Oh update from my other post. I paid 406 and some change to stay there for a week. Well we checkout early cause they need us some where else. So they told me that all I'll be getting back was 28 dollars out of 406 dollars. I get it we stayed there Friday night and Saturday night and left out Sunday morning. Now remember I said we are truck drivers and they knew we are drivers and things change from one minute to the other. So they want to charge me for early check out and 100 dollar a night cause we check out early rooms on the web are going for 64 dollar plus tax and all i much figured around 75 dollar for a room. So I called corporate and they are looking into it. I have never had a problem with Motel 6 and will continue to use them cause I travel with my dog. Not all of Motel 6 are like this.

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TOO. OUR ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES🤢🤮!!!! The staff was very unhelpful and not cooperating and they did nothing to resolve the situation. Literally getting our food on the table the bugs were in our food 🤢🤢 in seconds we couldn't even eat our meal because of this. One bug crawled up on my arm while I was on the bed. The bed mattresses were stained. I also paid for a non-smoking room and it smelled like NASTY cigarettes once entering the room. Once we left I felt that the bugs were in our hair, AND in our belongings it was just VERY DISGUSTING NEVER FELT THIS IN ANY HOTELS until NOW!!!

UPDATE - We got LICE from the beds! DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The location is super sketchy, it was dark and there was unfriendly people all around. The desk clerk required a $50 deposit by credit card even though I paid in advance with a credit card. They charged the $50 deposit and still haven't refunded it. The room was hideous! There was mold in the bathroom, the lights flickered, it smelled hideous of urine and body, the beds were both terrible - the mattresses looked and felt like the original ones from 1950. When we booked over the phone the attendant told us there was breakfast, but when we checked in the attendant said they didn't even offer coffee, let alone any food.

After i looked over the room and i went to get a refund but since i took longer then 15 mins they would not give me a full refund. Homeless people were walking around the cars and the armed guard was just hanging out around his truck. Found a different hotel in a better area i suggest you do too.

This was the worse motel 6 that I stayed in the history of motel 6's. Staff personnel was rude & uncaring & blamed all the problems on everything except their own. Had dirty towels & no toilet paper(at least first night was a fairly nice & helpful front desk person who got me toilet paper & clean towels for that one night). Had an ugly stain on one of the beds, human hair around the bed(we know where this is going) and yes cockroaches, yuk! Unless they fire the entire staff(except for that one young lady who got me TP & clean towels) I highly don't recommend staying at this Motel 6 location ever🤬!

Room is basically simple, no cofee maker, bed lumpy, hardwood floor uneven, freeway close by but hear motorcyclists roaring by through the night, loud traffic in the morning, particularly big muscle trucks, sirens of ambulances/fire trucks, no soda in machine, no cups for coffee, gal at counter with long nails and cow eyelashes had negative attitude when I asked for cups, price of the room is not worth the disadvantages of trying to get rested up but I can wash up for the day. Definitely not gonna waste my money on this place.

Front desk personnel were unwilling to honor online price . Stating local residents are exempt from discounted price and have to put a deposit down. I booked the room online and had a confirmation number. It should have been honored without issue. Room was not up to standards. Holes in blankets and dusty. Upon checkout they attempted to keep deposit saying room had trash left in it. If I had not taken pictures of the room and video as we walked out... They would have kept my deposit.

Rooms are tiny. You get to check in with the desk clerk between a pane of bulletproof glass. Bathroom light blew when we turned it on. Didn't bother notifying the front desk as I'm pretty sure it would have gone ignored. Room smells strongly of chlorine bleach. Main room light was maybe a 20 watt bulb, giving the room all the warmth and ambiance of a prison cell.

The room was exceptionally clean and the air was fresh. I was surprise by the advertisement for the filters they were using in the rooms. Shower was spotless and linen was near new. Very peaceful and assuring good response to COVID best practices.

The freeway in this area makes it interesting to get to. I'm personally not a fan but the motel has no control over those. Everything the motel did have control of I was happy with. The standards I expect from the Motel 6 brand were met. I think the bed itself was better than expected. The clerk that checked us in appeared young but definitely had the knowledge, friendliness and skill expected of the Motel 6 standard. I definitely appreciated this after having attempted to stay at another location in town... I will be posting a review for that one as well.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was super nice, the rooms were clean, the sheets were so white and looked brand new, and Alma was very attentive. She was a pleasure. I'd recommend this hotel and I plan to stay here in the future.

I stay here frequently. Clean towels, sheets and POOL! Most of the staff is very helpfull and friendly. Charging a deposit seems to be a new thing to collect interest on our money until they refund our credit card. I'll carry cash from now on to cover deposit and then do room walk to collect my cash back before I leave. I always like being able to park my vehicle right next to room. Never had an issue with that. Close to freeways/restaurants/grocery. I would recommend this place if you are not a pretentious snob who likes to complain and does not appreciate good value for your hard earned cash. Peace

The room was cozy and somewhat clean. The floors were warped and the shower is positioned oddly. The water took forever to heat up and cool down but other than that after a long day of traveling it served it's purpose.

The rooms are small but efficient. The staff here is amazing. The manager is phenomenal. She makes sure her guests are taken care of , and provides exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

Room was very small. Bathroom door off the hinges, no coffeepot in the room, no breakfast included, no lobby to speak off, man at check in was rude, price was quoted at 65 on internet, was 93 when you checked in, no microwave in room, room was no smoking but had a bad order,tv had only 2 channels, room was not clean, walls are so tiny you could hear neighbors tv and also hear neighbors peeing in the toilet. HUGE waste of your money to stay here!!!!!!!!

My room passed the black light test. I do this before I go to any motel six in any hotel in general before I put my items inside, especially because dogs are free and you never know if dogs come in with fleas. I went to this hotel after I went to the Motel 6 North Airport. The building was fairly new and furniture was updated. The flooring was nice but you can tell it was starting to come up from water. I’m not a big fan of the showers that stand up in are circle. The shower a cleaned before I got in it of course before I ever get into a shower, I always have my shoes, but I just knew this shower wasn’t completely as clean as it could have been. It just needed to be whiten and I was able to get it white after I scrubbed it with Dawn dish soap and vinegar, mixed together shaken and in a spray bottle. As I lay down, there was one gray blanket that had a stain in the middle. I just didn’t use the blanket. I could’ve asked for another one, but I was really tired. I was on the second floor and luckily someone moved their car so I can have my car parked where I can see it. There were a lot of loiters around and I didn’t see any security. They make you put a placard on your car so security knows that you are just some random car. The stair set up is annoying. It takes forever sometimes to go downstairs and there are plenty of opportunities where they could have made a staircase to make it easier.

First off, they canceled our reservation. This took 30 minutes to get our rooms, and even after that we had to reprogram our cards. Second, after we finally got the room that AC didn't work. The door was very unsecure and hard to close. It has a pool, but the water is green, and it's not even filled.

I went to this motel and there were roaches. I also had bites when I left which is really concerning. I’m pretty sure it was bed bugs. I will definitely not be returning to this location. The security guard also creeped me out really bad.

Had an emergency and had to stay here longer then expected a few nights turned into a couple weeks. Staff was nice, friendly, the motel was clean and they were on top of loitering. Way Better then the ones on Coors and freeway, avenida Cesar Chavez, and Carlisle. I wouldn't stay at the other ones.

Reception made us wait 15 minutes to let us check in while they cleaned the lobby. They left us locked out of the main office. The service started out poor. The pictures of the interior on Google do not match the actual interior. The rooms are small, bathroom was not very clean and the non smoking room smelled like smoke. Not a good lodging option if you can avoid it.

The nicest motel in town. It's clean and has a nice swimming pool. Employees are attentive and they keep the place clean. Security at night makes you feel safe that's a big plus in Albuquerque. I returned many times and I will return again!

This experience for me happen in August, so I'm hoping that mgmt got their act together and made some greatly needed improvements. To quote film star Bette Davis... "What a dump" 1. When I arrived the clerk (who was nice) stated that I had to cough up $100 in cash for a damage deposit. I told the clerk that when I booked my reservation there was no mention of a $100 cash deposit. She ignore that and insisted on the money. 2. When I arrived at my room, the A/C didn't work. Also I didn't realize that the room was already occupied....with cockroaches. 3. The next room I got was a smoker's room (I DON'T smoke) which reeked in stale smoke. More cockroaches greeted me, but fortunately the little critters kept to themselves in the bathroom. The floors had not been clean in quite awhile and were filthy. The bottoms of my feet were Jet Black. I was going to be spending most of my time out of the Albuquerque area, so I just slept there. I honestly thought I'd be walking out of there with bed bugs. 4. I when I checked out, the clerk told me I'd have to wait until they checked the room for any damages. At that point I kind of lost it and told her that I'm a 70 year old man who doesn't go around damaging hotel rooms. She went to her mgr and he Ok'd that they would "Void" the "Damage Check" and gave me back my deposit. What's sad about this experience is that I've stayed at this motel 6 two other times and never had an issue. It was always clean and definitely NO cockroaches! I guess with covid they're short staff and I'm being generous here with this excuse. Anyway. If I were you, I'd stay far away from this Pathetic excuse for a motel!
