Checked
into
a
room
without
working
sink,
toilet,
nor
shower.
Moved
to
a
second
room
where
the
sink
and
toilet
worked,
but
the
shower
didn't.
No
shower
on
a
road
trip
in
100º+F
temperatures.
The
bathroom
smelled
like
dirty
diapers.
No
other
rooms
were
available
and
every
other
hotel
I
called
was
booked.
Checked
out
at
1am
but
no
one
was
at
the
front
desk.
Was
repeatedly
told
that
the
manager
would
call
me
at
some
point
to
discuss
the
stay
and
make
compensation
for
the
terrible
conditions
but
no
one
ever
did.
When
I
would
call
back
periodically
over
the
following
few
weeks,
I
was
hung
up
on
or
told
the
manager
would
call
me
back.
No
one
ever
did.
Second
worst
hotel
stay
in
my
life.
Horrible.
Avoid
this
hotel.
EDIT:
Disingenuous
reply
from
the
owner.
Meaningless
tripe
words
about
preventing
a
future
occurrence--this
hotel's
front
desk
hung
up
on
me
or
promised
a
return
phone
call

times
to
discuss
this
issue.
They
have
fought
my
bank's
attempt
to
get
a
refund
for
the
unsanitary,
disgusting
room
I
stayed
in
for
a
handful
of
hours.
Good
customer
service--hell,
decent
human
response--would
have
been
to
deal
with
this
issue
first-hand.
But
this
hotel
has
chosen
not
to
do
more
than
offer
platitudes
in
written
tripe.
Refund
my
past
stay.
Or
else
all
you
are
doing
to
attempting
to
salvage
your
public
perception
to
hide
from
decency
and
responsibilty.
