPS on everyone who's not on drugs and allows men to beat their women and don't do anything about it. Your better off sleeping on the streets with your kids then staying here!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place!!!! I give them a -10⭐and a call to the BBB!! I haven't stayed here but I've had 3 different families I helped get in here and they all said the same thing!!!

Our first time staying here and it was very pleasant. I liked the noon check out, allowed us to relax & chill for a bit. Breakfast was good even though we went down late, we still got to eat. Me and my husband had a very good sleep and we were rested.

It's good for the price. We have stayed there twice now, and the only complaint is would have is the breakfast could have been better the second time around. They used to make their eggs scrambled, now it seems they use powdered egg mixture. However, the rooms have always been clean and spacious. They are also pet friendly with a small fee ($25 per pet). There is also a 7-11 right across the parking lot.

Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Not elegant or up to date but clean and reasonably priced. One of the better free breakfasts we've had with decent hot food. One downside, wifi is pretty spotty and slow.

Very caring and kind staff. Clean and spacious rooms with in a great location. So we had made reservations at a "bigger" hotel with more amenities in a different part of town and asked a full refund upon checking into our rooms. Then we spent about three hours looking for another place to stay. We got lucky finding this hotel and even luckier that Gabby (spelling) was working the front desk. She took the time to listen to our situation and help us with such authentic kindness and made us feel right at home. The hotel doesn't have an indoor pool but what it does have is a tasty hot breakfast, super clean and comfortable rooms, and a safe family environment that is second to none. I truly think with a bit of modernizing the lobby this hotel could and should beat out the competitors next door. MOST importantly is the kind and smiling staff. Such a warm environment I can't compliment their attitudes enough. Also so convenient to most of what we did as a family in Albuquerque. The Biopark, The Main Event, Nob Hill, and Route 66 drive. We also traveled to Santa Fe on one day of our stay. I hope the franchisee knows what a great staff they have!!!

So far, so good. The room is clean and the tv works well. Its an adequate location for a hotel that still allows smoking in your room.. Staff seems pretty nice too. So, we will see how the rest of the stay goes and then we will provide a better, more fair review....

Very nice room. Would have given 5 stars but there are issues. The plum king doesn't work well. There are lots of panhandlers off the streets here. Room is very clean, very quiet and very affordable. Makes it a great deal. I'd stay here many .ore times. Oh.....has a very nice clean pool.

Getting tattered around the edges. Noisy area with lots of traffic, and late night hotrodding, on Gibson Blvd. Seems to be lots of police activity in the area, too. Be careful .. saw several used hypodermic needles in the parking lot.

What a great experience!!! Rooms are big and newly renovated!!!

Great place to stay, I stayed here with my son August 6-7th, 2013. Most courteous and caring staff. We flew in from NH, arrived at 11pm. Had problem at airport with rental car which would not resolve until the next day., The shuttle service picked me up within 3 minutes. The shuttle driver, was great. He went above and beyond. The room was clean, no smell of cigarette smoke anywhere in the building. Breakfast was warm, good, and provided several options. The pool was clean and beautiful. Grounds well maintained. The front desk workers were resourceful for this traveler. I will definitely stay again.
