I have stayed in tons of hotels throughout my life and this was one of the worst. The stairs to get to your room are falling apart with rust showing. The gentleman at the front desk seemed as though I inconvenienced him by checking in. Once we got in the room we noticed two queen beds meant two double beds. There were no towels. The floor was gross with other peoples trash still in the room. In the morning there was no breakfast at all. We were warned at check in that is would be continental not hot, but all they had was coffee….. This hotel stay was horrible. They area is very sketchy and does not feel safe either. I understand the hotel can not control this but it just added to a very unpleasant experience.

This was the most disgusting, vile, and unkept hotel I have ever stayed at. Management and Wyndham should be ashamed. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, the parking lot was dirty, the stairs up to the rooms were deteriorating under our feet. There were needles visible from the banister on a lower level roof. Trash was everywhere. The room was not clean at all. The carpet was obviously not vacuumed, the bed sheets had stains on them, there was a TV but no remote and no cable. Only 2 of the 5 lights in the room actually worked. We were only provided with 2 pillows on a king size bed. The sink had trash and moldy deodorant tucked to the side of it. The toilet was not clean, the bathroom door didn’t latch, let alone lock. The shower curtain was torn and barely hanging on to the rod. The tub was absolutely disgusting. I felt like I was going to get a disease just from standing in the room. They were said to have ‘enhanced health and sanitation procedures’ but if this is enhanced then normal must be literal germ torture. To top it all off, it was loud at all hours of the night and we saw two separate people looking into room windows. Not only a bad experience, but a dangerous one. Anybody who is even thinking about staying here should run the opposite direction, unless you want to stay somewhere that is a literal safety and health hazard and should probably be condemned.

There's SO MUCH wrong with this hotel that the only positive was our check in, because of the girl at the front desk, she was friendly, cordial and efficient. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that, my husband came down to request some towels (yes, there was no towels in the room) and was met by a guy full of tattoos, wearing a sleeveless shirt and a BIG necklace who greeted him saying "Yo". The room smelled like weed, carpet was covered with all colors of stains, the sheets and blankets had all burn marks and we saw a drug deal happen in front of our room. Needless to say, read the reviews before you book

Walked into a non-smoking room after checking in and it was a complete mess (pizza boxes and trash everywhere, cigarettes and ash everywhere, no bed sheets). Looks like they have a squatter issue with people staying in rooms all the time with no one knowing. Front desk was apologetic and worked with my booking company to cancel the room and I went to a different hotel. Lots of other guests checking in at the same time ran into same issues in other rooms Was close to the airport so thought it would be good

Our flight was cancelled and we booked this motel at the last minute. No shuttle or breakfast as advertised. Worst of all, NO soap, towels, and the one towel left in the room was used and dirty. Hanging wires where there should be ceiling light. Homeless people sitting outside the lobby trying to get in. It was awful. Please take my advice and don’t stay there. Weird thing was the few staff there were actually trying their best. Not a good advertisement for Wyndham that’s for sure.

Floors were dirty, made my feet black walking from the shower to the bed to put on my socks. No comforter, sheets were wrinkled like they weren't laundered. Trash in the ice bucket, and the coffee maker had an old coffee pod in it. Unidentifiable stains on the ceiling. Wall outlets were hanging out, and whatever you plugged in wouldn't stay. Other than that, and being 5 minutes to the airport, it was OK.

I am a woman traveling alone and I was first given a room around the back of the hotel with the deadlock completely broken off… super creepy. Went back and asked for another room. That room also had a broken dead bolt, half of it was missing. The man at the front desk was barely interested in existing and seemed confused why I cared about my room having a dead bolt….. I couldn’t get a refund and leave because I booked through a 3rd party so finally on the 3rd try I got a room with an actual functioning dead bolt. Super super creepy that that wouldn’t be fixed immediately in those rooms… and particularly rooms at the back of the hotel. Please don’t go to this hotel, something is off.

Do not stay here. run No pool No hot tub No towels in room chair broken back hanging off, stains on bed spread and cigarette burns. Smelled badly, smoke detector ripped of ceiling. The bed was comfortable and no bed bugs. I was amazed my car made it 8 hours and was not broken into. One car hit the upright support while parking. No one in lobby at 4 am door locked

We stay at hotels relatively six to seven times a year we booked online expecting to arrive and have a swimming pool for our 12 year old, and a clean room meaning clean vacuumed floor, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. upon entering our room all four were dirty with a still used coffee filter in the coffee pot. There were also personal papers from the previous guest that were left in the drawer below the television. I was unable to take a hot shower in the am, lukewarm water for the shower. Over all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was comfortable we had a great night's sleep.

I would not recommend staying in any Wyndham hotel. I made a reservation, and they charged my credit card. When I got there around 11:00 PM, they were out of rooms. It seemed like they had issues with the call center, a bunch of people who made reservations were showing up and getting turned away. The workers were all professional and doing their job as well as they could, it’s just seems like a lousy business model. It put a lot of people in dangerous situations. I was here for work, in a very large moving truck, and it was pretty lousy to be driving around an unfamiliar city around midnight to hopefully find another place to stay. I got a refund, but it was incredibly inconvenient. It took hours on the phone get a refund and to find another place to stay.

I booked this hotel because I saw that this place had great reviews... however I don't agree. It's not the absolute worst experience... but it's not close to a good one. We came to see a concert and got back around one am, but our room wouldn't open. The night front desk clerk was very nice and tried to open it for a long while... we had all our stuff in the room otherwise we would've gotten a new room. He finally got it open but it was past two at the point. The next day our room wouldn't even blink with the key. The day side front desk person was busy with other guests having issues... but still didn't seem to care at all about our situation. I told him that our door should get looked at so this doesn't happen again and I got dismissed. All this and I haven't touched on the cleanliness of the motel. The outside has deteriorating stairs, trash, and suspicious people surrounding the parking lot. I understand they can't help who stays in their lot all the time, but they can try to upkeep the motel to a decent level at least. Inside the room was only one trash can, an old slipper behind the TV, bug parts, and an unknown smudge on the wall. And a cherry on top, the remote for the TV didn't even work...

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. I’ve been staying in hotels for most of my life from 1-star hotels to 4 stars. I’ve never stayed at such a dirty and run downed hotel as this one. The room was run down such as the furniture looked like it was from a thrift store. It was well worn. The ceiling had dust hanging down from it. There were marks on the walls both in the main room as well as the bathroom. The wall paper in the bathroom was in bad shape. The tub had a place where the soap dish once was and you can see the area half repaired and the ceiling had mold and was cracked as well. The wallpaper trim that went around the top of the main room was peeling in one corner. The closet door would not shut properly. The phone did not work and on the last night at 2AM the smoke alarm started to chirp. I had to disconnect it and stash it in the closet wrapped in some pillows to keep from hearing it! The floor had no carpeting which is ok if they kept it clean. It was so dirty that we had to wash our feet each night before going to bed as well as in the morning before putting on our socks!! Blanket had cigarette burn marks and thankfully we brought our own pillows because the ones provided were small and mushy! There were no tissues provided when we got there as well as no stationery or hotel info. There was absolutely no info about the hotel in the room! There was also not a TV channel guide as well. Never took advantage of the continental breakfast but tried the coffee for 2 days. The air pots were always empty and the coffee was weak. We went to Walmart and bought a Mr. coffee to make our own. After seeing the condition of the room, we didn’t trust the cleanliness of the coffee maker provided. As far as the maid service of this hotel was practically nonexistent. Out of the 5 nights that we would expect our room to be cleaned the next day it was cleaned 2 days. I complained after the first time at 3 PM and they said that they were full the night before and would get to it. The second time at 5PM it was not cleaned a different front desk person said that you have to request your room to be cleaned!! I’m sorry but in all of my years I’ve never heard of this! So, I told him to have our room cleaned every morning until we leave!! The next day it was cleaned but, on the day, before we left once again it was not cleaned!! So, I had to go once again to the front desk to complain and get fresh towels and washcloths!! I purchased this room from Hotwire and it was listed as a 3.5-star hotel. It is truly a .5-star hotel. The pictures that they show on their website does not reflect the true condition of the room lobby or the dining area. The exterior of the hotel is extremely dirty and run down as well. The walkways, stairwells and walls are very dirty! It reminds me of the gas station fuel islands that are always full of dirt and spill stains! The concrete is well worn and cracked as well as the exterior stucco. This room was in no way worth the money we paid for it. If you’re looking for a room in the Albuquerque area steer clear of this one!!

BEWARE!! When we checked in, I was sitting on the bed when a mouse ran out from under it and under the dresser. Immediately called the front desk and asked for a new room on the second floor. Was unimpressed by the customer service. Didn't seem to care at all. Second room had a filthy floor but by that time, we were exhausted from our trip. Slept with one eye open here. Will not return or recommend to anyone. Stay at SureStay by Best Western. Same price and a whole lot cleaner!

Wish I'd read the recent reviews before booking. I might not have believed them but now that I've stayed overnight I do. No soap, towels or toilet paper. No blanket or spread. No heat. Police caution crime scene tape on stairway railing. And broken cement steps to 2nd floor. If we hadn't just gotten off a flight at 11 pm would have stayed elsewhere. Wasn't loud overnight so were able to sleep- but would not recommend a stay here.

The front desk guy didn't tell me about the deposit, I was surprised when I got to my room and saw I was charged an extra $100. He hardly said two words to me, I had to ask when breakfast was. Carpet in room was so dirty it turned our feet black. I was there for two weeks and never saw housekeeping. Random holes in doors and walls. Says there is a pool but it's just an empty room with a sign on the door that says pool. Staff were not very friendly. I liked the location. There is a Waffle House across the street.

Everything was ok until the morning. I wake up at 0710 in the morning to power tools right outside my room. How they think doing construction before 8AM is okay is beyond me. A lot of people get in late and need to sleep. He was probably there even earlier but I'm a hard sleeper and the wall AC unit is the loudest thing in existence. Since I was awake before 9AM (breakfast is 6-9) I decided to see what they have. What a joke. No coffee! Warm, expired yogurts on the counter. Nobody at the front desk! Other people & I rang the bell and even called but they've conveniently placed a "system is down at the moment" sign on the front desk. The other little things that would have been brushed off & not posted about since the room is cheap are now being mentioned due to the bitter start to my day: there are big, noisy flying beetles inside and out, there is not a 'do not disturb' card to hang on your door, the laminate floors were super dirty and made my feet black, and the young guy working the front desk really did not know how to do his job (i.e. explain why he is demanding credit card ($100 deposit) and nor did he have any customer service skills whatsoever.

Room not ready at check-in. Room was nice but sink clogged, moved to another room that was not ready. Still moved to another room that was occupied and finally the fourth room was fine. Housekeeping was not properly done in bath room. Overall the property is well kept compared to other super9. Manager did not apologize, he just blame the help.

Convenient and budget-friendly hotel close by I-25 and local eateries. We had a room on the 3rd floor, which afforded us a nice view of the city. Just be aware, this hotel has no interior hallway, but the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is very basic, but the dining area was clean and pleasant and had plenty of seating.

So I have to start by saying I should have called ahead about the pool and hot tub but I just assumed covid restrictions were way more lax now in regards to the pool. It was closed which was one of the biggest reasons we planned our stay. Coffee pot was broken and leaked the water everywhere. The light above the sink was broken. The shower shrieked the entire shower and there was NO water pressure. Heater fan was super loud for 5 minutes each time it kicked on before it quieted. There were holes in the blanket at the foot of the bed and the floor did not look swept. The night staff was disinterested when I let him know of the issues and the gentleman in the morning was a little more interested but not write anything out so not sure it will be taken care of. Breakfast was toast, muffins and there was cereal but no spoons and the juice machine was not working. Milk was in a container on the table and not sitting on ice. Who knows how long it had been out. Garbage containers by elevator's were never emptied and were overflowing. We booked 2 nights and were locked out the second night and had to go the office to fix. Do not recommend and will be sure to never book there again. sad because I have always had great stays with Wyndham properties.

One guy that who works at front desk is a rude as hell. Doesn't help whatever and his attitude is just awful. It's been 2months and I haven't received my $100 security deposit. Kept calling and he's one always answering the phone. Highly recommend he gets let out.

I rented a room for two days and from the first day I had no towels and no toilet paper, I waited until the next day because I had to leave and when I returned the second day I found that they did not clean the room at all! They left it as I left it, I came and asked the reception around 4pm and she told me that they did not have clean towels and that she would ask if they could give me toilet paper !!! I paid around 180 dollars for a disgusting service!!! I do not recommend it

Horrible. Smelled like cigarettes and stale coffee. There were holes and stains in the walls, the bathroom door didn't close and there was a huge empty space where a chair or sofa should be. It made me wonder whether one was removed for nefarious reasons. The front desk was also unhelpful and had no info for a shuttle or cab to the airport.

Good spot to catch an early flight. Otherwise avoid. Smelly lobby, room without chair - had to ask for one - broken drawer on the table leaving sharp cutting edges of the drawers sliders apparent. Noisy spot with all the idiots outside roaring their engines. Bathroom fan not working and broken stuff in the ceiling with a big hole next to the light. The room next door was empty and looking much better but I wouldn’t get given that one. By far the worst Super 8 I did.

Check in guy was polite. Didn’t give any check out info or say much. As far as the room we had to go back downstairs to get bedding for the pullout couch. Based on room appearance alone, would definitely not stay again. Pictures of the cushions speak for itself. The curtain was ripped and wouldn’t even block the window. The board blinds were broken. Walls were gross and stained. Bed was very noisy and sounds like ur laying on a tin can..

Why does the front desk need to walk into my room late at night while im asleep? This happened almost every night and some nights it happened twice. The front desk said its routine check up to see if the room is occupied and make sure i had a reservation. That makes no sense, the reservation should be on the hotels computer system. What is this the 1800s? Ive never been to a hotel that does this. Next time the front desk clerk wants to walk in my room late at night unannounced while im sleeping, atleast drop off some towels and some clean sheets while your in my room before you abruptly leave and slam my door i would very much appreciate it. Their are no towels and the sheets are stained and dirty. Also the room was filthy, It was cleaner after I checked out then when I checked in. Will not return even if i was paid to do so.

THE HOTEL STAFF WILL STEAL FROM YOU! Seriously. I did not ask to have the TV looked at. Hotel worker came in, stole my headphones and new set of dress T-shirts. The headphones were recovered. I also have flea bites from this hotel. This was a late booking, So I had no choice but to stay here for the 2 nights. They offered no compensation for this egregious act.

First of all, when my parents arrived to this hotel after booking months in advance they were greeted by a very nasty individual named Asa. He made the place feel unsafe and I'm pretty sure he was high off some sort of drugs. They respectfully asked for a refund and he said no, now my parents are very prestigious dentist's for the Native American community who traveled far to stay at this horrible hotel. I will be contacting the owners personally and will do everything in my power to make sure nobody has to go through that again.

This is a disgrace of a “hotel” when I arrived they gave me a room and said there was no TV, which was fine. What I found out was there was no TV, no night stand, no trash can, no soap, no towels, no shower curtain, no real chair, and no outlet covers for their outlets behind where the nigh stand would be. What there was was a big bag of dirty clothes left in the closet. When I called the front desk and asked for a refund they said they would give me a better room. It was mildly better but just as dirty, the bathroom wasn’t really clean, there was soap etc. The sheets had holes in them. The next AM at 740 I went to get breakfast and the person in charge said they were working on it. At 740 in the morning. Breakfast is supposed to be ready earlier than that like 6/630am. I just left. I got my money back. This place was a gross disaster. Avoid it. Stay anywhere else.

We stayed there one night on our way to the midwest. Pros: Pet friendly, clean room, comfortable beds, working ac & fridge and room recently renovated. Cons: Outside needs updating, no breakfast, didn't feel safe, could not stay on first floor, no ice machine, several folks living at the hotel and noisy at night. Will not stay there again

This place says they have an airport shuttle but they actually DON'T have an airport shuttle I just called them and thank goodness I did before booking... They really should update this information online... The person over the phone at the hotel, told me that they got rid of it a month ago. I'm just posting to let other people know and I am giving three stars because I think they should put that out there that they don't have an airport shuttle anymore.

Our room was on the third floor. The drawback was the elevator was on the other side of the building. The rooms were clean.

Hotel was satisfactory in room location and service. Being a person in a wheelchair needing an accessible room that was not available to me do 2 availability what's the regular room that was offered to me was satisfactory. Eating the breakfast offered by the location in the morning it appears they were very shorthanded food area was unkept had food debris from spillage on counters coffee was not prepared at the time I entered with my wife there were three families eating two families entered with us and we were looking for breakfast and coffee they were ultimately made available to us but the young lady that was working the area was obviously overwhelmed by her tasks and responsibilities. A point on next visit to Albuquerque and being in that area this Hotel would not be my first choice.🙏🏽🙏🏽
