This
was
literally
the
worst
stay
I've
ever
had
at
a
Motel
6.
First,
we
reserved
an
ADA
room
online
and
it
still
took
the
front
desk
about
25
minutes
to
check
us
in
-
not
to
mention
the
over
45
minutes
to
help
the
two
guests
in
front
of
us
(one
of
which
also
had
reservations
and
was
nearly
overcharged).
The
front
desk
lady
looked
higher
than
a
kite
-
could
barely
keep
her
eyes
open
and
slurred
her
words.
She
told
us
she
was
working
a
double
so...
Then
she
tried
to
activate
our
key
card
three
different
times,
while
complaining
about
the
equipment
the
whole
time.
Our
door
would
not
open
and
I
had
to
go
back
to
the
front
desk
to
have
it
reactivated.
(I
have
mobility
issues
and
this
was
very
inconvenient.)
The
neighbor
came
out
and
helped
us
-
said
he
had
the
same
problem
and
it
takes
at
least
three
tries
to
get
the
door
open.
Inside
the
room,
the
tub
was
not
ADA
-
high
step
in
tub
and
no
hand
rails.
The
TV
was
on
but
no
volume
and
no
remote
anywhere
in
the
room.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
was
told
she
couldn't
bring
it
to
me
because
there
was
no
one
else
on
duty.
(I
figured
out
how
to
use
the
buttons
on
the
bottom
of
the
TV.)
There
was
less
than
a
half
a
roll
of
TP
in
the
room
and
no
refills,
for
two
of
us.
There
were
no
hand
towels,
only
two
larger
towels.
The
light
in
the
bathroom
was
not
working
(looking
closer
I
could
see
the
bulb
was
literally
broken).
I
walked
away
from
my
drink
and
came
back
to
a
roach
on
the
cup.
Oh
and
there
was
only
one
trash
can
in
the
whole
room.
