Manager very nice. Very helpful. Floor in our room was dirty. Took a shower, walked over to the bed, and the bottom of my feet were brown. I told the check out clerk. She said, yes we need to add weather stripping. I said, Yes, you do. Other than that, room was nice.

Not recommended. I don't have high expectations and have stayed at some questionable places, didn't stay here. First set of keys didn't work. Second room number 1 hadn't been cleaned and there appeared to be fleas in the bathroom. Second room number 2 smelled like smoke, the sheets were grey in color and the bed cover had a half dozen holes (perhaps from smoking). There appeared to be open drug use happening in front of the hotel. The over all grounds were dirty. I really didn't feel it was a safe place to leave our car. The lady at the front desk was nice and tried, but after the 2nd set of rooms were just nasty, we left.

Not recomended! This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The key to the first room opened to a room already occupied by someone. Their hat and shoes were on the bed and money on the nightstand. The second room smelled terrible. The third room had a large puddle near the door. They cleaned the puddle up. The towels that they brought had dark stains on them. The bedspreads had holes from cigarette burns in them. The microwave was broken, and the back of the TV remote was missing. My son went out for a walk but quickly returned when he felt uncomfortable with the neighborhood. The only good thing was that the toilet flushed.

God bless this hotel! My husband and I, and our 5-year-old, were having such a hard time finding a place in Albuquerque to stay after midnight that would cost less than $100, and oh boy, we were exhausted after a long drive from across the states. Other motels looked either unsafe or suspicious, or didn’t have any rooms available at 2 a.m., or were out of our budget. My husband found this gem online and it literally felt like a miracle - they had a parking spot in front of the hotel for the trailer we had with us, and we were greeted by the most welcoming manager, the room was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and we were able to get much-needed rest. It’s been about two or three weeks since our stay, but my heart is still full of gratefulness for that night. Thank you so much for your kindness and simply being there for us in the middle of the night.

By far! The worst room we’ve ever stayed in!!!!! Disgusting!!!! 1 dirty towel, Hair and debris in bathroom sink, tub not cleaned. Punched hole in wall, burn holes in all bedding. Cigarette ashes on nightstand- super obvious this room wasn’t cleaned. Sheets are dirty. We were told we couldn’t get our money back otherwise we’d be gone!!! I took pictures and would love to show to anyone that cares. I’m sleeping on top of my beach towel and using my own blanket and pillows- you should be ashamed! I have lots of friends and family that travel this route and they will be warned

Stayed here because we couldn't find another hotel with vacancies. Have stayed before and our last stay was not terrible. This time, paid for the room then drove to park near the room. Maybe 60 feet away from the office. When we parked, the same clerk was in the room and leaving because he thought we'd need more washcloths (weird, right?). There was a drug deal being done next to the room. The sheets actually had dirt/sand and hair in them. Husband took the only 2 pillows to the office because they looked like they looked like they had "snail slime" or bodily fluid on them. Clerk was not in the office. No one answered when we tried to call the office from the room phone. The room smelt like stale cigarette ashtrays. Generally the location is perfect for is because we shop at Sprouts and head home. Husband told the morning clerk about it but he didn't seem to really care. There were also old crusty mattresses under the stairs. Glad we had our own covers to sleep on.

Bring your own blankets and pillows, do not travel alone or at night. Don’t bother ordering for delivery. Most places have a DO NOT DELIVER to this location note. Cheap price (you get what you pay for) otherwise lovely view of the mountains. Decent front desk members.

Two nights with no water. The response from owner is noted. Unfortunately it’s too little to late now. I hope and pray that nobody else will have to endure this. This is frankly unsanitary and unhealthy. There is absolutely no excuse to the treatment I have received. I’m not a fanatical reviewer by any means but this is unprecedented.

Stayed at 13211 central ave NE, Albuquerque During the balloon fest for 2 nights - the room was HORRIBLE - the minute we walked in the room it was dirty and RESTROOM Was clearly leaking because they had a ladder with a bucket to catch water…. (They have3 floors and we were on the 1st floor) immediately went to front desk and the male owner was not very nice came across rude but we were trying to be very understanding with the situation… he made a big deal that we were not suppose to checkin until 3pm but prior to checkin the lady at the front desk was very nice and had told us the checkin time had changed to 2pm…. Advised them we would be back - went to fest got rained on , then get back to motel same dirty room & wet & dirty restroom - had to clean it ourselves…. Then the 2nd night we get back from fest - water is pouring profusely through the light socket in the restroom (again we’re on the 1st floor of 3 floors). The night clerk was busy dealing with several other issues, he gave a couple towels to clean it up ourselves, we ask to speak owners that night ( they did arrive in person) & they seemed to be apologetic but they never offered or gave any kind of discount - they just blamed it on the people staying above us…. I will NEVER stay here in the future and possibly any place called Econo lodge…. This is an honest review and I have videos as proof.

To begin, the area is not safe. The room I was in was dirty, I had to buy Lysol and clorox wipes to wipe down all surfaces (pictures attached). There were roaches and I started having flu symptoms the next day.

The stay was great. The events that occurred afterwards were not. We checked in very late on June 11th, road tripping very long distances with 2 young kids. There was a man at the counter with a young girl which I assumed was his daughter and apparently I had spoken to her on the phone to confirm my reservation. She couldn't have been older than 12. All good and fine. We checked out the next morning early. Monday morning I realized my ID had not been returned after a copy was made by the father/daughter checking us in. I called right away, verified the information requested and sure enough, my ID is there at the desk. I gave them the address of where I would be as again, we're traveling a far distance from home and I absolutely need my Driver's license back. End of the week, nothing. It is now a week and a half later. I have called 3 times since last Friday, left my number requesting the manager or whomever I spoke with that said they were mailing my DL to call me as it has not arrived. I understand things happen and have been incredibly patient but this is ridiculous. I am going to ultimately have to report my DL now as stolen and order a replacement. Again, hotel stay was great but it would be wonderful if someone could let me know when it was mailed or AT LEAST the Manager call me back. Very unprofessional all around.

We were staying here to save some money during the balloon fiesta, we would have been better off paying more or sleeping in the car. The front desk staff were not helpful at all first they cancelled our reservation which we had made nearly a month ago because we didn’t check in by 4. Since they cancelled our reservation they gave us a new reservation that was almost $100 more than our original reservation. The beds were super uncomfortable and the floor had some sticky substance. The first morning while my mom was brushing her teeth a heavy mirror behind her just fell. The same rude woman at the desk didn’t seem too worried about it but said she would talk to the manager. We asked if we could leave and not be charged for the additional nights and she said she didn’t know but she’d ask the manager and call me to let me know. I never received a call I went in the office to speak to the manager who was nice but mostly complained about not being able to keep staff and having to work extra to make up for lazy workers. We showed the manager the mirror and he said in his 10 years that never happened, which made my mom feel like he thought we did it. At this time our key stopped working, they tried many different keys and the manager said the battery must be out so we would just have to go to the office to have someone let us in. When we got back to the motel after getting dinner the woman we had originally spoke to basically said we were checking out in the morning or we would have to do another reservation so we left. No more trying to save money in dumps like this one.

It has cockroaches and bed bugs. I only stayed in my room for 5 minutes. I set my luggage down on the bed after entering the room and then looked around. Right away I saw the cockroaches and took pictures and video of them (see attached). I saw the bed bugs on my luggage later on after I had left. I had also asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled heavily like cigarettes and the blankets had cigarette holes on them (see attached). The fridge had what looked like urine in it (see attached). To top it all off, staff was very rude and the owner gave me a hard time about giving me a refund. He tried saying that the cockroaches were just "summer bugs" until I showed him a photo zoomed in on one of the cockroaches. And then he kept asking me why didnt I just ask for another room. Over and over he asked that, as I tried to explain that bugs arent a single room problem. He only agreed to a refund after I started to record the conversation. I was extremely tired after driving 16 hours and ended up sleeping at a Walmart parking lot after dealing with all this. What a nightmare!

Location: Don't stay here if u don't have to! People around the entrance were up all hours of the night asking for a room or money, if you do have to do not stay on the bottom floor. Service: The worst part was the night attendant was so rude! We arrived late and just wanted our room but he took forever because he had to finish eating, and was in no hurry to get up and move for our room key afterwards. He provided no help at all and made it seem like he was doing us a huge favor instead of his job.

Don’t stay here if you want to keep your vehicle and/or belongings. When the county sheriff rolls through multiple times and strongly advises you to not stay here… You should listen! We certainly did! Drug deals in the parking lot. Pretty sure the night manager/owner are turning a blind eye to the staggering amount of crime going on in and around the property. Transients/Homeless in the closed down Awful House and surrounding areas …A/C unit leaking water on floor, mold/Stains on sheets… Just keep driving!

First greeted with the smell of BO and slapped in the face with some kind of cheap air freshener. The breakfast is good if you want a granola bar, due to that being the only thing on the counter. The room did seem to be freshly changed and it is conveniently located off the interstate. I don't know why Google mentions a hot tub or resteraunt because that dosnt exist.

Very poor experience considering the price. Not economic. I was pleasantly surprised that they answered the phone in the very early morning and allowed for early check-in (with a fee). However when I arrived it took quite a while to check in. Sketchy vibes, and someone had clearly used one of the 3 staircases (no elevator) as a toilet. Room cleanliness was decent, could've been better. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, all carbs and sugar, no protein or fruit besides very underripe bananas. The bathtub's stopper was half-broken. The stopper for the sink was completely missing, I asked in person at front desk about this twice but it was never addressed.

The owner DJ goes out of his way to help u be able to keep your room. He gave me the opportunity to pay the bill for the day in increments, allowing me to keep a roof over my head for the last 2 months! The rooms are in need of an upgrade. The free breakfast is decent enough for what u pay.

This was the sketchest place I've ever stayed in! And I use that loosely as I was only there, maybe 15 minutes.. I have 5 kids with me and they were literally scared to stay there. There were people surrounding the stairways. You had a gentlemen throwing up off the side. I booked two rooms for my family of 7. One rooms bathroom mirror was broken, with glass on the counter. It was a conjoinging room that was not my other room.. the other room smelled like stale cigarettes and liquor.. The sheets looked like someone took a knife to them. I didn't even ask for a refund because I don't assume it would have made a difference

If I could give half a star, I would. There were bugs running around on the floor, under the sink has not been swept or mopped because there was dirt with the sink stopper on the floor. On the wall next to the toilet, was a suspicious spot on the wall. The phone was not plugged in with no numbers. The towels had black spots on them. The curtain had a small cut, some outlets didn't work and the door knob had a piece of wire, I'm assuming to keep it locked. And I did take pictures of all the above.

Dirty, smell bad, bad location, noisy, a lot of homeless people, staff not friendly, no towels, no trash can, no soaps, dirty sheets with holes Asked about another room, they give me room without bedsheets, blankets and plastic plates was in the table...... I was supposed and asked for refund but.... - they said no. I think for this property owner is normally. He's no worries. PEOPLE : DO NOT STAY HERE. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ABOUT THIS STAY. FROM 20TH REVIEWS ONLY ONE POSITIVE. 🤣🤣🤣
